“Archivist” Achievement – All Documents Locations + Screenshots
It is recommended to play the game fully first to do this achievement. No spoilers are present in this Guide.
To do the following achievement you must find all the following 14 documents and read them in the same run.

Document Locations
1. In the first, center room through the foyer, it is on the table behind the religious statue.
2. Cross the ledge through the window on the upper floor. On the opposite side, go into the left room and read the note on the table.
3. The study next to the mollusks/crustaceans painting where you acquire the Blue Book. There are two documents on the desk. The first is at the front of the desk.
4. Second document in the study. It is on the right side of the desk.
5. Cellar (entry behind the fireplace in the study). The note is on a table on the left side of the cellar.
6. Exit through the cellar’s southwest door. Directly right of the door, there is a table with a note on it.
7. Table in the outside workshop where the radial saw is.
8. Table in the shark room (West Wing upper floor), right of the Wind Rose chart.
9. Puppet Stage/Music Puzzle room, entry west of the gap in the basement. The note is on the desk next to the Music Puzzle.
10. Bloody bathroom area on the west wing first floor. It is on a desk outside of the bathrooms.
11. East Wing Greco Room (south of six-armed statue). On a desk inside the bedroom.
12. West Wing Libeccio Room (Library). This room is accessible through the shark room in the West Wing, unlocked with the Libeccio Key. There is a document on the table to the left side of the room.
13. There is a second document in the Library on a table to the right of the room.
14. After placing the Mirror on the wall to get to the final hidden area, first go through the gold door on the left (you must have obtained the Master Key from Felice beforehand [Good End]). The note is on a table in the room.
