Part 1: Complete The Main Story Then Focus On Side Missions

A New Suit: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 5: Good Men.When Peter and Harry find out about Dr. Connor’s location, they go to save him and MJ. During their attempt to save the Doctor, Peter is wounded by Kraven and Harry accidentally saves Peter by giving him the Venom suit. After gaining the power of the symbiote and defeating all enemies in the area, you will receive the achievement.

Leave Us Alone: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 25: Don’t Be Scared.After Harry gets infected again with the Symbiote and turns into Venom, you take control of him and start destroying the Oscorp building. Then you go to Time Square and fight with the hunters, and finally you end up with Kraven and you have to make him wish to die.

The Great Hunt: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 24: Anything Can Be Broken.After you find out what harm Kraven wants to do to Miles, you attack his safe house and fight with him to kill him, but at the last moment when you want to make his death wish come true, Miles comes and stops you. After a fight between Miles and Peter, Peter manages to separate the symbiote from himself and return to his normal state.

Medicine: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 20: It Chose You.After the fight between Peter and Lizard and turning him back into Dr. Connors, he tells Peter that the clothes he took from Harry is an alien and shows him the meteorite, which Peter loses control when he sees it and understands why Dr. Connors’ hand was cut off. Another Way: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 23: No Escape.Miles was unconscious and captured by hunters in pervious quest and now he is looking for a way to escape from prison. He tries his best to survive by using all his skills, but in the end, he meets Mister Negative and Kraven will forces them to fight each other so that one of them survives. After the end of the fight and helping to Li to escape , you will receive the achievement.

I Quit: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 27: This Isn’t You.When you return to your home in Astoria, you see that Harry has arrived before you and is talking to MJ. After continuing the conversation with Harry, he turns into Venom and turns MJ into Scream. Now you have to fight with your lover and after defeating her you will get this achievement.

Heal The World: You will unlock this achievement after completing all 31 Main Story Quests.By putting end to chaos of Venom and making New York healthy, now Peter is ready for a quieter life and a little distance from Spider-Man. After seeing all these events, the story of the game will end and you will receive this achievement.

You’re Gonna Need Help: You will unlock this achievement after completing Main Quest 01: Surface Tension.After defeating Sandman and handing him over to the police, you will receive this achievement.
Once you’ve completed the main campaign, it is recommended to then focus on the side content/story, which develop the story outside the main narrative and fleshes out certain characters even more.

My Community: You will unlock this achievement after completing Hard Bop.Hard Bop is a side mission that you must complete with Miles. It centres on Miles’s mother, Rio Morales’s efforts to open a Harlem community centre and exhibition. It’s all about Harlem’s musical and artistic history, and this run of side missions – rather intriguingly – involves an art heist. Complete them, and this achievement will unlock.
You can activate the string of missions here by looking for this icon on the map:
Crimson Hour: You will unlock this achievement after completing It Was Meant For Me.This side story involves an old friend, familiar to players of the first Insomniac Spider-Man, who has had something of a change of direction in life. And a new costume. Anyway, in order to unlock this trophy, you need to trigger this side story, which you can find in the Financial District, called Where Have You Been? Once you have followed the quest line through, you will unlock this achievement.
To kick this quest off, look for this symbol:-
Data Collector: You will unlock this achievement after completing Target Identified.After Kraven enters the main story, you will see a slew of Hunter drones pop up all over the boroughs. Beating each one of these means using your Web Wings to chase a drone, staying in its slip stream to maintain your speed. All the while, you’re downloading data from the drone. Check your map, and look for the drone symbols to hunt them down. Once you have all of them – there are one or two per borough – then you will unlock this achievement.

Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man: You will unlock this achievement after completing all FNSM requests.The Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man requests are back, after being featured in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. You can use the FNSM app, and you will be able to see requests as they appear here. But they are also visible on the map. Complete all the FNSM requests, and you will unlock this achievement.

A New Adventure: You will unlock this achievement after completing Howard’s FNSM request.Bring up the map, and then look for the FNSM request for “A New Adventure.” The mission involves meeting up with Howard, the homeless fellow from the first Spider-Man, who loves and cares for pigeons. He wants you to find a new place for his flock to roost, as he is off on an adventure. Complete this, and you will unlock this achievement.
Part 2: Focus On Side Activities
If you go after the SUPERIOR achievement, which has you completing the activities in every district, then you will rack up a number of other achievements.
This game has 14 types of collectables that are distributed in 14 districts and each of them has its own achievement. None of them are missable and you can collect them all after finishing the story. Most of these collectables are not available from the beginning of the game and you will get access to them as you progress in the story.
The important thing about collectables is that each district allows you to fast travel to it by finding 60% of its collectables, and before that you have to travel all the way by yourself, also you can see the number of collectables you found by moving the marker on each area.

All of the above can all be unlocked by going after collectables and unlocking the Superior achievement.
Plus, once you have attained them, you will amass a lot of components, and these can help upgrade your abilities and acquire new gadgets. For example, Kitted Out achievement, To the Max achievement can both be attained by purchasing all the available suits and fully upgrading your gadgets.
