Welcome to “Terraria: Skyria Challenges” – your ultimate guide to completing challenges on the Skyria and Skyria+ worlds in Terraria. This list includes all the challenges and helpful hints to guide you towards success. Let’s dive in!
Introduction
- I would strongly suggest not swapping around any of the rewards, as that will affect the pacing of the challenge.
- Obviously don’t take the rewards without first beating a trophy’s associated boss shown above each of the rewards.
- Should you defeat a Mechanical Boss before battling the Old One’s Army, you may take the Dark Mage reward once the Ogre has been defeated.
Expert mode is recommended, as some challenges/progression may not be achievable on Classic.
If you’re playing with friends, you can edit the world to increase the amount of rewards for each player – but only for the Life Crystals & Accessories.

Hints!
- Wood and Hay are easily obtainable & renewable.
- Slimes and Undead Miners can sometimes drop Bombs, and a Skeleton Merchant will always sell them.
- Craft and throw a Dirt Bomb in a way that lets it fill as big an area as possible – you will need to mine up all DIRT on your island to do make your first dirt bomb.
- Mud can be crafted from Dirt while standing near Water – but to do this, you must NOT have broken the Jungle Grass block on your island!
- The Merchant sells a Furnace if he lives in a Jungle biome.
- Slimes can carry Lead or Iron ore sometimes.
- Duplicate some Water to fill an area of at least 300 blocks.
- Beat the Moon Lord.
- Angler can only spawn in Ocean, but he’ll need at least 1 Sand block to appear.
- Fishing a Gold Crate has a chance to give a Life Crystal – though this is very rare.
- Stone can be made from Shimmer, which can then be farmed using Gemcorns.
- Create an underground Hallow biome using Stone, then wait for a Gelatin Crystal to grow on the Pearlstone.
- Skyria is a “Drunk” world, so it alternates between Corruption & Crimson each day. Gather some seeds for each and make an isolated biome.
- Create fishing lakes in each biome and go fishing – these are typically semi-rare fish.
- Create a Corruption & Crimson biome much like the surface ones, but at the cavern layer.
- There’s Mushroom Grass somewhere underground, help it to grow until you get some Mushroom Grass Seeds.
- Once you have an underground mushroom biome, Truffle Worms will start spawning in hardmode.
- Make suitable NPC housing in a surface Mushroom biome during hardmode.
- The Truffle will sell the Autohammer after Plantera has been defeated.
- Snow blocks can be farmed at Christmas during hardmode from the Frost Leigon.
- Craft a Deer Thing, or wait for the Deerclops to appear during a blizzard at midnight.
- During a blizzard you may find Ice Golems, which drop a key ingredient for the armor.
- Sand can be duplicated by using a Sandgun – all materials to make the gun are obtainable in this world, from enemy drops, NPCs and boss rewards (HINT: look into obtaining Geodes).
- Key ingredients can be obtained from enemies in Corrupted/Crimson & Hallowed Deserts.
- During a sandstorm you may find Desert Spirits, which drop a key ingredient for the armor.
- Ingredients for the PDA can be crafted, dropped by enemies, bought from Merchants or awarded from fishing quests.
- All Shell Phone ingredients are obtainable in the world, you just need to know where to look…
- All ingredients for the Terraspark Boots can be bought from NPCs*, dropped from enemies or craft, however most are obtained by fishing.
- *One of the early ingredients, the Rocket Boots, might be trickier as the Goblin Tinkerer can only be unlocked after reaching 200 max health.
- All ingredients for the Yoyo Bag can be bought from Merchants and crafted or obtained through boss rewards.
- All Ankh Shield ingredients can be farmed from enemies, fished from crates or crafted; though most are only available in hardmode.
- Ingredients for the Night’s Edge can be crafted or obtained through bosses rewards.
- Ingredients for the True Night’s Edge can be crafted or dropped from bosses.
- Ingredients for the Terrablade can be crafted or dropped from enemies.
- All Zenith ingredients can be gotten by playing, mostly from boss drops and crates, but also some boss rewards.
