Stardew Valley: Raccoon’s Requests

Raccoons are your neighbours in Stardew Valley. They will move to the giant stump after a strong wind storm, which can only happen after Greenhouse is repaired. And after one Raccoon moves there, it requests some items from you and you get a reward for completing each request.

When you complete a request, Raccoon creates a new request after 7 days.

It wants 2 different items in every request, and there is a reward for completing each reward.

It wants one of the Crab Pot fish. Possible fish are:

• Clam,
• Cockle,
• Crayfish,
• Mussel,
• Oyster,
• Periwinkle,
• or Snail

It wants any fish’s Smoked Fish version. A fish can be smoked with Fish Smoker.
But the fish type it wants varies for the season.

• Spring: Bream, Bullhead, Chub, Flounder, Ghostfish, Largemouth Bass, or Shad
• Summer: Bream, Bullhead, Chub, Flounder, Ghostfish, Largemouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, Red Mullet, Shad, Tilapia, or Tuna
• Fall: Bream, Bullhead, Chub, Ghostfish, Largemouth Bass, Midnight Carp, Salmon, or Tilapia
• Winter: Bream, Bullhead, Chub, Ghostfish, Largemouth Bass, Midnight Carp, Perch, Red Mullet, or Tuna

One of the 25 Seasonal Seeds: Carrot Seeds (if you completed it in Winter 21 – Spring 23), Summer Squash Seeds (if you completed it in Spring 24 – Summer 20), Broccoli Seeds (if you completed it in Summer 21 – Fall 20), or Powdermelon Seeds (if you completed it in Fall 21 – Winter 20)

It wants any fruit’s Dried Fruit version. A fruit can be dried with Dehydrator.
But the fruit type it wants varies for the season. See the list below.

It wants any fruit’s Jelly. A fruit’s jelly can be made by putting the fruit in a Preserves Jar.
But the fruit jelly type it wants varies for the season.

• Spring: Apricot, Cactus Fruit, Cherry, Coconut, or Strawberry
• Summer: Blueberry, Cactus Fruit, Coconut, Hot Pepper, Orange, Peach, or Spice Berry
• Fall: Apple, Blackberry, Cactus Fruit, Coconut, Cranberries, Pomegranate, or Wild Plum
• Winter: Cactus Fruit, Coconut, Crystal Fruit, or Powdermelon

The “Raccoon Journal” book. This book grants the player a power that increases the chances to recieve Mixed Seeds or Mixed Flower Seeds from cutting Weeds by 4%.

It wants any mushroom’s Dried Mushroom version. A mushroom can be dried with Dehydrator.
But the mushroom type it wants varies for the season.

• Spring: Common Mushroom, Morel, or Purple Mushroom
• Summer: Common Mushroom or Purple Mushroom
• Fall: Chanterelle, Common Mushroom, or Purple Mushroom
• Winter: Common Mushroom or Purple Mushroom

It wants one of the following:

• Any Egg (excluding Dinosaur Egg) (5),
• Cave Carrot (5),
• or White Algae (5)

Raccoon Hat will be rewarded. So you can be one of the raccoons…

It wants any vegetable’s pickled version. A vegetable can be pickled by putting the vegetable in a Preserves Jar.
But the vegetable type it wants varies for the season. See the list below.

It wants any vegetable’s juice. A vegetable can be juiced by putting the vegetable in a Keg.
But the vegetable type it wants varies for the season.

• Spring: Carrot, Cauliflower, Dandelion, Green Bean, Kale, Potato, or Wild Horseradish
• Summer: Cave Carrot, Corn, Radish, Tomato, or Summer Squash
• Fall: Bᴏk Choy, Broccoli, Eggplant, or Pumpkin
• Winter: Cave Carrot, Snow Yam, or Winter Root

Fairy Dust

This request doesn’t have a specific category. It randomly wants two of the following:

• Bat Wing (20)
• Bug Meat (20)
• Coral (4)
• Diamond (1)
• Frozen Geode (5)
• Geode (8)
• Ghostfish (3)
• Magma Geode (3)
• Moss (10)
• Rusty Spoon (1)
• Sea Urchin (2)
• Slime (99)
• Topaz (3)
• Trash (5)

Jungle Tank. It’s an aquarium furniture with a jungle setting, looks pretty nice!

After completing the fifth request, sixth request and requests after that will work same as the first five requests (items may not be the exact same, but items will be chosen randomly from the same item table).

Rewards will change for sixth request and requests after that.

One of the following:

• Fairy Dust (7)
• Book Of Stars (1), which grants player 250 XP in all skills.
• Random unshipped item (other than Roe and Artisan Goods)
• Stardrop Tea (1), which is a perfect and loved by everyone gift,
• or one of the 25 Seasonal Seeds: Carrot Seeds (if you completed it in Winter 21 – Spring 23), Summer Squash Seeds (if you completed it in Spring 24 – Summer 20), Broccoli Seeds (if you completed it in Summer 21 – Fall 20), or Powdermelon Seeds (if you completed it in Fall 21 – Winter 20)
