1. Platinum Acorn
As listed above, just do all the other steps and you’re golden.
Moving on…
2. Top Secret Snack
You get this in the first room at the start of the game.
Just solve the puzzle, get the acorn, and enjoy the deepthroat animation.
You can’t climb the wall, but you can throw the hatch at the buttons.
Just tear it off the floor by the door, aim and toss at each button to the lower the barrier.
I wouldn’t be putting this here if the initial tutorial was very explanative.
3. Reach for the Sky!
They see you as a squirrel…
They want to mug you.
So what do you do?
-
Step #1: Wrist controlEstablish control by climbing up and grasping their wrist.
Once you’ve secured their wrist and cannot escape, it’s time for step #2. -
Step #2: Pull out your gun.It is imperative to stop your mugger citizen from mugging you at all cost.
Any firearm will do: pistol, revolver, uzi, shotgun, sniper rifle, m32 rotary grenade launcher, etc.
These muggers will drop their contents as they have conceded to your self-defense and will flee from you, leaving said goods (acorns) behind.
-
For more information on self-defense tactics, see the following link:
Keep aiming until the achievement pops (usually when they run away).
4. Crime Wave
Just do #3 twenty times.
The Steam tracker is working so you can check your progress there
in real time.
A bit of advise here: once you mug a person, they will continue to be terrified of you
and will not reset until you’ve died
you can jump into spicy house lava or just die fighting an agent
or zoned into a new area.
e.g going to Father’s tunnel, inside the Doll House, inside Agent Tower
Dying will not always be the most consistent to force this reset,
and in any case you will get this just by playing the game over time.
Alternatively, if you just want to grind this out,
you could try saving at a bird feeder and reload save. It should hopefully still track it as new.
I haven’t experimented with it but I feel, following goat simulator logic, the world should reset.
5. Photogenic
Walk up to a citizen,
see if they do a “OMFG HE LOOKS SO CUTE” face at you, with the hand grasp/head tilt.
If they do that, move on to the neck schmuck.
This is RNG, and annoying RNG at that.
When you come up to one and they start patting themselves,
YOU GOT ONE!
Now just sit and wait for them to complete the action.
You’ll know when they’ve dropped their acorns that your job is done.
Note: People who you prompt to get their phones out will keep holding them after this is done.
Sometimes, if you leave the immediate vicinity (do not zone out, die, or load save) then you can come back and get them to take another picture.
It worked for me a couple times.
Just make sure you don’t scare them with fighting or counter-muggings, because then they will just keep running from you and you’ll need to reset the area again or move on depending on world progression.
6. Phone Thief
Now we’re going to put that wrist control to work.
-
Step #1: Find a schmuckLook at him, trying to mug you of your image.
You remember your training right? -
Step #2: Wrist ControlYou’ve got the image mugger right where you want him.
Only this time, we don’t need our gun… -
Step #3 SNAP HIS ******* NECK
You’ve stopped your would-be image mugger and disarmed him of his weapon.
Now is the time to act! -
Step #4: Jack His Phone and Book it!…RUN, SQUIRREL, RUN!
7. Superhero Landing
-
Go on top of a flagpole, or any high enough structure, and jump off.
–
-
Right before you hit the ground, hit the jump button.
–
Voila~
8. John, Loo, and Dunny
You’ll need need to make your way to the Western setting with the saloon.
–
9. I’m an Oil Squirrel
Beat up the cowboys and bring one over to the outhouse.
Now,
you have a grenade…
and a hole…
I’ll let you figure out what to do from here.
Don’t forget to bathe in the crude.
10. Yippie-Ki-Yay, Mother-Nutter!
However, you can grind this during the Father boss fight.
The agents will keep respawning if you dodge Father and don’t attack him yet.
There are other locations as well:
– Before Mother in the Tower,
– Outside the tower (respawn and repeat),
– in the town surrounding the grenade launcher,
– etc.
Counter goes up when they fall over and expel acorns.
They can be a bit buggy where they ragdoll but will get back up after 5 or so seconds.
Happy Hunting
11. Joy Ride
Need to unlock this to reach Father
…and run down that JOGGING BI-
Save some nuts.
12. Nautical Squirrel
Needed for reaching the Water Park, Agent Tower, and Mother.
Can be unlocked after Father.
Save more nuts.
13. Flying Squirrel
You won’t unlock this until you open the Agent Tower at the end of the game.
You will need this to face off with Mother.
and you can also use it to run down that JOGGING BI-
Save ALL THE NUTS!
14. Anti-Tank Rodent
defeat the gauntlet run, and you’ll be at Father.
I’m not going to release pics or break down the boss fight too too much.
But I will be saying give you some tips and hints to do this fight:
- The fight isn’t hard.
- You can outrun the gunfire of the tank.
- The front grill of the tank is removable.
- Oh look I can reload under the tank…
- You can gain access to the grenade launcher here.
- Why the tires green? Can they change color?!?
- I wonder why there’s so many grenades in the back of the tank?!?
- Oh look, the hatch is open…and it’s an open hole near the grenades…
15. Rocket Flying Squirrel
at the water park on either side of the tower.
There will be two short, destructible guard towers
with agents wielding rocket launchers.
They’ll fire at you.
When they do, a small circle will appear on the missile.
You can do the matrix slowdown after they’re fired to make this easier.
Once they are close to you, a circle will appear,
right click (or whatever the pick up button is on controller)
and the game will zoom in and show you the tutorial prompt.
Get on the missile.
16. Close Shave
because you cannot interact with the citizens using the quad-copter until the post-game.
Inside the tower, when you first gain access to the quad-copter,
you will ascend up and fight a lot of agents.
Simply descend on each of their heads and buzz them with the rotors.
Trust me, there’s enough in this tower to shave them down.
Otherwise, you will get access to the quad-copter post-game in the world.
17. Action Button Hero
Only reason it’s hard is because of how missable it can be,
and the setup needed to complete it.
These are the 9 takedown animations:
-
Unarmed Takedown
Get an agent kneeling after dealing damage, drop your held weapon and perform the prompt.
-
Neck Break
This is the only takedown you perform by climbing an agent or citizen up their back and pressing the prompt when you read their neck.
-
Pistol
It’s the first gun. It’s not hard to figure out.
-
SMG
Second gun. Same same.
-
Shotgun
Be careful to only damage the enemy to make them prone. You can one-shot them if struck dead-on.
-
Revolver
-
Grenade Launcher
Another to be careful on for fear of one-shotting. If you can down an agent with a pistol/SMG,
and swap weapons its easier. -
Sniper Rifle
2-shot body, one-shot head. A single body shot will down a base agent (don’t go for the colorful suits guys they’re too inconsistent and have higher health).
-
Rocket Launcher
Here’s the annoying part. Rocket one-shots all of the agents. You should definitely get a weaker gun and prone an agent, preferably an isolated one otherwise they will mess up your setup.
18. Anti-Aircraft Rodent
Here’s some hints:
- It’s obviously a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ helicopter fight.
- Chopper Rotors, Tank Wheels, and Green.
- You’re not hitting the chopper with the rocket launcher nor the grenade launcher.
- Sniper = SMG > Rocket Launcher = Grenade Launcher, for Agents (chopper eats booms).
- Chopper Bullet Speed = Tank Bullet Speed
- WHY IS THERE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LAVA IN THE SKY?!?!?
19. Street Credits
but i digress:
You need a perfect score of 128/128.
You have an Uzi.
You have infinite ammo.
You don’t need to reload.
You’re shooting the credits.
They will ALWAYS come right at you while you’re on a quad-copter ride on rails (no control).
~Have Fun~
20. Shavior
This achievement is blocked
until after you beat the game,
because you cannot unlock the quad-copter
for the open world until after the credits.
It’s not cheap either, so make sure you stocked up on acorns when fighting the agents in the tower ascent.
Otherwise, wrist control those muggers, snap those agents, and farm farm farm.
After that…
Conclusion
Hope you enjoyed the bits.
