In this guide, you’ll learn how to achieve 100% completion in House Flipper 2. By following these steps, you’ll feel proud of your accomplishment and be ready to take on the next 100% game. Let’s get started!
Introduction
Hello there!
Thank you for clicking on my guide! I’ll be honest, at the time of writing the guide, I didn’t actually unlock everything yet, the only achievements I haven’t completed yet are Mount Everest and World’s Best Flipper, which are simply a grind fest. That being said, each achievement has its own section for ease of access.
01: Hello?
This achievement’s unlocked by unlocking the first Email job by talking to Tom Marino. Easy! There’s a reason over 90% of players unlocked it!
02: Trick Shot
This achievement is unlocked by throwing 3 trash bags into garbage cans. Trust me, you will have an easy time with this one!
03: First Steps
This achievement is unlocked by completing “So You Wanna Be A House Flipper?”, the first Email job of the game.
04: Work Smart, Not Hard
This achievement pops from taking an outdoor trash bin and bringing it inside. This makes throwing trash bags into the garbage much quicker and easier and is a generally good practice for later into the game!
(Pictured is the player throwing a garbage bag into a garbage can inside of a house!)
05: Charming Talker
This achievement is unlocked by talking to about 5 customers over the phone during your Email jobs. Have a conversation with them as you’re working and you’ll get this achievement very soon.
(Pictured is an example of the conversation system during an Email job!)
06: Fully Prepared
Simply put, this is unlocked by unlocking all tools in the game! This is done simply by completing Email jobs.
(Pictured is the tool wheel with everything unlocked!)
07: It Ain’t That Easy
This achievement is unlocked by attempting to sell a trash bag with the Flipper Tool. Another super easy one!
08: Pinnacove Suburbs
Complete every Email job available in Pinnacove Suburbs!
09: You Did It!
This achievement pops from completing the final Email job, “End To ‘The Ugliest House’!” from Tom Marino. This is a very long project, but do remember that you are 100% allowed to save and take a break from it and come back!
10: Change Of Environment
This achievement is awarded for purchasing a house and moving your office to it rather than selling it.
(Click “Move home office here” like in the screenshot and you’ll get this one!)
11: Everything Matches
This achievement is awarded for using the Flipper Tool to copy/paste a style 5 times total.
(Pictured is the player choosing the “Copy Style” option of the Flipper Tool to make the chair match the desk!)
12: House Hoarder
This achievement is unlocked by owning 3 or more houses at the same time! Remember this costs a lot, so I recommend purchasing “Lavender House”, “Blue Bungalow”, and “Over The Garage” which are some of the cheapest homes in the game, coming in at a whopping $139,000! Don’t forget to save money for actually flipping these houses!
(Pictured is the player looking at their 6 owned houses!)
13: That Was A Lot
This is unlocked from cleaning 3,000 stains in the game according to
this website[knoef.info]. As long as you’re going for 3 stars in every Email job, you’ll get this by the end of the guide for sure.
(Pictured is the player scrubbing a stain on the ground with Cleaning Spray!)
14: Crayfish Coast
Simply put, complete all Email jobs in Crayfish Coast!
15: Coralroot Forest
Complete all Email jobs in Coralroot Forest! Another simple one!
16: Deja Vu
This achievement is unlocked by replaying an Email job. It’s amazing some people trash their house several times over, undoing your progress completely, isn’t it?
(Click “Start from scratch” like the screenshot in the “Archive” section of your Email to get this achievement!)
17: Money Sink
This is earned by spending over $1,000,000!
18: Millionaire
This achievement is awarded by earning over $1,000,000 total!
19: Business Is Booming
This achievement is awarded for selling a house that you’ve flipped! Your hard work is paying off!
20: They Come And They Go
This achievement is awarded for selling a total of 5 houses that you’ve flipped!
21: Marathon Runner
This is unlocked by running over 42km. This will happen over the course of the game while you’re unlocking other achievements.
22: Change Of Mind
Using the Flipper Tool, change the style of any object after it has been placed in the house.
(Pictured is the player choosing the “Change Style” option of the Flipper Tool to modify a table at a house!)
23: I’m An Architect!
Starting a game of Sandbox Mode, this demands that you choose to build a house from scratch. It sounds complicated, but in reality, you just have to drop a few bricks in the map and save/export the level!
24: The Tables Have Turned
In Sandbox Mode, using the Trash Generator tool, throw some trash on the ground, and this achievement will be awarded!
(Pictured is the player throwing broken boxes!)
25: With Great Power…
This achievement is awarded for unlocking all of the perks available in the game. If you are like myself and don’t like certain perks, such as “Freestyle” under the “Painting” category, you are able to remove them after unlocking the achievement!
(Pictured is the player having got every perk unlocked!)
26: As Instructed
This achievement is awarded for completing the “Picture Frame” Assembly mission (the first Assembly mission).
27: Tinkerer
This achievement is awarded for completing most of the Assembly missions. These are very helpful for the game as each completed missions gives you a discount for the object’s store category. For example, completing the “Desk” mission unlocks a discount for all desks in the store.
(Pictured is the player having all the Assembly missions completed!)
28: Don’t Try This At Home!
This requires you to use the Cleaning tool with the “Cleaning Spray” upgrade and simply spray any electrical outlet in a house directly. This obviously isn’t a smart decision in real life.
29: Custom PC Cooling
This achievement is simply awarded for placing your home laptop in any fridge. This can be unlocked even before completing the first Email job. You must first close the laptop before you can fit it in most fridges. The picture attached will help with showing how to accomplish this.
30: The Fast And The Cleanest
This achievement is unlocked by completing any Email job under 5 minutes. This can be unlocked even by completing the job with just 1/3 stars. The easiest job to do this is “So You Wanna Be A House Flipper?” by Tom Marino as it is a very small job.
31: Bullseye
This achievement is unlocked by throwing a trash bag into a garbage can from over 10m away. The easiest way to accomplish this is to take a few open garbage cans, placing them facing the boundary of a property, climbing the house to the roof, and throw it until it lands in the can.
(Pictured is the player throwing a garbage bag from the roof of a two floor house off of the boundary to land in a garbage can!)
32: Full House
This achievement is awarded by finding all 9 Bessie statuettes in the game. I will link the same guide I personally used to unlock this achievement so as to give them credit!
Here is the link to the guide by “Vee” (at the time of writing) who is awesome for their guide!
33: I’m Grateful
This achievement is unlocked by finding Reva’s hidden journal in the Email job, “More Light, Please”! The journal itself is hidden behind a nightstand in the master bedroom upstairs (picture below).
34: Full Control
This achievement is unlocked by connecting 20 items to 1 singular switch using the Edit Wiring tool and turning the switch on. I unlocked this achievement through “More Light, Please” in Coralroot Forest, connecting all lights included in the house and all lights Reva wants added to the same switch, and purchasing a few extra super cheap lamps to connect to it as well.
35: Mount Everest
This achievement is a total grind fest. As mentioned in the Introduction section, I don’t even have this achievement yet as of writing the guide. The achievement requires you to paint the total height of Mount Everest, which is 8,848m. As of the moment, I only have 5820m, but this one’s pretty obvious as to how you complete this task.
(Pictured is the player painting an entire house top to bottom bright, unnecessary pink!)
36: World’s Best Flipper
This achievement is awarded for unlocking all the rest! If you collect this one, honestly, congratulations!
Epilogue
Thank you everyone for taking your time to read my guide! If you know I have made any mistakes with any achievements, by all means, let me know, I have had most of them for almost a year since release, and their descriptions can be fairly… vague, like First Steps, That Was A Lot, and Tinkerer (this achievement in particular unlocked for me before completing all the Assembly missions).
