The Talos Principle 2: Orpheus Ascending DLC – All QR Code Messages & Locations

In the Orpheus Ascending DLC for The Talos Principle 2, there are 12 QR codes with different messages scattered throughout. It is important to find all 12 in order to unlock the “Ancestry” achievement. Some players have reported that the codes must be found within one session for the achievement to work, but it is unclear if this is a bug or intentional. Here are the locations, messages, and screenshots of where to find each QR code.
