“Get ready to uncover all the hidden movie props in Grand Theft Auto V! These collectibles were introduced in the Los Santos Summer Special update on August 11, 2020, and we’ve got all the locations for you to find them. Let’s dive into the world of GTA V and discover these valuable items.”
Introduction:
A crime has occurred at Richards Majestic. Visit Solomon Richards’ office (Yellow ‘S’ icon) to investigate further. The player will receive a text from Solomon Richards asking them to visit his office, the scene of the crime. Once there he will message further explaining that he was robbed recently and he’s looking for someone to help return his collection of famous movie props and that the player will receive a reward if they find them.
Recover the stolen Movie Props to earn Cash and RP. Find and return them all to unlock a bonus reward. There are ten movie props scattered throughout the state of San Andreas. Once collected, the player must return the movie props to Solomon Richards’ office in Backlot City.
Each prop collected rewards $10,000, totaling to $100,000, and a different level of RP based on how a prop is obtained. Upon returning the 10th and final prop, the player will unlock the “The Space Interloper” outfit, found inside a cardboard box in Solomon’s office, as well as an additional $50,000 reward. Until the cardboard box is opened, players can explore the office (previously seen in cutscenes in story mode and temporarily accessible in the side mission Murder Mystery); access to the office becomes unavailable once the box is opened.
Locations:
Each fixed prop returned will reward 5,000 RP:
1. Meltdown: Film Reel Behind a trash can outside Solomon’s Office entrance at Richards Majestic Productions, Backlot City.
2. WIFA Award: On a table in the back office of Vanilla Unicorn in Strawberry. The player must pay for a private dance in order to access the backrooms.
3. Indian Headdress: In the restrooms of The Diamond Casino & Resort between two urinals.
4. Alien Head: Near the top of Beam, Me Up in Sandy Shores.
5. Mummy Head: On the porch of a house off Route 68, near the border between Great Chaparral and the Grand Senora Desert.
6. Clapperboard: On a desk in the air traffic control tower on the ground floor, Fort Zancudo.
7. Monster Mask: On a rock at the west side of the Altruist Camp, Chiliad Mountain State Wilderness.
As well as 7 fixed props, there are a total of 3 different vehicles containing a prop with 3 different spawn locations for each vehicle, some static and some on the move. Each of the 3 different vehicles will only spawn in one of their locations.
Each moving vehicle will have an armed passenger along with the driver. Each parked vehicle is accompanied by 2-4 armed NPCs. Once spawned, the player has a limited amount of time to get to the spawn location, marked with a light blue circle on the map. A countdown timer is provided.
Once the NPCs have been taken care of, the player will have at least a one star wanted level. Getting in the vehicle will provide a waypoint back to a parking reticule in Backlot City and trigger ‘Lose the Cops.’ This can be done the usual way, or by getting back to Backlot City without being seen.
Once done, ‘Deliver the Movie Prop to Solomon’s Office.’ will trigger, at which driving into the parking reticule in front of the loading door of Stage 1 will finish the mission. There is a time limit for this. Completing a delivery rewards 2,000 RP for the return of the prop, plus 100 RP for each wanted level successfully evaded as per the wanted level system.
If the player happens to have any fixed props on them when they complete the delivery, those will also be turned in at the same time as well.
1. Mummy Coffin: (1) A Pony Parked on the east side of the Epsilon Centre, Rockford Hills. (2) Parked in the parking lot of the Kortz Centre, Pacific Bluffs or (3) Heading north past ULSA on North Rockford Drive, Richman.
2. Tiger Skin: (1) A Rumpo Parked in Simmet Alley, Textile City. (2) Parked outside Darnell Bros., La Mesa or (3) Heading east over the San Andreas Avenue Bridge, La Mesa.
