Looking to unlock all the Endings and Achievements in Djinn? This guide is here to help. You’ll automatically earn the Secret Achievement “Save Your Soul” by following in-game Hints and the White Raven’s guidance, but if you want to take a different path and obtain the 11th Ending, you’ll get the Teleport ability instead of Teleview. Just be aware that this choice will prevent you from getting the “Secret Achievement.” Don’t worry though, if you miss it, there’s another opportunity to earn it. Have more questions? Leave a comment! Just a heads up, this guide may contain spoilers, so only read the sections you need.
1. Ending = Rest In Peace (Beginning)
The southeast corner of the
Graveyard contains a dug-out grave with an empty coffin. Your
Tombstone and
Amulet are located there. Exploring this area will lead to the
1. Ending and the recovery of your amulet.
2. Ending = The Nightmare (The Tutorial)
This ending also serves as a
Tutorial. By following the in-game
Hints, you’ll destroy three
Magic Items. Returning to your bed and falling asleep will conclude
The Nightmare and result in the
2. Ending.
3. Ending = End of the Rope
The
Courthouse is located southeast of the
City, next to the
Palace. You can easily find it by following the
Street Signs or using the
Teleview ability. To access the building you can either use
Platforming skills or get the
Courthouse Key first. Once inside, go to the hanging place and pull the lever to raise the platform. Step onto the platform to initiate the
3. Ending.
4. Ending = It’s all at Stake
To unlock this ending, venture southeast to
Wadi Bani Khalid, where the stakes are high. Once there, enter the
Tent and find the book called “
Hexenhammer“.
5. Ending = The Necronomicon (The Easter Egg)
For this ending, travel south to
The Cabin, located at
Evil Rock. Get the
Key from the top of the main door and enter the Cabin. Inside, you’ll find the
Necronomicon in the fireplace. Burn the book and then go outside.
6. Ending = Journey to Yemen
To access the secret passage to
Yemen, you must first solve the
Mage Puzzle located in
Al-Hamadah to the west. As shown in the screenshot, the small replica of the
Mage indicates where to place the
Pearl, which is required. The solution to the puzzle is on the ground next to the chest. The dice represent the number of rotations needed for the inner circles; the outer circle requires the sum of the first two circles. Once the passage opens, traverse through it until you reach the vast desert.
7. Ending = Stairway to Heaven (A Beautiful Ending)
To initiate this ending, travel south to the
Pink Lake and locate the
Saint Girl. She will depart on her carpet for
Jabal Al-Shams, where she will await your arrival. Journey north to the highest peak and take a leap of faith towards her.
8. Ending = Go by the Board
To unlock this ending, you’ll need to access the
Lighthouse to the northeast, which has a locked door. To open it, use the cannon at
Bahla Fort to blast open the door. Once inside, ignite the oil at the top of the Lighthouse. Finally, head to the dock north of the Lighthouse and wait for a ship to arrive.
9. Ending = Last of the Arabian Nights (The 1001 Nights)
To reach this ending, travel to the northwest corner of the map, specifically
Barhoot Well in
Wadi Ghoul. Descend the rope into the cave filled with floating platforms. Ignite the oil to awaken the
Cobra King and confront him. Once the boss is defeated, quickly board the descending platform. You’ll then be faced with two paths: a left path with less
Platform Puzzles and requiring good timing, or a right path demanding precision and determination. Choose either path to reach the main platform. Solve the Platform Puzzle next to it to obtain a
Magic Carpet and unlock this ending.
10. Ending = Happily Ever After (The Fairytale Ending)
To unlock this ending, travel southwest to the
Salalah Hills and find the
Sila Temple.
The solution to the first
Puzzle is shown in the left screenshot below. After completing this, you must solve four riddles and place the corresponding
Diamond in the center. Clues for those riddles can be found in the
Hut to the south, as depicted in the right screenshot below. If you prefer not to solve the riddles yourself, continue reading for further assistance…
