The Outlast Trials: Item collection

  For those actively engaged in Outlast Trials, you may have participated in our special events such as Program Omega, Program Geister, and the Weekly Programs as well. These events during our Early Access phase serve as a means for us to refine our tools and set the course for the future of The Outlast Trials. It is through these limited events that we can gather feedback and fine-tune the game before exiting Early Access.

  Rest assured, ALL events occurring during Early Access will return in the future, ensuring both our existing players and our new players can relish in these experiences.

  Regarding missed cosmetics from events subsequent to the game’s release, there’s nothing to be done except to hope for the same event and cosmetics to return.

• As of now, the weekly programs are only supplementary in this guide, so they won’t be fully updated. This might change in the future.
• I do intend to add the base game items, but I’m slightly lazy to do it right now. x)
• All outfits will be presented using a female genetic option.
• I play on a small laptop, so the guide will be slowly updated and the image quality may not be optimal, but I hope it still satisfies your needs.
• I eventually want to add keywords to the more unique/standout outfits. suggestions will be appreciated.

This event is themed around gas and rats.

“The Trial environment sporadically fills with toxic gas, inflicting permanent damage. Hide to stay alive.”
All hiding spots are safe (even desks and barrels), and peeking does not damage the player. Once a health bar is depleted, it is gone for the rest of the trial. You can counter this once with the health boost from the secret room.

“Recover all the drugged rats within the Trial for tissue analysis. Fulfill the objective for additional rewards.”
Replaces the secondary objective. Collect 5 rats in single player, and 10 rats for two or more players.

“Safe Harber for the innocents.”

Consists of 5 pieces:

• Headgear
• Night vision
• E.S.O.P.
• Shirt
• Pants

This event is themed around outer space.

“Multiple Prime Assets present in Trial.”
Both Prime Assets (originally only Coyle and Gooseberry) are included in the trials. One is always present, while the other appears periodically like any other xPop through the elevator.

“Break all prime time televisions for additional rewards.”
Replaces the secondary objective. There are a total of five TVs.

“They’ll never catch you.”

This event introduced the new catalogs, which changes the way the rewards are displayed/obtained. Now you don’t need to guess How many items the event has, you can simply look inside the current event catalogues, with the differential that the legendary poster is obtained through the tasks tab.

This event is themed around cinema.

“Reagents are equipped with a bomb counting down. Find Time Extenders, or the entire team will explode and the Trial is failed.”
The timer starts at around 3 minutes and counts down for all players simultaneously. The Time Extender increases the timer by one minute, up to a cap of 5 minutes total.

“Find and stop the broadcast in the Trial.”
Replaces the secondary objective. There is a single radio.
