Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, this guide will be your go-to resource for unlocking all achievements in Blasphemous 2. Let’s get started!
Note on Currencies
Tears of Atonement – Gained from killing enemies and bosses and act as the general currency to buy items from shops and other upgrades. Can be farmed infinitely.
Marks of Martyrdom – Only 116 of these exist in the game-world. You need 90 of these to level up your weapons to maximum level and 25 to unlock all Altarpiece slots from the Carver Montanes.
They are unlocked by the following means:
- 25 obtained from defeating bosses in the world.
- 25 obtained from visiting Golden Bowls dotted around the game world.

- 5 obtained from giving quest items to Montanes.
- 10 obtained from all Cherubs and climbing the Tower that they provide steps for.

- 1 found in the game-world behind the locked door in Streets of Wakes. (Buy key from shop in that area).

- Gregal (Top right inner quadrant).
- Lebeche (Bottom left inner quadrant).

The figures will go gold coloured when placed correct like this.
Once burned you will receive the Incense of the Envoys. Give the item before defeating the final boss and the achievement is yours once you defeat him.

-The Finest Craftmanship:
“Unlock all slots in the Altarpiece of Favours.”
To unlock slots for the Altarpiece of Favours you just need to give a total of 25 Marks of Martyrdom to Montanes in the City of the Blessed Name under the option to increase capacity. They purchases increase in cost.
All Bile Flasks
-Acquired Taste:
“Unlock all Bile Flasks.”
There are 4 extra bile flasks you must find and fill to unlock this achievement. Most are found in the world by exploring and are picked up (sometimes triggering enemy encounters). They are found as follows:
- One found in Profundo Lamento.
- One found in the Elevated Temples.
- One found in the Severed Tower.
- One is awarded from doing a battle challenge in the Streets of Wake. See “House of Grief and Hatred” achievement.
You must then return them to the woman in the bottom of the City of the Blessed Name, marked on the map with the blood droplet.
Note: You do not need Chalices or Silver-Clad Crystal shards for achievements but they are very useful nonetheless.
All Hidden Symbols
-Still Among Us:
“Find all of the hidden symbols.”
Hidden symbols of the Blasphemous logo are hidden throughout the world and can be lit up be using the “Chime of the Twisted One” prayer near by.
Here is an example one:
They are all fairly close to Prie Dieu making this very easy to finish up after a playthrough.
Here is a video guide of the locations by ‘100% Guides’:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YO2IWfF9wdw
All Cherubs
There are 33 Cherubs hidden in the world and they look like the image below.
Hit them with a weapon attack to free them and a little jingle will play as well as a display counter. The counter can also be viewed in the corner when the map is open.
I highly recommend a video for these if you wish to find them quickly. It also helps with selection of what Prayers/Weapons will reach the Cherubs.

All Cobijadas
-Hide and Seek:
“Find all the hidden Cobijadas.”
Cobijadas are hidden women in cloaks. They make a distinctive hissing/muttering noise when you are nearby. They are often behind an illusory wall (reveal the path by hitting your weapon on the wall).
There are 9 you will need to locate for this achievement (this achievement is also tied to getting all Figures). Some will require upgrades like double jump to reach their spots.
They are very useful to find as finding 7 allows the ability to fast travel between Prie Dieu (save points).
They are located as follows:
- Two are located in Sacred Entombments.
- One in Grilles and Ruin.
- One in Palace of Embroideries.
- One in Mother of Mothers.
- One in Repose of the Silent One.
- One in the Severed Tower.
- Two are located in Choir of Thorns.
All Enemy Types
-Nobody Expects the Spanish Inquisition!:
“Kill every type of enemy.”
For this achievement you must defeat all 65 enemy types in the game. None of the enemies are missable. Kill at least one of each new enemy you stumble across – variant enemies count!
There are too many to list here but this achievement should come naturally. If not try killing some of the more obscure enemies like the hands in Sacred Entombments, the jumping fish women in Sea of Ink or the flying red blobs in Basilica of Absent Faces.
‘A Leap of Faith’
-A Leap of Faith:
“Lift the Curse of the Unforgiven.”
Find the hidden Letter quest item in the Streets of Wake and then read it in your inventory to start this quest line.
Head to the large mirror in the reverse side of Two Moons and crouch in the reflection for a few seconds.
Open the second letter and head to the steep drop to the right of the Confessor in the City of the Blessed name and wait on the edge for a few seconds.
The open the third letter and head to this location (question mark) in Mother of Mothers.
Hit the dead Bell enemy a few times and the hidden room will open (marked with chest). Go in and find the fourth letter.
Open the letter and head to the shop in the City of the Blessed Name. Walk back and forth in-front of the entrance until you receive the fifth letter.
Open it and then go and jump off the cliff face in Profundo Lamento (next to the top end of the Elevator down to the Sea of Ink). The achievement will then unlock and you will be awarded with a Prayer.
‘Two Old Ones Eating Soup’
-Two Old Ones Eating Soup:
“Reunite Cástula with Trifón.”
First pick up the Scroll of the Elder quest item located in the Crown of Towers.
After you have this item go to Cástula and Trifón in the Palace of Embroideries. Talk with them and deliver the quest item and Cástula will give you the remembrance of Trifón.
Purchase the Remembrance of Cástula from the vendor in Forlorn Patio (inside Streets of Wakes region). This costs 6,000
Use both remembrances with Montanes to get the figures of the two old people and sit them in your Altarpiece how they where sat at the table (opposite one another but facing each other) and the achievement will unlock.
‘This Is Blasphemy’
-This Is Blasphemy:
“Deal more than 250 damage with a single strike.”
To get an attack which can deal 250 damage you must use Veredicto (the heavy-flail). Make sure it is fully upgraded and equip the following Figures in your Altarpiece:
- The Anointed One
- The Unwavering One
- The Purified One
- Castula
- The Traitor
- Tirso
- The Thirst
Note that here Cobijada Mayor is used to create a resonance (Gregal’s Favour) which increases Veredicto’s Strength.
To land a 250 damage attack you must do the following with the loadout above.
- Have 0% guilt.
- Drink all your Bile Flasks.
- Land a critical hit.
- Make sure that Veredicto is ignited.
- Land a direct hit onto an enemy (not the fire etc.)
- Don’t take damage (be on full health).
‘Twisted is the Path of the Miracle’
-Twisted is the Path of the Miracle:
“Hear the echoes of the past.”
In the Mother of Mothers, locate the tree from the first game (next to a Prie Dieu) and wait for the hidden dialogue to play and finish. The achievement will then unlock.
‘Happy New Year’
-Happy New Year!:
“Toll a bell 12 times.”
Hit the same bell 12 times in quick succession with Veredicto (Heavy flail). The achievement will then unlock. If it doesn’t keep hitting more than 12 times.
‘Empty Handed’
-Empty Handed:
“Purchase all available items in the shop in the City of the Blessed Name.”
Unlocked for purchasing all items in the main city shop (the giant hand in The City of the Blessed Name). The items are as follows and cost a total of 100,500 Tears of Atonement .
- The Partisan – 3,000
- The Flagellant – 3,000
- The Bishop – 3,000
- Viridiana – 3,000
- The Scribe – 3,000
- Earing of Regret – 3,000
- Bead of Whimsical Essence – 3,000
- Deformed Rat Skull – 6,000
- Abandoned Rosary Knot – 12,000
- Wax Seed – 12,000
- Mark of Martyrdom – 17,500
- Mark of Martyrdom – 32,000
‘House of Grief and Hatred’
-House of Grief and Hatred:
“Complete all the battle challenges.”
Battle challenges can be activated in the Streets of Wake, in the room to the right of the Prie Dieu. Interacting with the dying woman in bed will transport you to where you can start them.
To unlock battle challenges you must find other dead women in bed around the game world and blow out their candles. There is one battle challenge for each of the 5 women you can find. The rewards are Figures, a bile flask, and a chalice.
Locations to search:
- Grilles and Ruin
- Crown of Towers
- Elevated Temples
- Sunken Cathedral
- Basilica of the Absent Faces
‘A Sharp Rendezvous’
-A Sharp Rendezvous:
“Reach the room of the Sentinel of the Emery in under 30 minutes.”
This will likely be your final achievement as it requires a general good understanding of the games areas, enemies and level design. You must reach the Sentinel of the Emery boss fight (the one in Beneath Her Sacred Grounds) within 30 minutes of starting the game.
It is recommend you pick Ruego Al Alba as the starting weapon and dodge/slide past most enemies on route. As this achievement requires specific routing I would watch this video guide by ‘100% Guides’:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9EhGj7RJtg
‘Flawless Penance’
-Flawless Penance:
“After the first fight, defeat any boss without receiving damage.”
Your mileage will vary depending upon which boss you find easiest. This one just takes a lot of practice and time to find the best build for you and the boss best suited to your skill set.
If you take damage just die and restart the fight. Cannot be earned against the Faceless One, Chisel of Oblivion (first boss).
I personally found Svsona, Fermosa Fembra the easiest boss move set to learn upon my first playthrough so I imagine I will use this boss for the achievement on a new playthrough. Tips to follow.
‘The Merciless One’
-The Merciless One:
“Execute 50 different enemies.”
Executions can be performed on stunned enemies that are flashing red. Walk up to them and press the displayed interact button (default: E on PC, LT on controller). Executions are a lot rarer in this game compared to the first so you may need to farm these at the end.
I recommend using the Ecstatic Novice figure as it increases stun chance by 25%. The achievement description sometimes confuses people, it is not different enemy types, just 50 total.
