Looking to enhance your Underspace gaming experience? Look no further! This guide is specifically made for those interested in using console commands and mods by providing a comprehensive list of Item IDs. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned player, this database has got you covered. Let’s dive right in!
How to look up and use Item IDs
So if you want more copies of your favorite gun, and doing it legit is not working for whatever reason, the console can save you a lot of hassle if you know how to use it.
We’re focusing on 2 console commands here:
“helpitem <item name>”
&
“additem <ID> <number>”
“helpitem” will search the items database, and briefly show the IDs of anything that matches the <item name> string. I recommend a notepad or being a quickdraw on the screenshot button, but for the sake of all interested parties, I will note down as many IDs as I can in the sections below. Then it’s just a matter of plugging in that ID in the “additem” command along with how many copies you want.
Needless to say, you can absolutely destroy any semblance of balance the game previously had using this method, so I suggest saving this for after you’ve already plateau’d on power scaling and just wanna check out the stuff you’ve missed or finish kitting out your garage.
Entries will generally be in the following format:
FactionName<Gun Number>_<Variant Number>
Gun Number mainly comes up with factions that have multiple weapons specific to them, like militaries.
e.g. the strongest Family Matta gun is the Fratricide -> GunMatta01_08
Not every weapon series goes all the way to class 10, or even class 9 in the case of smaller factions like Crime Syndicates. Missiles in particular are only available in classes 1,3,5,7, and 9.
Special weapons may not have a series at all.
Important Note: This isn’t an exhaustive list. I do not have infinite time on my hands, so feel free to mention any you’ve confirmed in the comments.
