rules are this:

u start game, then you can do 300 team damag and kill max 2 teammate before kick.

you can kill 1 team mate at round start IF u have no team damgage before and IF you one hit teammate with weapon other than zeus

else, you must wait 5 second after round begin. then u can kill.

if u have no more team kill, u can try running into teammate molotof, its good.
