This building effectively functions as two apartment buildings put together, with two entrances out front which leads to the apartments on each side, though there is a shared floor further up that links the two sides together.

Apartment Tower (Housing)
An apartment tower containing a number of living spaces arranged in T shaped corridors, and can contain shops, restaurants, and bars on the ground floor. Echelon apartments are located on the upper floors.
