In order to collect all 10 postcards, you will have needed to unlock the Synthesis Shop and complete Monstro. You will be unable to collect all the postcards until you have done so.
Postcard 1
The first postcard location will be behind Cid at his Gummi Shop (if you haven’t reached the second visit to Traverse Town, it’ll just be behind Cid’s shop near the entrance to second district) inside the vault, just interact with it to retrieve your first postcard.
Postcard 2
The second postcard will be a little tricky without
glide, but you can still acquire the it without the ability. Go near Cid’s Gummi Shop again and grab a box near the shop and bring it to the corner of the Synthesis Shop (pictured) and jump on top of the Synthesis Shop. Once you’re on top, jump over the blue lantern hanging over the door to the shop to get to the other side. Once there, move to the middle of the roof and open the chest to retrieve the second postcard.
Postcard 3
Go to the front of the Cafe Bar near the entrance to Traverse Town and interact with the blue trinity as pictured. Once you have been teleported by the trinity, interact with the chest to retrieve your third postcard. (credit to

Postcard 4
To acquire the fourth postcard, simply enter Huey, Dewey, and Louie’s item shop in the first distract and strike the fan above.
Postcard 5
The fifth postcard will be above the Boots & Shoes window inside a chest in the second district.
Postcard 6 + 7
These postcards will require Thunder or a higher level version of the spell.
This one’ll give you two postcards for completing a small puzzle related to the Gizmo Shop. Firstly, use thunder on the exposed wire in the third district to activate the machinery in the Gizmo Shop. Secondly, go to the Gizmo Shop in the second district and climb on top of the machinery, then push down the three protruding buttons. After you’ve done this, go down to the clock in the center of the Gizmo Shop and examine it to acquire two postcards.
Postcard 8
This postcard can only be acquired (to my knowledge) after your second visit to Traverse Town, as the ladder next to the Gizmo Shop needs to be climbable.
Firstly, go climb the ladder outside the exit to the Gizmo Shop and start running across the roof towards the house with the open window at the end. Then after that, jump through the open window and examine the corner of the balcony as pictured.
Postcard 9
You will have needed to complete Monstro to unlock this postcard.
To retrieve the ninth postcard, go to Geppetto’s House to the right of the Synthesis Shop in the first district and examine the small pot as pictured. (credit to khguides.com for the picture).
Postcard 10
You will have needed to unlock the Synthesis Shop to retrieve this postcard.
To retrieve the final postcard, simply enter the Synthesis Shop in the first district and examine the flyer as pictured (credit to khguides.com for the picture).
