Welcome to “The Last Medic Completionist Guide”! In this guide, you will discover all the hidden secrets and nooks of the game. You’ll also get a glimpse into each world and my personal thoughts on it, without giving away too much. Let’s dive in and uncover everything “The Last Medic” has to offer!
Introduction
WARNING! Scrolling past the tips section will spoil parts of the game.
I hope you have a fun read, and if there is anything missing that you have spotted or if someone wants tips or a video of a certain level being played, let me know and I could try to help out! So without further to do, here’s my guide for 100% (Well, 99.9%) completion of The Last Medic.
Tips and hints!
2. Don’t give up!!! It might get a little frustrating at times and that’s okay! Take a break, read a book, and relax. Then when you come back, you’ll feel like you can tackle the challenge again!
3. There are two almost obvious collectables that have signs on the level selection screen
3. The secret levels are symbolized by a golden rhombus next to the level and the music notes are symbolized by a music note (which might be a little harder to spot since it sometimes blends in well)
4. When you select the level that has the secret exit, there will be a bar underneath the checkpoint before the exit.
5. If there is a collectible in the level but you can’t find it, don’t forget to jump past the exit or travel to the left of the entrance! (It’s usually there thankfully)
6. Furthermore, there is usually a sign showing the way of the secret (There are usually square holes in the background or a series of squares that look out of place) (If not holes, it could be a platform or a background prop)
7. Tips for water levels:
There is a button to make you move vertically quickly! (I didn’t know this until I was stuck on a water level for a good while) Additionally, if you heal while moving quickly, it cuts off your momentum, allowing you to make sharp turns when needed.
8. Don’t forget it’s just a game! Take your time and breathe :3
Summaries of each world
Beler:
This section is pretty straight forward. This world is just help to get used to the controls without adding much. It also introduces you to obstacles that will be implemented in future levels.
Difficulty 1/5
Gimmick: None
Corbis:
This world brings in more advanced obstacles not for the weak of heart. You wanna get good at being able to use all of your movements for this world. Also you get water levels! There will be like one or two water levels per world for the majority of the rest of the game.
Difficulty: 2.5/5
Gimmick: Caves and some-what tight maneuvers
Veles:
This one was also pretty straight forward and fun!
Difficulty: 1.5/5
Gimmick: Low gravity!
Garat:
The switch from low to normal gravity can be difficult (which is probably why level 1 of this area was horrible for me), but after you get used to it the world is pretty straight forward.
Difficulty: 2/5
Gimmick: Switch platforms
Morius:
This world introduces enemies into the game that will be seen in further levels! This world was one of my more favorite ones because who doesn’t like enemies in a plat former?
Difficulty: 2.5/5
Gimmick: Enemies!
Elenas:
This one is pretty different from the rest that introduces cool concepts!
Difficulty 3.5/5
Gimmick: Rooms and teleporters
Noom:
This world is based a lot around timing and planning. It’s plenty different from the rest of the worlds. This might be the hardest world for a few due to the difficult time based actions.
Difficulty: 4/5 (5/5 if you can’t time well)
Gimmick: Low gravity and cannons
Paramyl:
This is probably one of the more stressful worlds. Even though it is stressful, the platforming is still quite simple. You just have to go quick!
Difficulty: 3.5/5
Gimmick: Limited oxygen
Orimor:
This section is most definitely a change a pace! It’s much lighter than the previous worlds.
Difficulty: 3/5
Gimmick: Jump, dash, and jetpack refills
Xysr:
This world is pretty fun, but requires a lot of patience. I was kinda disappointed when this world only had 8 levels.
Difficulty 3.5/5
Gimmick: Auto-scrolling
Yvias:
This one is also a very unique world, as you jetpack gets replaced with a robot suit! This world nonetheless can get very frustrating. Luckily there are a lot of checkpoints.
Difficulty: 4.5/5
Gimmick: New movement mechanics and dodging in air.
Exafius:
The new mechanic can make jumps get pretty tight in this world. With enough trial and error, you’ll conquer it! Tip for moving spikeballs when passing through, move in the direction they are moving to make it easier to pass!
Difficulty: 4.5/5
Gimmick: Bouncy pads!
Finival:
This world is pretty fun! Just like a lot of the worlds, it introduces another gimmick that twists how you have to play. One of the more harder levels to play.
Difficulty: 4.5/5
Gimmick: Moving lava and speedy flying stuff (they can be agressive, so be prepared)
Ocidia:
This world combines a lot together to create the ultimate challenge. The final world before you reach your goal!!
Difficulty: 5/5
Gimmick: Low gravity, limited oxygen
Beler
Beler – 3: Secret exit
Near the end of Beler-3, right before the exit, you can fly up and around the cave. This leads you to a small path and the secret exit.
Beler – 9: Music note
At the end of this level, jump off the highest point to the right of the exit and fly rightwards. This will lead you to your first music note. (Warning, you cannot make it back from the note to the exit, so you’ll have to repeat the final part of this level)
Corbis
Corbis -4: Secret Exit. At the end of this level, follow the red block past the exit by using it’s path and jump on the block further to reach the secret exit.
Corbis -8: Music note. At the end of the level, jump off again to the right and fly. This is usually the solution, but not always.
Veles
Veles -1: Secret Exit. After saving your third astronaut, take a huge vertical leap to your left. Continue to your left then climb upwards to reach the secret exit!
Veles -5: Secret Exit. After the second astronaut is rescued, continue climbing up until you reach your first breakable wall. Instead of breaking the wall and going left, take a leap of faith to your right and there will be a platform. Continue right to reach your destination!
Veles -6: Music note. At the exit of this level, take a huge vertical leap and there is a landing spot on the left peak. Take a few more lunges upward to find the music note!
Garat
Garat -2: Secret Exit. When you spawn in, drop down against the left wall of the beginning platform. Be prepared to dash right near the bottom of the pit, or you’ll meet your deadly demise. The secret exit is right after that wall.
Garat -6: Secret Exit. Follow the normal path from the first rescue until you reach the part with the spike balls. Jump onto the top of the switch platform and head right. I recommend just going to the next save point and dropping straight down so you don’t have to repeat that whole section.
Garat -8: Music note: You know the drill. Get to the end of the level and jump as far as you can to the right.
Morius
Morius -1: Secret Exit: From the beginning, go to the right until you reach the second enemy, then jump up left to the top of the screen. Head left until you reach the secret exit! (Don’t forget to jump over the gap!)
Morius -3: Secret Exit: After completing the dash part and the part where you dodge the spike balls, there is a gap between two platforms which has a cave background and a square hole in the background right above it. Drop straight down from there to find the exit.
Morius -10: Music note: Just hop left as far as you can from the beginning.
Elenas
Elenas -1: Music note. Hop as far as you can to the left from the entrance. That’s it.
Elenas -4: Secret Exit. After the last check point and a few puzzles, you will find yourself climbing up a wall with three holes in it. Go to the left of that and follow the path to find the secret exit.
Elenas -8: Secret Exit. After you save the first victim, follow the path in the around the top then through the cave until after the first room. You’ll see a gap with three holes over it. Go straight down and grab onto the green wall. Continue heading left until you’ve reached your destination.
Noom
Noom -2: Music note. At the very end of the level, on the left edge of the green platform, jump up as high as possible. This will lead you to a cannon that will shoot you up to the note location.
Noom -3: Secret Exit. After the first save, continue going right until you reach the crossways. Then go up right down right. This will lead out of the crossways. To the right you can see three suspicious blocks. Head right then land in the hole. Continue heading up until you find the secret exit.
Noom -6: Secret Exit. After the first checkpoint, head up until you reach the first moving canon. Get in it and at the end of it’s path you can see 4 square cut outs in the wall and a platform to the left of it. That’s where you want to go. So head up and go around to land there. Then the exit is to the left.
Paramyl
Paramyl -2: Secret Exit. On the platform with the background wall (or the second platform you jump to from the beginning), jump right as far as possible. This jump is pretty tight, but you’ll see where you are trying to go after the first jump. Continue rightwards until you reach the golden exit.
Paramyl -4: Music note. You know the drill. Jump leftward from the beginning to find this music note.
Paramyl -9: Secret Exit. It’s between the third and second checkpoints, but I recommend starting from the third check point instead of the second. On the left side of the area of clustered blocks, there is a path that goes further left. The block with the hole in the middle of it is the start of the path. Follow that path left to reach the exit.
Orimor
Orimor -1: Secret Exit. At the end of the level, make a large jump rightwards. There will be a refill you need to grab! Continue going right until you make it!.
Orimor -7: Music note. At the end of the level, jump from the switch block to the right, then follow the path up until you reach the music people.
Orimor -10: Secret Exit. From the get go, jump left, then climb the pillar to get to the exit.
Xysr
None (Which is a little sad) ((Unless i missed something))
Yvias
Yvias -1: Music note. Fly up left right at the beginning and head left over the wall. This will lead to the music note.
Yvias -3: Secret Exit. After completing the level head out of the map and head up then right. Fall against the right wall until you meet a platform. Head straight right from there to find the secret exit.
Yvias -6: Secret Exit. At the end of the level there will be a lone platform to the left of the exit. Fly straight up from it until you reach out of the screen. Then head right over the wall to find the secret exit.
Exafius
Exafius -5: Music note. Just head to the left from the beginning.
Exafius -6: Secret Exit. At the end of the level, head right and jump down the suspicious hole. The bottom is safe, so just hold down and you’ll make it.
Exafius -8: Secret Exit. At the end of the level, instead of going up to where the exit is, fall down the gap to the right of it. That’s where the secret exit is.
Finival
Finival -5:Secret Exit. At the end of the level, head left and follow the path down the hole to reach the exit. Always check the end and beginning!
Finival -6: Music note. At the beginning, jump left. You’ll see a really cool flaming sword! (Then go left more to get the note :] )
Finival -9: After the second save, follow the path until you are about to reach the second room. Instead of going up rleft to continue, head right to find the secret exit.
Ocidia
Ocidia -3: Music note: At the end of the level, get on the left edge of the left platform and jump up. You’ll see a bounce pad. Continue up from there to find the note.
Ocidia -4: Secret Exit: While climbing up after saving the third person, you’ll see a square hole in the pillar. Go straight right from it to reach your destination.
Ocidia -7: Secret Exit: after you enter the stage, use the bounce pad, grab the O2 fly, then head leftward. Without the O2 fly it won’t be possible to make.
Extras
Interesting backgrounds! (I just found these and thought they were pretty cool, so I thought I’d share)
Veles – Observatory: If you jump all the way to the left you can see some sort of hangout for a little guy (Probably the dev). It looks pretty neat!
Elenas -5: If you head towards the left of the beginning, you’ll see a grave with the initial M.S. on it. My condolences for whoever lost M.S.
Yvias -9: If you head left from the spawn point you’ll get to see a skull with golden blinking eyes! It looks important
Finival -6: You would have already saw this when getting the music note, but I liked how the flaming sword looked!
There were probably a few others that I just forgot about, so if you want to see one up here, let me know!
Extra worlds!
You unlock these worlds by collecting all the notes and completing all of the extra levels.
To unlock the world for completing every secret level, go to the observatory unlocked after beating the final secret level in Ocidia.
To unlock the world for collecting all the music notes, head past the exit of the last level in Ocidia (the one where you heal the planet). If you collected all of the notes, a new observatory will open up and you’ll be brought to a new world.
Beating each of these worlds will lead to a new world to complete! (meaning two worlds are unlocked from the secret levels and two are unlocked from the music notes)
Below are each of the worlds difficulty and gimmicks
1. World unlocked by SL:
Arahnovoz

Exafius -8: Head straight left and jump as far as possible. This will get you the Reel app. (A fishing game. (Catch 5 of each type of fish to get an achievement)
Grannies!
Veles -8: At the third checkpoint, instead of the regular way, head left to find the pianist.
Elenas -2: At the end of the level, continue heading right until you see the granny!
Finival -9: After the third checkpoint, after you pass the first room, instead of right take a left and the granny is right there.
EALS -5: Grab the token and dash all the way to the left!
Conclusion 🙂
I hope this guide helps out my fellow astronauts! Have fun!
