Welcome to The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood Complete Achievement Guide! This guide will give you the necessary steps to unlock all 28 Steam achievements in The Cosmic Wheel Sisterhood. Please note that this guide contains spoilers for TCWS. Let’s get started!
✩°。⋆ Welcome! ⋆。°✩
Hello there! I hope that this guide is easy to understand and helpful for all you achievement hunters out there! I had some trouble understanding how to achieve some of the achievements for TCSW, so I figured I would make my own achievement guide with further explanation on achievements I struggled with.
I have written each achievement with a small description of how to achieve it. Unfortunately, TCWS does not have an NG+ feature, so you will have to completely play the entire game again in each playthrough and are unable to skip or speed through dialogue (to my knowledge–if this is incorrect, please let me know).
Enjoy the guide and happy gaming!
✩ Chapter 1: Summoning Ábramar and Crafting Cards ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. To do this, simply follow Ábramar’s instructions and create a card. The layout of the cards doesn’t seem to particularly matter, but I encourage you to have fun with them! The game will keep your card creations from each playthrough and you can view them from the title screen.
- In order to obtain the Major Arcana achievement in the future, I would begin working on your deck from the very start. As you read cards for other witches throughout the story, you will need to be conscious of what kind of energy you can gain from each reading. After my first playthrough of making beautiful and creative cards that I really liked, I focused more on using as little energy on each card as possible to maximize how many cards I could make before the end of the story.
- IMPORTANT: You will begin crafting more cards throughout the story, but for a future achievement, you will need 5 fire and 2 air, so do not use up all your energy while crafting cards until that transaction has passed.
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this by completing Ábramar’s ceremony and unlocking each of the four elements. Answering his questions (How do you want to be perceived?; What is your innermost desire?; What do you want to become your main source of determination?; What will you sacrifice to access my magic?) will influence parts of the game, especially the last question, but in my achievement hunting playthrough, I chose “I want to be adored,” “Knowledge,” “Myself. Personal growth and self-realization,” and “The life of whoever I love the most.”
- If you are worried about sacrificing the life of whoever you love the most, don’t worry too much–she understands, forgives you, and helps you throughout the entire game.
✩ Chapter 2: Backstory, Studying, Reading, and Deck Building ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 2.
- When you make the pizza for Eva and Patrice, do not add any meat or cheese. Patrice will complain about the arugula (the leafy greens) if you add it, but it won’t stop you from getting the achievement. ONLY add mushrooms, olives, and arugula to get this achievement.
- When you click on Fortuna’s bed, you can choose to study. Study three times in a row. Each time that you have an opportunity to sit on the bed, you will be able to study three times again. This achievement will unlock when you have completely read all of the study material.
- When you click on Fortuna’s bed, you can also choose to read interactive fiction. This will give you energy! Just like with studying, you can read three times in a row and can do so each time you have an opportunity to sit on the bed. This achievement will unlock when you have completely read all of the interactive fiction.
- You will achieve this after crafting 7 cards.
✩ Chapter 3: Jasmine, Dahlia, Louise, and Grethe ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 3. For a future achievement involving Grethe’s Behemoth, you will help Dahlia craft a dagger for her (I chose “Philosophy,” but I don’t think it particularly matters) and ask Jasmine for some herbs to help calm her anxiety (I told her that is was to “ease Grethe’s mind” since Jasmine is a stickler for the rules and I wasn’t sure if she would help if she knew the truth–I don’t know that to be a true consequence, however).
- While speaking with Louise, make sure to ask her what her specialty is. What you choose for your pithcloth does not matter. To appease her, help her stop the war and help her solve her problems with her mortal lover. She will return in the future with a pithcloth crafted for you that you can use in your deck if wanted.
- After meeting with Grethe, Ábramar will offer to sell you her Behemoth’s name in exchange for 5 fire and 2 air. You will want to take him up on this deal, so make sure to have enough energy for the transaction.
- When you meet Grethe again, it will be time to perform the ritual. Make sure to tell her that you summoned a Behemoth as well and use Jasmine’s tea to calm her down. When you are reading her cards, try to select fortunes that seem to rid her of the Behemoth. Finally, when Ábramar offers to give you a name, accept his offer.
✩ Chapter 4: Aedana’s Death, The Peppermancer, and Elections ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 4.
- Aedana will give you this to use in your deck if wanted.
- When Ábramar suggests that you read your own fortune, agree to do so and insist when he gives you a chance to back out. You will need this card for the Major Arcana achievement in the future.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT offer to help Jasmine OR Dahlia with their campaign if you are looking to complete all achievements in this playthrough.
- Theia will bring you this to use in your deck if wanted, as long as you banished Grethe’s behemoth.
- Junreisha will give you this to use in your deck if wanted.
- Read Junreisha’s cards and allow her to dispel one.
- Don’t worry, you can still get the Major Arcana achievement even after dispelling!
✩ Chapter 5: Patrice and Mapping Out Your Campaign ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 5.
IMPORTANT: I’m not sure if your campaign ideas have much influence over your capability to win, but make sure you choose to devour Aedana’s corpse ALONE if you are looking to complete all achievements in this playthrough. I chose the following:
☆ Judgment: Referandum
☆ Law Enforcement: Community Service
☆ Forbidden Arts: Permit System
☆ Mortal Affairs: Guiding Mortals
☆ Witch Duties: Mentorship Program
☆ Aedana’s Corpse: Superleader Option
✩ Chapter 6: The Campaign ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 6.
- I don’t have specific instructions on getting this achievement, but you will need to be ahead in the election by the end of the campaign to get this.
- I mainly focused on promoting my campaign using Patrice and the Peppermancer. Use Ábramar to harvest energy so that you can continue crafting cards. I focused heavily on promoting my campaign to the novices, producers, explorers, and oracles. Junreisha (if your answers appease her–just remember the pursuit of knowledge and devouring Aedana’s corpse above all) and Yu-ënia can help you with the academics. Dahlia holds a lot of influence over the warriors, so it is unlikely that you will get them to your side before the end of the campaign.
- When Patrice asks if you want to draw a card to determine whether or not you will win, go ahead and do that. Assign a fortune that secures your victory.
- You won’t get this achievement right away, but as you begin working on your campaign, you will want to start working towards it. To get this achievement, you will need to send Patrice and Ábramar out to search for allies for each cycle until Patrice tells you that she cannot find any more. The witches that you will need to meet are Kurielle, Wunn, Zira, Rangimarie, and Menaka.
- When Wunn asks you if you would like to sabotage another opponent, say yes. I chose Jasmine.
- When meeting with Menaka, tell her that it’s a pity you have to compete at all and don’t overdo it when reading her cards.
- Accepting Zira and the Jade Sculptors into the coven may bring down your votes a bit, but you can still win, so choose however you like.
- For Rangimarie, I just matched her energy. She will ask for some energy to create a poem, but go ahead and give it to her, as this can help you win the election.
- Kurielle is the sensory witch. She will eventually send a rolled up piece of paper to your window that will put you in a dream where you never became a witch and were saved by Patrice and Eva instead. Eva will begin asking you questions about the election. Respond that you are running for leader, that you just want everyone to be happy, and that you’ve been using honest, hard work to win your campaign. She will help you later on because of this.
- When you click on Fortuna’s bed, you can choose to read the demographic analysis given to you by Patrice. Read all of the sections to get this achievement. If the achievement doesn’t unlock automatically, try clicking it again to ensure everything has been read.
- When The Peppermancer offers to help with your campaign, accept her offer.
IMPORTANT: When Yu-ënia visits, if you have the opportunity, read her energy stash, as this will give you a large amount of energy that you can use to craft cards.
- Yu-ënia will give you this to use in your deck if wanted.
✩ Chapter 7: The Elections and Utopia Endings ✩
- This is an unmissable achievement required to move forward with the story. You will get this one simply by making it to chapter 7.
- You will get this achievement if you win the election. You can get this achievement even if you don’t run your own campaign and instead choose to help Jasmine or Dahlia.
- You can get this achievement by running for leader yourself, choosing to devour Aedana’s corpse ALONE, and refusing to pay Ábramar when the time comes.
- When reading Ábramar’s cards, assign whatever fortune you’d like, but if you want to be merciful to him, I would assign him an earth or water card.
- There are four potential Utopia endings based on the fortune you give:
Eden Utopia (Fortuna, Jasmine, Dahlia, and [if you spared him] Ábramar dance naked in a forest),
Mortal Utopia (Fortuna, Jasmine, Dahlia, and [if you spared him] Ábramar sit around a table in a mortal-like setting),
Goddess Utopia (Fortuna, Jasmine, Dahlia, and [if you spared him] Ábramar are goddesses surrounded by planets),
and Cats Utopia (Fortuna, Jasmine, Dahlia, and [if you spared him] Ábramar are… um… well, cats).
- You will achieve this after crafting 22 cards. Unfortunately, I was not able to achieve this on my first playthrough, as I ran out of time due to the Utopia ending. If this happens to you, you can do another playthrough, but in this one, choose to give up your immortality and pay Ábramar when the time comes. When the game ends, you will be able to continue for a bit and craft more cards. This is how I was able to craft all 22.
- This is an unmissable achievement that you will get after the credits roll.
