First anomalyYou have successfully discovered the first anomaly
You get this achievement by finding your first anomaly in any floor. Once you found one, go back the way you came from and you should get the achievement

You have successfully discovered all the anomalies!
Find all 20 anomalies in any floors to get the achievement. Everytime you find one, go back the way you came from to “discover” the anomaly.

Exit the buildingYou have successfully got out of the building
Finish the game by reaching floor 0. Achieve this by walking through every floor that doesnt have an anomaly and go back to where you came from in every room you see an anomaly.
