This updated version includes a compiled list of all items and their locations, from original story items to situational items and those held by NPC’s. It also includes items specific to DLCs. Get ready to level up your gaming skills with this comprehensive guide!

This guide is meant to act as an updated and more compacted version of several (both updated and outdated) guides, the fandom wiki, and more.

This information is current as of 2024 and pertains to version 2022.3.16.49695.
This guide is broken down into categories based on location in the house, with each floor and each room being “clickable” for easier/quicker navigation. Within each category, you will find some items listed are also clickable hyperlinks that can take you directly to the Wiki for more in-depth detailed information on the item and its corresponding opportunities. Please note that while every item is listed, I tried to only include hyperlinks for items attached to one or more opportunities and thus have a higher importance/significance.
Please also note that this guide has a separate section for “Situational Items” (items that can only be used/obtained after certain “checkpoints” are met or completed), as well as another strictly for DLC Content and Characters. Both of these also include items held by NPC’s.
Feel free to leave a comment if something is not quite clear/you have a question about an item…or I happened to miss something during my cross-referencing, but again just be mindful of the different sections. I’ll also do my absolute best to keep this as updated and accurate as possible, as I know there’s a lot of mixed information floating around currently haha.
