Overview
Episode 1
Examine all the possible connections in the case.
This achievement is earned shortly after you gain control of Philip for the first time. You must use the thumb tacks on the bulletin board to make 10 different connections between the pictures.

Connection #3: Jenny and Magician
Connection #4: Sapphire Nucleus and Meric

Connection #6: Magician and Meric
There’s another bulletin board in the background on the right side. There’s a picture of two cops (Philip and John) on the board. Grab it.
You will now use this picture to make the final connections back on the main bulletin board.

Connection #9: Cops and Meric
Connection #10: Cops and Magician
Please Forgive Me, Jenny
Try to feel as if she’s there.
You get this achievement in the beginning of the game as well. Look to the left and you will see a perfume spray bottle on a vanity. Grab it and squeeze it to apply some and earn this achievement.
Get an Achievement!
You can do it!
In the same room, now look to your right on the floor for a mouse hole. Every 30 seconds or so, a mouse will come out of the hole. Be quick about it and interact with it to earn this achievement.
Take It To Go.
You might be hungry later.
On the desk in the same room in front of the bulletin board, there’s a pizza box. Open it up and grab the slice of pizza. Put it in your handy dandy inventory bot.
Num Num Num (1/3)
Eat all the edible items in the game.
After placing the slice of pizza in your inventory and earning the previous achievement, take it right back out and bring it to your mouth to eat it. Eat the whole thing.
Mask Dimension #1
Solve the first mask dimension puzzle.
Once you get to the Electric Sheep Bar, drink the alcohol and wait for your cop colleague to arrive. Talk to the cop and he will give you a package. Open it and complete the mask puzzle. Do NOT skip this puzzle (an option to skip will appear if you take awhile) or you will not earn this achievement.
Mask Dimension #2
Solve the second mask dimension puzzle.
Once you arrive at the lighthouse and take control of Philip, immediately look to your left and find an anchor. Interact with it to reveal another mask. Solve the second mask dimension puzzle and again, do NOT skip it.
Mask Dimension #3
Solve the third mask dimension puzzle.
When you are in the lighthouse and solving the wire puzzles, you will go up a ladder to the second floor. There you will see a big clown head with a red nose. Interact with the nose to reveal a third mask. Complete yet another puzzle without skipping to earn this achievement.
Break’em All
There’s some smashing to be done.
On the fourth floor in the lighthouse, you will see several pots all around the room. Break every single last one of them by interacting with (smashing) them. There is a tricky one hiding between the wire machine and fortune teller behind a candle.

Self-explanatory. This will unlock after watching the cutscenes after completing the lighthouse puzzles.
Episode 2
Look mom, I broke the game!
This one is a little tricky. At the start of episode 2 in the jail cell, there is a key behind the cop’s desk. Interact with it to knock it down.
Now, you must look underneath the desk to grab the key. I personally changed to roomscale mode (since the game is basically played entirely seated) and had to bend down quite far to barely see the key. Grab it and unlock yourself to earn this achievement.
Dead End
The only thing you can do is retrace your steps.
Once you break out of the jail cell, turn to your left and walk to the end of the hallway.
Art is the Ultimate Weapon
Paint over a security camera.
Once you unlock the evidence locker to retrieve your inventory bot, there is a bottle of blue spray paint in a box in the locker too. Grab it and spray the security camera above to the right.
Good Citizenship #1
Be the hero this city needs.
In the locker room, there is a shower running behind a shower curtain. Open the curtain and turn off the shower. Make sure you take the videotape from the robot and put it in your inventory for a later achievement.
Are We There Yet?
Be sure if you’re there yet.
After you fix the elevator, you will take it up to the roof on a pretty long elevator ride. Press the button with the robot face a LOT of times.
Num Num Num (2/3)
Eat all the edible items in the game.
Also in the elevator, there is a donut button (top left). Press it and bring the donut to your face to eat it. Eat the whole thing.
Not on a Diet
Eat ten donuts.
Using the same button you pressed for the previous achievement, keep pressing and consuming donuts until you have eaten 10 total.
Not My Day
Fail to grab your hat in midair.
When you reach the roof and step out of the elevator, your hat will fly off your head. You have to be pretty quick and try to grab your hat by interacting with it as it’s flying away. You won’t actually grab it, but you will earn this achievement.
Good Citizenship #2
Be the hero this city needs, again.
In the investigations department (with Betty2 and Sergeant Screwborg’s office), there is a mail slot labeled “EVIDENCE” on Betty2’s desk. Take the tape you received from the robot in the shower earlier in the episode from your inventory and put it in the slot.
Remember Your Own Name
Pretty basic, isn’t it?
When speaking to Betty2 for the first time, lie and tell her you’re there to clean Sgt. Screwborg’s office. Tell her you’ll clean his office for free and you have your cleaning tools right here. She will ask for your name again and present a lot of choices. Pick “MR.clean_your_office_right_away_bot.”
Good Boy!
Push one of the Bettys to treat you like a dog.
In the forensics lab with Betty2, turn to your left and you will see a large gray machine with many wires. Interact with the machine several times to earn this achievement.

Self-explanatory. After finding all six symbols in the film with the machine in the forensics lab, a short cutscene will play and you will have finished episode 2.
Episode 3
Give Betty2 her own book for some reason.
In the investigations department, with Betty2 away in the forensics lab, you are free to open up the drawer to the right of her desk. Take the book and bring it back to show to Betty2 to earn this achievement.
Wrong Betty!
There’s a reason it’s called a private detective.
After you obtain the picture of Betty1 and Commissioner Bigbars, go to Betty2 in the forensics lab and show her the picture.
The Dan Flashes Achievement
Make one of the Bettys reference the best show on Netflix.
Now, go back to headquarters and show Betty1 the picture of her and Bigbars.
Parlez-vous Français?
Make Philip speak in the language of love.
Once you solve the cog puzzle on the roof, a ladder leading to a zeppelin will go down and the zeppelin will begin to fly away. Interact with the zeppelin as it’s leaving.
Num Num Num (3/3)
Eat all the edible items in the game.
Once you get into Commissioner Bigbars’ office, walk through the door back to headquarters where Betty1 will be shocked to see you. She will look for Bigbars in his office before realizing he is truly gone and have the completely rational reaction of screaming and fleeing through a glass door on the side. With Betty1 gone, you can now can grab a cookie from the cookie (cog) jar. Eat it completely to finish the Num Num Num achievement.
Fourth Wall Smasher
Make Philip reference the title of the game.
At the end of the episode, when you are back on the roof and have shown Jimmy your signed police form to access the car, insert the location disc into the car slot and interact with the car to attempt to leave. Jimmy will stop you to say some parting words. Tell Jimmy “Probably not.” to earn this achievement.

Self-explanatory. After talking to Jimmy, enter the car and drive off to complete the episode.
Episode 4
Receive a hesitant refusal.
At the beginning of the episode, after taking the hat off the host bot, go into your inventory and offer him the wrench you collected in episode 2 or 3 (on the roof).
Mask Dimension #4
Solve the fourth mask dimension puzzle.
In the dark passageway, once you put the sapphire nucleus in the machine, a fourth mask will appear. Complete the puzzle (remember not to skip it) to earn this achievement. This one is rather difficult so follow the picture guide below courtesy of Knoef_NL[knoef.info] if you are having trouble.
Life of Crime
Morals? Who needs them?
When The Magician asks you to work for him, select “OK. I’ll do it.” The game will “end” but you can simply select “Replay End” when prompted to continue from this point.
You’re Pathetic
Choose to work for the magician, twice.
This time, when The Magician asks you to work for him, first select “I’ll never work for you.” Then, when he threatens to kill you if you do not accept and asks again, select “I’ll work for you.”
Puk Puk Pukaaak
Act like the biggest chicken ever.
When you are defusing the bomb at the end of the episode and the beams come crashing down, go up the first, second, and third beams. Stop on the third beam and look to your right to see a hanging Betty2. Talk to her to earn this achievement.
Escape Artist
Defuse the bomb in 4 minutes or less.
One of the hardest achievements. You must essentially speedrun the final act of the episode with defusing the bomb. I have linked a video guide below also courtesy of Knoef_NL. Memorize the steps and be as fast as possible. Not optimal to do with the Puk Puk Pukaaak achievement as you want to minimize your time doing anything but working to defuse the bomb. Good luck, it took me a few tries to get.
Save the day!
You’re a true hero.
In the final stage of defusing the bomb, interact with the center diamond. Remember the sequence of five, replicate the pattern, defuse the bomb and save the day!

The Horror! The Horror!
Witness a new villain arise.
The final achievement is rewarded by watching the credits at the end of the game. Watch them all the way through and you will see a secret final scene of something truly horrifying to earn the last achievement and officially 100% the game. Congratulations!
