suit as armor, and yakuza as your perk deck to increase your movement speed, then incendiary nades since theyre the best throwable for killing civs imo
i took stockholm because unsilenced gun fire combined with that skill can intimidate civs and prevent any of them running from you
shotgun cqb for faster reload speed, closeby aced for extra ammo. ovk aced so you can swap to your primary quicker, and fully loaded basic for even more ammo
parkour aced to do more actions like reloading while sprinting
akimbo for extra ammo, and frenzy to get some movement speed out of yakuza without needing to zerk

primary is akimbo grimms modded for low acc and has HE rounds

secondary is a single grimm modded pretty much the same way

play no mercy and kill every civ. theres usually 34-37 on the map and you can kill all of them in a minute or less if you know spawns and use your gun. also note that if you do this solo, you are not able to kill bill if he happens to spawn in the elevator with you
