Welcome to the guide for the final level of HITMAN 3’s escalation, ‘The Unpalatable Termination’. This guide will provide a simple method for completing this level. The image used was specifically chosen to make it easier for you to follow along. Let’s get started!
The Unpalatable Termination – Level 3
I have seen several strategies that don’t seem to work for everyone, the main one being to lure him by blasting the guy sitting by the toilets. If that doesn’t work there is an emetic poison injection to get him nearer to a dumpster. You can also use a ton of coins to lure him, making sure to not lure anyone else on the way.
The level can be made easier by unlocking a sawn off shotgun which negates a lot of bother since you don’t need to hide it in a briefcase, but if you don’t have the DLC you can’t unlock it.
I found another way which seems to be the most reliable, easiest, relatively quick, and can end in SA/SO if needed, and only requires basic equipment.
Loadout:
Starting Location: Food Vendor
Smuggled Item: Kronstadt Storage Area -> any non-suppressed shotgun (e.g Bartoli 12G)
Gear 1: Lockpick
Gear 2: Silenced Pistol
Gear 3: Hammer ( or other simple small throwable, e.g coin, not-e.g fragmentation grenade)
Target #1 – Toilet Guy
Go grab your shotgun by picking the locked door to the storage area in the bathroom cubicle by the portable toilets, exit the same way.
Now at the portable toilets, lockpick the door to the right of the guard and enter.
Toss the briefcase directly by the dumpster and immediately pick it up again. Walk to the opposite side of the door and wait for the guard to inspect the noise and stand by the dumpster.
Do The Move:
Tap “I” then “G” to equip your shot gun. Blast him in the back of the head. Immediately press “B” to grab the body, hold “G” to dump the body. Pick up your briefcase and all other drops, press “I” and stash the shotgun.
If you are one of the lucky few T#4 will be the first at the scene, in which case you can hide by the stadium door, follow him to the dumpster, and Do The Move on him too. For me he never arrives. You can still use this spot on him if you lure him closer or poison him, but this is both finnicky and unreliable.
Run though the stadium door, take a left, then a right up the stairs.
Target #2 – Booth Guy
Unlock the double doors w/ T#1’s key and run past the target and his pal and into the little back room. Turn off the fuse(to make him inspect it), and immediately turn it back on(to prevent his pal from coming to inspect).
Do The Move. Exit the doors you came in through, the pal should have ran away when you blasted the shotgun.
Target #3 – Food Guy
Head downstairs to the right, enter the door to his area, and the door into the back room.
Turn off the fuse and Do The Move the moment the door closes after him. Exit the door parallel to the door you both entered. Head to the bridge over the track.
Target #4 – That Top Shelf Guy
General / Speed:
Pistol the two civs in the head.
Run to toward the other end of the bridge by a gap in the wall and aim back at the stadium. Pistol the target a few times in the body, he will look around a bit, (not sure if it matters but stay in view just in case), sometimes fire at you, and then come running to your location. If you shoot him in the legs he falls over and you will have to wait for him to get up, which can buy extra stealth-seconds if you need it.
Typically the smoking guard will not be standing next to him, if he is close he will sometimes accompany his friend. If this happens you can race down the first set of stairs and get behind both of them, but in this case you will need to dump the civs before you lure the target.
If for some reason this keeps happening for you, you can use rat poison (found in room you kill T#3) on his smokes to get him out of the area, or if you don’t care about SA/SO simply push him over the edge.
In the meantime dump the two civs off the bridge, then go back to your firing location and hide down the stairs until he reaches it.
Do The Move, don’t pick up your briefcase and tap “Z” to ditch your shotgun(which will compromise you).
Run down the stairs and out the bottom door. Head to the dock. Depending on your timing Florida Man and the guard should not be facing you, and the jogger should have passed you. Lockpick the door facing the sea, pick up the boat key on your immediate left, exit via the boat.
SA/SO variations:
Timing is everything here. You need to get the civs out of sight before target arrives, and to escape before another guard arrives, or before the guard returns from stashing the weapon.
You will need “suspicious” items to drop for each civ to separately find, which will make them go and look for a guard (who will inspect it and take it to stash in a secure area). You should have 2 pistols to use for this.
If you need to lure them into spotting the weapons you have a hammer to use but there are a few throwables on the journey to this target you can quickly grab such as the screwdriver near the stairs you climb to the bridge.
You can pick these up again if needed once they leave, but keep one (or place one) at the dump spot.
Wait for him to walk back towards the pistol THEN Do The Move. If you do not have enough time to run down the stairs before eyes arrive you can go into the door which has a closet to hide in, and a sink to lure an inspecting guard which you can use to store him in the closet before taking a run down the stairs. There is a dumpster to hide in at the bottom of the stairs too if timing is a bit off, but you should not need it.
