CSStats lets you practice with still or moving bots, and it has an easy-to-use control panel. There are 3 modes, Range, Rush, and Shuffle. Range puts bots scattered around the area, so you can shoot them. Rush has the bots run towards you and you have to shoot them before they warp back. Shuffle has the bots in corners or the open, and they move back and forth. There are also some more options, like turning on Kevlar.

Astralis has (as of 9/24) created 2 utility maps, for Mirage and Inferno. These maps are great for learning the utility, which you should be doing xD.
