Welcome to ‘The First Descendant: [ENG] Useful tables / numbers’ gaming guide! In this article, you will find a collection of helpful tables and their explanations for the game. Additionally, we have included links to videos and text resources that provide detailed calculations. So, if you’re looking for some useful information on the game, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s dive in!
Introduction
This is my first guide, so if you have any suggestions for improving it or filling it out, please write about it in the comments.
Tables
Described locations, which are directly located chasm rifts, the type of element for their farming, the number of shards and their type, as well as comments on the level of “comfort” in farming these spots.
2. [ENG] Handy table with the basic characteristics of each weapon: [docs.google.com]
All weapons are categorized by category and rarity, and all stats are detailed.
3. [ENG] Ultimat table with lots of information: [docs.google.com]
Creator xiMugu
List of information in the table:
- All chasm rifts with chasm shard drops and elementals to farm them respectively.
- All Abyss Reactors, their activation cost and what amorphous materials can be unlocked on them.
- List of all amorphous materials, where to mine them and where to unlock them.
- Stats of external components, their maximum main/side stat value and what side stats can drop on different components.
- Reactor stats, possible side stats and their *approximate* maximum value.
- A small list with locations for farming materials.
- Map of encrypted vaults
- List of all mods, including cost of upgrading in kuyper and gold, cost of energy.
4. [ENG] Chances of dropping mods when combining them from NPCs: [now.nexon.com]
Creator Nexon
The site is originally in Korean, but there is a VIDEO that shows how to switch the language and start using the site comfortably.
5. [ENG] Location of all echoes and logs in text format: [raiderking.com]
Creator Adrian Oprea
Convenient, with pictures and descriptions of how to get to the right place, all logs and echoes at each location are indicated.
6. [ENG] Platform Descendant Ninja [descendant.ninja]
A large English-language platform that contains a variety of functionality, from the ability to create your own build for any offspring (character, reactor, external components, modules, weapons), a list of all offspring with their base stats, modules and their changing values during the pumping, as well as “farming assistant”, which allows you to quickly find a place to farm a particular item/material through a search.
7. [ENG] Possible stats of external components
Creator u/GregariousJB
The image shows the possible stats of external components. It is convenient to navigate through it when you want to build a build for killing bosses or farming.
8. [ENG]Weapon pumping experience
On the left are the columns that show the level of the weapon and how much experience is needed to level it up.
On the right is the amount of skill experience given for upgrading the level of the weapon (depends on the quality of the weapon).
Numbers
[ENG] Current CAP of elemental resist
In short, as there is no such CAP’a defense, it does not evolve algebraically or geometrically, but gradually loses damage absorption % gain depending on the number of defenses in stats. The same goes for elemental defense.
From the calculations it is obtained that the necessary values of *Shield* range from 40 to 50 thousand units of defense, and *El Shield* has a value of about 5000 per element.
2. [ENG] Calculating the real DPS of your weapon [docs.google.com]
Calculating DPS damage per second directly in the game does not work correctly. If you want to calculate the dry damage of your weapon, ignoring crit/status/weakness damage, then use the formula at the link.
3. [ENG] Player Builds [tfdhub.com]
On this site, you can see any player’s weapon/offspring build, their Rector and components, as well as their skill level.
4. [ENG] Interactive map [www.descendant-hub.online]
It’s broken down by location. It has all (or so) farming vaults marked on it, as well as echoes if anyone is interested in story/collecting anything and everything.
The past map has its direct COUNTERPART [gamingwithdaopa.ellatha.com]
Also, here’s a PLAYLIST with each echo/recording point
