To do so, you will need to complete the main story, most open-world activities, and find all types of collectibles. You will also need to complete specific side missions for certain trophies and scan and eliminate each type of machine (only one variation is required for each). The only missable achievements are related to scanning the Specter and Specter Prime machines, as they are quest-related and cannot be repeated.
