Summary
- Number of achievements: 9
- Multiplayer/Online achievements: 0
- Achievement difficulty: not too hard, the fish levels are the hardest
- Approximate time for 100%: 2-3 hours
- Number of runs for 100%: only one, but the game has multiple (4)endings, but no (?) replay needed (read next item).

- Unobtainable/glitched achievements: no.

Storyline achievements
Storyline achievement: you’ll get it after you complete the amoeba levels.
Storyline achievement: you’ll get it after you complete the Planaria levels.
Storyline achievement: you’ll get it after you complete the spider levels.
Storyline achievement: you’ll get it after you complete the fish levels.
Storyline achievement: you’ll get it after you complete the penguin levels.
Endings
After you complete the main levels, you’ll be able to ressuscitate and watch an ending. It’s the middle entrance shown in the screenshot below.
In some of the main levels, you can collect some green gems. Collect them to unlock another ending. It’s the left entrance shown in the screenshot below. During this ending, you get the tip to the “Welcome back” achievement.
Next to the entrance of the main levels, you get an extra level, where you can collect an orange gem. Collect them to unlock another ending. It’s the right entrance shown in the screenshot below.
After you get the green gems ending, the game will ask you if you’d like to change your name. Type GOD or DEUS to unlock this ending (thanks to Rafael101033 for this tip). I haven’t found a way to change you name again, so I’m not sure if this achievement isn’t missable…
