Walkthrough
You start in a train, finding a newspaper article (which I don’t understand because there’s no translation) and a flashlight with two batteries. Walk to the other end of the carriage, exit on the left, and go to the right. Alternatively, if you were already outside, follow the fencing that looks like chocolate. Either way, you’ll get to a kind of frozen road that bends to the left. If you walk along it, you’ll notice how the village looks deserted.
If you go into the first house on the left, you’ll find two batteries (just walk into the door to open it). Go back outside and turn left, around this house, to see two more newspaper clippings on the board on the right side of the road. If you go into the house on the left of this board, you’ll wonder where everybody’s gone. If you go into the house to the left of this one (first walk into the fence door to open it), you’ll notice that this is grandma’s house, and even though she’s not there, it looks like someone was here not long ago. You should go to the store to see if she’s there, or anyone for that matter. You can also find a battery in the bedroom.
Go back to the first path with the house on the left. If you go straight instead of to the left, you should end up at a tilted piece of land and a house with a shed. In the last house before this one, on the left side of the road, you can find a note warning people about wolves, as well as a note that says that we need to take care of Petrovich’s dog, and that the key is in the barn. Now open the shed at the house at the end of the road. There, you’ll find a battery, a lighter, lighter fluid and a key. You can use the key on the door of the house. In the bedroom, you’ll mention that you need to go to church, near the cemetery, because of the wolves, and you’ll find three notes, one of which is on the bed (first pick up the one on the right, then the one on the bed, and then the one on the left, if you want to read them chronologically). They’ll explain how there are some kind of monsters in the night, but you can scare them away with your flashlight. From now on, there will be monsters outside, but your flashlight doesn’t seem to work on them. If you don’t want the monsters to spawn, you can just skip this part. Either way, go back to the center of the village.
If you came from the trains, turn left on the road and follow this to the end. At the end of the road there’s a house on the right and a graveyard on the left. If you walk towards the cemetery shed via a gravestone with hearts, you will notice that someone “stole Sergei’s body” and you should look around the shed for evidence. If you go into the shed, you will notice dirt and a coffin, like someone dragged the body of a priest here but it’s gone. You should look around the house across the street. First, pick up the paper that explains something about Sergei. So go back through the graveyard and walk across the road to the house (you have to walk around the fence). If you go inside, you can find two batteries and a note about an ancient, African mask. You figure that you should go to the factory.
Follow the road back to the village, and now, if you came from the trains, turn right instead of left. There will be a bend to the left and then to the right before you get to the factory gates. Go through the open gate and into the small building to the left. There will be a note and a key. Go back outside, cross the road and use the key to open the door. You will find another key and a note. Now follow the road and when you see a locked door on your left, use the key on it. Inside you will find a box and a note hinting at the mask being inside the box. Use X while looking at the box, and the screen will turn white, which probably means you found the mask and finished the game?
