Welcome to the Selaco: No-video Secrets Guide, where you’ll find all of the hidden secrets of the game presented in easy-to-follow picture format. Get ready to uncover all the tips and tricks without having to watch any videos. Let’s dive in!
General Advice
This guide only covers SECRETS. Fortunately, the datapads and upgrades are not well hidden, and the cabinet cards are almost always near their cabinets. Maybe I’ll update this guide if a Multimeter Mark III comes out :>
Don’t worry about missing secrets. You can backtrack (with the exception of a couple of linear, secret-free levels), and you will unlock fast travel. Also, most of the secrets contain like, a box of handgun bullets.
If you can’t find a secret:
- Check the minimap for small gaps that could indicate a secret passage.
- Look for ducts and door cracks that you can slide underneath. You can slide under some very narrow cracks.
- The multimeter doesn’t care about height. Look for rafters, ledges, or ducts above that you can climb up to. There are a few secrets that can only be reached by stacking objects.
- Get Master Key on the shotgun, which will make breakable wall cracks more convenient to identify and break.
Or just look below, I’m not your boss.
Pathfinder Hospital
If you’re going for the Little Plushy Man achievement, leave the bear here and come back once you’ve cleared the path to Dawn’s home.

1. Slide under Dr. Jones’ door.
2. There’s a switch right beside Dr. Jones’ door. Smack the green bars off the panel with melee and hit the switch. Go right, crawl through the duct, and enter the now half-open door in the next room.
3. Knock the green bars off with melee to enter the bathroom.
4. Climb on top of the scanner and hit the switch behind. This opens the door next to the scanner room.
Pathfinder Hospital (Blue)
2. In the first room, climb the crates and shimmy across the ledge. There’s a hidden alcove on the right.
3. In the locker room, use the locker that sticks out. This might be the only locker in the game that actually opens.
4. To get the armor near the Mortuary sign, enter the duct in the next room.
5. Open the switch cover next to the collapsed vending machine and flip the switch. This will open the bathroom door to the south.
6. Break the wall at reception with an explosive. There’s a nearby explosive barrel if you lack a grenade. Otherwise, return later.
7. Go into the MRI Exam room and put a metal object into the MRI. Tuck it right into the scanner. Some nearby objects that will work: a barrel, the fire extinguisher, a soda can from the scanner control room.
8. Jump through the window above the stairwell and shimmy across the ledge.
