Unmissable Achievements
You will naturally get this achievement by completing the first Projector, Mickey & The Beanstalk.
You will naturally get this achievement by choosing to spare or destroy the Clock Tower during his boss fight.
You will naturally get this achievement by getting Gremlin Prescott his wrench back from your Telephone, and then talking to him.
You will naturally get this achievement by giving Gremlin Markus some Power Sparks to fix the Projector.
You will naturally get this achievement by defeating the Slobber in the carousel, then talking to Mister Rover.
You will naturally get this achievement by choosing to spare or destroy Petronic during his boss fight.
You will naturally get this achievement by giving Gremlin Markus more Power Sparks to fix the projector.
You will naturally get this achievement by talking to Beluga Billy after you deliver him his bag.
You will naturally get this achievement by choosing to spare or destroy Captain Hook during his boss fight.
You will naturally get this achievement by giving Gremlin Markus even more Power Sparks to fix the Projector.
You will naturally get this achievement by climbing to the second floor balcony of Lonesome Manor and opening the red chest sitting there.
You will naturally get this achievement by choosing to jam or destroy the Mad Doctor’s Beetleworx Generators during his boss fight.
You will naturally get this achievement by choosing to spare or destroy the Shadow Blot during his boss fight.
(Note: I believe this is a typo, as it is not the blotlings you need to defeat, but the blotcicles.) You will naturally get this achievement by destroying all of the blotcicles across Ostown, Mean Street, Ventureland, Bog Easy, and Tomorrow City.
You will naturally get this achievement by destroying all the blotcicles holding your heart hostage inside the Blot.
Missable Achievements
This can be done as early as the first area in Slalom. Simply wait for all 4 of the Splatters to surround you, then spin them away.
This can be done in the same area as the previous achievement. Simply paint all 5 of the blotlings during the fight. Be careful not to smack any of them into the nearby thinner river.
This is technically missable, but you would have to be very unaware to not reach 100 by the end of the game. Simply Spin/Dash into 100 Barrels, Chests, and other random items that are breakable until you obtain this achievement.
This one can be done at any time. Simply pause the game and head to the left-most menu, then select photo mode. In this mode, you can take pictures from a variety of angles and with many different filters. Take one photo to get this achievement.
Also a very easy one. Just collect E-Tickets throughout the game until you reach this number. Note that you can spend as much E-Tickets as you want, as it is not counting how many you currently have in your wallet but rather how many you have collected in the whole game.
This one is easy to get as long as you are paying attention. The rides that count for this achievement are The Teacup Ride, The Asia Boat Ride, and The Carpet/Plane Rides. For the teacup ride, thin out the red teacup to retrieve the Gremlin wrench. Return it to it’s owner, then make your way to the pump and fill it with paint. For the Asia boat ride, free the gremlins and/or head to the right-most fan tunnel and complete the puzzle there to fix it. For the Carpet/Plane Rides, paint in all the leaking steam pipes in the Gremlin Village, then hit the gear in the middle. Doing all this will get you the achievement.
This one is simple yet difficult. All you have to do is make sure the entirety of Mean Street is painted, and nothing is thinned out. Do your best to make your way through the rooftops, painting in every missing chunk of the walls and every fake cloud on them. Check the streets to make sure none of the buildings are missing chunks, and take the time to paint in the floating cloud in the sky in front of Main Street’s train station. Once you finish painting everything, the achievement should unlock. Do not worry if you need to quit or enter a different hub, as unlike the original game this remake saves your painting progress.
This one is very easy. When you get to Mickeyjunk Mountain, there will be two giant phones. One is in the first area and the other is in the second area. Simply choose one and step on a number that doesn’t glow 3 times, and the achievement should unlock.
This one is the easiest to do in Mickeyjunk Mountain. When in fights with Spatters/Beetleworx, simply spin attack them into nearby thinner pools until you’ve reached 10 enemies drowned.
There are 32 gremlins to free across the game, but I will list 12 of the easiest ones to get in a seperate section below.
This one is a little difficult. You must keep an eye out for any collectible film reels in every Projector, as every one has at least 2. If you feel you missed any, simply enter the Theater and replay the ones you have not found every reel in. (Ones you missed will be grayed out.) Do this until you have collected 36 of them.
Easy. Once you collect enough film reels, talk to the Theater manager and he will reward you with a costume eventually. Equip it in the pause menu, and you will get this achievement.
This one is quite simple, and you won’t miss it if you engage in combat often. Just kill each of the 4 types of Beetleworx throughout the game. The Hoppers can be found just about everywhere, and the Spinners, Bashers and Tankers can be found in Tomorrow City, Ventureland and Lonesome Manor.
Again, these two achievements aren’t very difficult to get if you engage in combat often. Simply defeat enemies by painting/thinning them until you reach the requirements for one achievement, then focus on the other until you get it. As long as you don’t defeat slobbers/bosses in a different way from your route, this will not affect your ending/route achievements.
This one is simple even though a lot of people don’t have it for some reason. In Mean Street, you will be required to complete a race from Gilda for a gear, but the other 3 races are optional. Once you have beaten each of the 3 main areas, (Tomorrow City, Ventureland, & Bog Easy) Gilda will appear in each one. Simply find her, talk to her, and complete each of her very easy races and the achievement will be yours.
This one is easier than you might think. Simply wait until you are in a fight with 5 or more blotlings (this can include slobbers) and place a TV down. It doesn’t matter what orientation the TV is in, all of the blotlings will make their way to the front of the TV and watch it until it runs out.
These 3 achievements are not as hard as they seem, you just need to know where to look and what to expect. I will list the directions in a seperate section below.
This one requires some work. Two of them can be bought at stores, one at the ice cream shop and one at Travis’ shop in Ventureland (which only appears if you destroy Hook’s animatronic machine). The other three are acquired from collecting enough film reels, giving Oswald Ortensia’s locket from her house (which can only be accessed after putting Goofy back together) and defeating all the blotcicles in Ostown.
Gremlin Locations
1. Calvin
Save him from the catapult in Dark Beauty Castle.
2. Tim
Defeat the blotlings surrounding him at the ticket booth.
3. Trigo
Thin the wall on the right of the Jungle Boat ride to find this gremlin.
4. Habel
Climb up on the bridges above the ride to find this gremlin inside one of the cubbies.
5. Hyperion
This gremlin is in the same area as Habel, just in a different cubby on the other side.
6. Pinzo
Look behind the Giraffe standee to find this gremlin.
7. Braun
Climb to the top of the pagoda in the Asia Boat ride to find this gremlin. Smack the gear on the side to make it easier.
8. Herman
Find this gremlin stuck on a small spinning island in the middle of the ride.
9. Sam
This one is a bit tricky. In the Asia Boat ride, thin out the indian section to the left of the area. Jump over to the ground floor and smack the gear on the side of the wooden pillar to reveal this gremlin.
10. Ditto
This one also takes a little work. When you get to the gremlin village, fix Gus’ house by painting in the pipes and smacking the gear in the middle. Paint Gus’ house, and he will then fix the windmill. Get into the windmill elevator and reach the top to find this gremlin being guarded by 3 spatters.
11. Kip
Way off in the distance behind and to the left of you when you first enter Mickeyjunk Mountain, this gremlin will take some precise parkour to reach.
12. Ronald
Take the thinner path in the pump room in the second area of Mickeyjunk Mountain. At the end you will see this gremlin sitting on the edge of a platform to the right of you.
That is all the gremlins you will need for the achievement. I will come back and add the remaining gremlins when I feel up to it. I am tired of typing.
Animatronic Part Locations
Goofy’s Parts:
1. The first part is in the very first area of Tomorrow City, climb up the right tower and thin the wall behind you to find it.
2. The second part is given to you when you defeat the slobber boss with paint.
3. The third part is in the tram area of Tomorrow City, thin the floors below you to find some gears that need painting. Fill them in, smack the gear in the middle and make your way to the top of the balcony on the left to jump onto the Sky Trams. Ride them until you get to the lone island where the third part awaits.
4. The fourth part is in the Space Voyage area of Tomorrow City, simply enter the second-story orb elevator and it will take you to the fourth part.
Daisy’s Parts:
1. The first part is in the hut directly behind you when you first enter Tortooga. Simply thin the wall behind it to get to it.
2. The second part is in the jungle, hidden in the quadruple-locked well on top of the plateau with 4 stone Tiki heads. Find the 5 secret gems around the area, and use them on the heads to gain access to the second part.
3. The third part is at the very top of Skull Island, next to Pete Pan. Make your way up and grab it.
4. The fourth part is handed to you by Smee if you destroy Hook’s animatronic machine with Paint or Thinner.
Donald’s Parts:
1. The first part is in the Library, simply thin out the bookcase wall to your right in the middle area, and enter to grab it.
2. The second part is in the Ballroom, make your way to the second story of the ballroom and jump to the back middle area to find this part.
3. The third part is in the attic during the Mad Doctor’s boss fight. Simply use the crates in front of the entrance to climb up into the rafters, and make your way to the top area to find the third part a long ways from you.
4. The fourth part is handed to you by Gabriel if you calmed the pipe organ down by correctly playing his song.
If you missed any, DO NOT WORRY! You can buy the ones you missed from their respective shops for 1000 E-Tickets each.
Route Achievements
These two achievements will take some dedication. You must defeat every boss in each route with paint/thinner. This includes SLOBBERS! Do NOT forget this! If you thin/paint a single slobber in the wrong route you will not get these achievements.
For An Epic Journey:
Paint the Clock Tower.
Collect all of Goofy’s parts.
Paint the first slobber in Tomorrow City.
Paint Petronic.
Collect all of Daisy’s parts.
Make your way up Hook’s ship and release the sprite to get Pete Pan to fight him.
Collect all of Donald’s parts.
Paint the second slobber in The Library.
Note: DO NOT Finish all of Madame Leone’s quests at once when doing this! If you do she will thin the slobber as a thank you to you, but this will ruin your paint run. Instead, finish 1-2 of her 3 quests (One of which MUST be the paint the skulls quest), then talk to her. Spawn the slobber, paint it, then finish whatever is the last quest of hers.
Use a TV Sketch on the left-most power spot, use an Anvil Sketch on the right-most pressure plate, and stand on the last middle pressure plate yourself to jam the Mad Doctor’s machines.
Paint the Shadow Blot.
Paint the third slobber in Mean Street.
Paint the fourth slobber in the Mad Doctor’s Lab.
Paint the fifth slobber in The Throne Room.
Paint the sixth slobber in Loss Tower.
Paint the seventh slobber inside the Blot.
For Out Of My Way:
Thin the Clock Tower.
Thin the first slobber in Tomorrow City.
Thin Petronic.
Either thin Hook’s barrels when he’s in them and spin him 4 times to break him, or arrange his rails so that he falls into the thinner ocean where the Tick-Tock Croc is waiting for him.
Thin the second slobber in the Library. (You can also complete all of Madame Leone’s quests before talking to her to have her kill it for you.)
Thin out all 3 of the eyes on the Mad Doctor’s machines to break them.
Thin the Shadow Blot.
Thin the third slobber in Mean Street.
Thin the fourth slobber in the Mad Doctor’s Lab.
Thin the fifth slobber in The Throne Room.
Thin the sixth slobber in Loss Tower.
Thin the seventh slobber inside the Blot.
