Insomnia
Defeat the Harbinger of Nightmare.

Harbinger An optional boss in the Esk Family Mansion location. To fight the boss, you need to talk to the ghost in one of the closed rooms: you can talk only if you have the Second Skin (will be sold by the Veiled Lady after completing Lady Annika’s quest). After talking, the ghost will show you the way to the boss. You can get into the room with the ghost through the mirror at the bottom of one of the houses in the village of Telwynill.

Sins of the Father
Defeat the Old Wymond.

Optional Boss in Mitringal City. In order for the boss to appear, you need to talk to old man Wimond at all meetings during the game:
1. At the beginning of the location, the city of Mitringal

2. In one of the lower rooms of the location, the city of Mitringal

3. In front of the altar “Drowned Crypt”

4. Near the altar “Telwynill Village”

*KEY NOTE you might want to finish Till Death Do Us Part as it wont be available to do after this
*KEY NOTE you have to finish this quest after before you go to Defeat Lord Laddak but you have to make it to the Junas Ministry, you can check him through the minimap if he is not at Telwynill Village you can go to step 5
(side note some people i have checked with have said that it is possible to do it after killing lord Lddak Which is the point of no return in this game but can confirm i have also got him after i have even killed the final boss so as long as you have talked to him 4 times and finished the game you can just go kill him with that save no need to go for another save )

5.The boss appears where Lucyl stood in City of Mythringal :

*i have found a save file where waymond is alive and you can go kill him Although the save file isn’t max level you can comment so i can upload the save file if you couldn’t find him like normal

Forbidden Knowledge
Defeat Nyxaroth the Eldritch Wight.

Optional boss in the Flooded Crypt location. To find it, you need to insert 4 Family Crests in the room to the left of Edwin’s arena to fight the boss.

1. given by the Veiled Woman after bringing her 20 Unborn Midnight Aristocracy (achievement A Secret Well Kept)
2. It is located in one of the locked rooms in the Esk Family Mansion behind a ghostly wall to the right of the mirror. The room can be accessed through a mirror at the bottom of one of the houses in the village of Telwynill.

3. Located in one of the locked rooms in the Ordens Regnant palace. To open the door, you need the Lost Mark of Transcendence (can be found in the room after the Defeat the Burnt Apostate.)*if you have decent movement you can just go there with only the double jump

4. On the lower level of the Temple of the Deposed Gods. To get there, you need the jailer’s key (located in the upper right corner of the room by the altar next to Caterina; to take it away, you need double jump)

Keepers of the SecretDefeat Caterina and Annabella.

The Boss appears if you select the “Renounce the Throne”

option at the end of the game

(to get the option you should have one of the Esk eyes which you can get by killing harbinger of the nightmares or the Starlight Beast of Illygarth)
(to get them you have to have second skin and talk to the friendly ghost which is mandatory to fight harbinger of nightmares but you can defeat Starlight Beast of Illygarth but wont get it unless you have talked to the friendly ghost)

The Silenced Voice
Defeat Medeya.

The boss appears after the boss Defeat Caterina and Annabella if the player has both of Esk’s eyes with them.

only 1 of them is miss able so i will only write about that the rest are the items that can give you the ability to double jump or dash while jumping which you will get as you progress the story so i wont need to write about them

Techie
Get Technological Lenses

1. Technological gloves – sold by Mariano (the man in the left room on the first floor of the Oxnevylle mansion)
2. Herman’s Office Key which you will get as the story progresses early on

Finish Lucyl’s quest.

quest starts When you first meets Lady Annika in the city of Mythringal, she will say that she needs a person to arrange dances, this is the Lady under the Veil (not to be confused with the Woman under the Veil in the Oxnevylle’s mansion). You need to talk to the Veiled Lady and tell her about Annika’s wish, and then tell Lady Annika about the lady.

Finish Madelyne and Theodora’s quest.

quest starts When you meet Madelyne in Erlim City, she will ask you to bring her dolls (3 pieces).

A Hunger, Sated
Finish Aldrich’s quest.

Aldrich can be found in the lower room of the city of Mythringal by going through the Local Cave. After moving to the Oxneville mansion, he will ask for a book to be brought to him. It is located in the upper left room in the Royal Palace of Ordens.It is necessary to give the book before defeating the boss Cold Beast (in the Mythringal high Wall ), otherwise Aldrich will disappear from the mansion and lie dead in one of the rooms of Ordens Regnant Palace.

After completing the quest, Aldrich will turn into a unique enemy in the Ordens Regnant Palace location, from which the spell drops
He must be killed before getting to the Junas ministry , otherwise he will lie dead and you will not be able to get the spell.

Nighttide Accomplice
Take all the dried liver to Lady Dorothea

You can find Lady Dorothea in the Oxneville mansion on the third floor in the right room behind the ghost wall. To get into the room, you need a forbidden key, which Helenya gives after completing her quest.

Upgrade any secondary weapon to its maximum level.

same as the master smith Achievement you need to get all blueprints and upgrade a secondary weapon to max level

Wealthy Wanderer
Spend over 50,000 Nycrux.

its simple and it will be done while playing the game since you will spending several times this amount of Nycrux

when reaching Caterina and Annabella. at the mansion after defeating laddak you will have the option to accept the throne and refuse the throne (if you have one the esk eyes ) refuse the throne and defeat Caterina and Annabella and will the this achievement

Reach the true ending.

when reaching Caterina and Annabella. at the mansion after defeating laddak refuse the throne while having both of the Esk eyes and after defeating Caterina and Annabella you will have to fight the Medeya and win then all will be revealed
