Welcome to “Spooky’s Jump Scare Mansion: HD Renovation” gamers! In this guide, we will be discussing the threats you will encounter in the endless mode of the game. Whether you are a seasoned player or new to the spooky mansion, this handbook will provide you with valuable information to help you survive. So, let’s dive in and learn more about the dangers that await you. But first, beware: if you’re not ready for some spooks, turn back now!
Introduction
Also steam is quite weird with what image I have to upload so I’ll be using the many screenshots I’ve taken (I promise it’s not for flex)
Bekka sucks
The Heck is so Special About Endless Mode???
Lots of crying
Lots of rng
LOTS OF NOT SEEING FOR SOME UNFORESEEN REASON DAMN IT.
and a lot of fun!
For actual details, Endless mode is a mode added to Spooky’s Jumpcare Mansion way back when it was using those funky fresh 2D sprites. At the time only Karamari Hospital and the Unknown Specimens were in the mode. However once HD came out and eventually endless mode, lots of things has changed. Most notable ones being:
- Having upwards of FIVE whole Specimens chasing you. You can have either the most free combo imaginable (Specimen 2, Clown, Otto, Specimen 5 and Ghost Cow) Or have the most ball busting combo to where you just flat out die (Endless Mode Specimen 4, Lisa, Bekka, Spooper and Specimen 10). This what makes Endless Mode very enjoyable since you have no clue whether or not you just die back to back or have a amazing run pass 8k.
- Specimens can double, triple, quadruple or quintuple themselve! You can see one Parasite, Two Beef Demons, Three Ringus, Four Endless Mode Ringues or Five Ottos.
One thing to note:- Bekka
- Spooper
- Specimen 7 (when it chases once)
Can not have more than one of them chase at the same time.
This can make things more fun and silly but at times be a “I’m going to throw up.” moment. With that being said, let’s get into this!
Specimen 1 (The Cutest Thing to Exist)
That’s about it. Aside from making you move your mouse in a panicked way, these cutouts usually don’t pose much, if any threats at all. Usually. In some scenarios it could get in the way, causing you to stop and take free damage. Be sure you’re able to swiftly go around (or cut it down) without panicking. Lisa has a bad habit of spawning these, especially when other’s are giving way to your soul.
Little soda guy got hurt 🙁
Specimen 2 (Slime Lad)
The first ever enemy in the game, and the first guy you’ll probably see in endless mode if you haven’t come across your first specimen local. Specimen 1 is always in your chase pool, whether you like it or not. Gameplay wise, he’s not much different than in the main game; green funny puddles while big slime man follows you. Treat him the same as you would.
Now as far as it being in combos goes, this could either be a “lol okay this is free” or “lol okay my health is 2 and i can’t RUN” While Specimen 2 is more slow than trying to load a 4k video on a brick, his puddles slowing you down can make or break your run. Your best bet is to analyze who’s chasing and try to gauge how far you need to be. If you can’t get distance, try to avoid as many puddles as possible all together. God forbid you have someone else breaking the sound barrier trying to kill you while you’re running through a puddle.
Specimen 2 in da water with fish
Unavoidable puddle duing stupid dumb Spooper (yes ignore the big metal brick)
He can’t reach me and you can tell he’s not too happy about it.
Specimen 3 (Big Spider)
Just as like Specimen 2, 3 functions the same as main game. Treat it the same as you would however don’t forget to use your weapon it if needed. Your health is very important (SHOCKER)
Watch out for those funny ceiling holes.
In combos it’s not as much of a issue (even if you’re paired with THAT thing). Since it’s already running fast towards you, you can just blitz to the end, unless someone else says otherwise. In which your axe or sword becomes your best friend in knocking back Specimen 2 constantly. The best part too is that there’s no limit, whack his face as much as you want
Guy is NOT supposed to be here. He chill tho.
Specimen 4 (Ringu)
Anyways, Specimen 4 becomes the first “LOL that’s funny watch me go through this wall idiot” of the many specimens. It’s worth mentioning that loop around rooms (rooms that either loop back in a U-turn or a full 270° turn) are to be taken carefully, for as she can just meet you half way and chomp half your face off. Make sure she is close in those rooms or there’s a very big chance she will take a portion of your health.
Combo wise she’s not that threatening. Only being a threat if there’s someone else slower than here than can also be faster (wink wink). Other than that, she’s not that much of a threat. Treat her as you would normally with the added tips above. She’s not too fast as well, and she gives up her location by her dark aura around her when she’s through walls.
She wants to eat you for breakfast.
Specimen 5 (BAB)
Well, Specimen 5 is the same as she is in the main game. Hurting your eyes with her wacky visuals. In certain rooms it can make it VERY hard to see, which in some to rare circumstance lead to death ironically. Which IS rare cause she is slow. Yeah she can two tap you if you let her but are you really gonna let her???
Combo wise while she’s slow, her visual hallucinating can mess up your view badly given certain specimens are along with her. It’s like Specimen 2 where’s its either “okay i can still see lol” or “brother i can’t even see the sun if i wanted to”. Aside from that, have good lighting on your computer and remember to just keep running cause boy it will mess you up. Her slow speed won’t let her catch up at all in almost any combo.
The things she can do to your vision and your area (and weapon!)
Specimen 6 (Merchant)
Specimen 6 by itself isn’t a problem whatsoever. If anything it’s one of the easiest to deal with alone if you remember you have a axe lol. Whack him and go about your day. Be careful though, it can and will spawn without his music so in some cases you’ll just take damage followed by a laugh. Always listen out for that laugh.
In combos you’d think it’ll be the same, which is true. Though, there’s times where other specimens spawn through the door the second you load in the room, giving you little to no time to smack Specimen 6 silly. So in those cases its either let Specimen 6 stand and HOPE TO GOD the room isn’t a 500 mile corridor or take damage in exchange for making sure the puppet is face first into the ground. For the former, if the puppet is standing idle for long enough, it’ll decide “yeah watch this trick chat” and try to ambush you from behind, making you take free damage unless you time your movements right. Be wary of this guy.
Specimen 6 looking high as hell
The Same Specimen 6 that ate another edible out of spite.
Oh yeah he’s f*cked up
Specimen 7 (Wall of Psycological Horror)
Is a wall
Can one shot
VERY SLOW AS HELL
Red as hell
fleshy(?)
combos? nonexistent.
pretty cool though, other specimens can chase in between it’s starting
rooms.
probably also smell weird too…
meow.
Specimen 8 (Deer God)
Specimen 8 is probably the first one to actually MAYBE bring a issue alone. Heavy maybe. In the past, Specimen 8 was quite literally just a slower Specimen 4 that did less damage but had a quirky static effect. However the beautiful devs thought “what if we gave it the option to warp through walls at light speed” and did just that. Specimen 8 being able to create a portal through walls to zoom right to you if you’re far enough and you turn a corner can take you by surprise cause damn it, it got me so good when it first happened to me.
Combo wise, Specimen 8 is actually very dangerous given the circumstance. With its new ability, it makes chases very complicated. You basically want Specimen 8 by you when you make a turn that will cause a line of sight blockage by a wall. Otherwise you can book it. Walls are your enemy, and paired with others that can go through them can be proven painful. Do your best to gauge distance between you, others and 8. Avoid taking damage from 8 since it inflicts something called “GOT YA EYES STINKY” and blinds you for a good second, leaving you vulnerable to others. Be cautious.
Wtf outside? Grass? Now those trolls can stop saying to go touch grass.
Before he gotten the funny portal, he was just a stinky guy. PLEASE IGNORE THE ROOM COUNTER
Specimen 9 (Taker)
if you lost to him on your run cause you forgot to hit esc to pause then how dare you.
pause your games, especially here cause it just kills you
i don’t think you can try to get combos cause you need to be in one place for a whole minute.
even if you did, why would you even-
probably also smell weird too lol
probably hates taxes like all of us
Specimen 10 (Parasite)
Specimen 10.
This thing SUCKS.
Alone it’s a drag yeah. You have to walk with it or it goes super duper fast mode, after your toes. Thankfully this isn’t the other version where it stays a worm, dealing 45 damage as a worm. Alone it’s very easy but oh god you want this alone.
In combos? PRAY.
Hope to god whoever else is chasing is either affected by your axe or moves slower than a snail in molasses. Otherwise, you’re basically now playing a game called “How Far Can I Go Before it Transforms”. This Specimen transforming is in 90% cases a hit, cause it runs so damn fast and will stay a worm till it hits you or it gives up (which is rare). Your best bet is to do your absolute best in spacing. Get familiar with at what point do you get smacked by a specimen and try to keep that distance as good as possible till it either transforms or you reach the door. Loop around rooms is very good since you are still close to Specimen 10 and won’t trigger it. Long walls is your nightmare and god forbid you get someone that prevents you from healing or something (wink wink). Another tip you can try to pull off if you have it in its worm form, if you’re in a large wide room you can use that as a way to juke around it, It can not turn for its life, so use that as your advantage if you can. PLEASE be careful, combos with this can be run enders since this also rely on good room spawn RNG too.
This thing SUCKS. Does nothing but make you sad.
Cause god forbid I had to run from OTTO of all things (I didn’t)
Specimen 11 (Beef Burger Demon)
Specimen 11 by itself is normal, fine even, Easy someone may say. Though for first timers in endless mode, it could be difficult since new room layouts + door hidden = “where tf is the door???”. Always remember that you can hit Specimen 11, though use this sparingly. While sometimes it can help, other times it will hurt more since it’ll re-spawn in a random point in that room after being swung at (MORE RNG WOOOO). If you can avoid the RNG all together then take that route.
In combos it could be a bit annoying since doors are hidden and its pace isn’t slow at all. It will keep up with you given certain others, and could even be a pain if luck decides to not love you anymore. Treat them as you would with anyone else that goes through walls and you’ll be fine. His fire gives away his location when its through wall so make sure you make good note of where he is with that.
Two of them is so much better than one tbh.
Beef demon in hell (Arizona)
You can also do this in its starting room (and immediately die)
??? WTF GET OUT
Specimen 12 (Clocktower man)
Anyways, Specimen 12. By itself it’s easy as hell, give or take. Though you’ll almost never see yourself struggle with this guy even in combos. He does have this funny quirk where if he’s in hitting range and you give him LESS THAN A SECOND, he can kill you. He hits fast and hard, being near him is just asking to be at 10 health. To compensate of course he’s slow. Until he wants to sprint at you. Why can he sprint? Is he in a rush? Does he not know how to speed walk? Lmao???
Combos wise he’s nonexistent. You don’t have to worry about him at all. Even with Specimen 10, 12 isn’t going to pose that much of a threat.
He’s there..being himself…like a coward ignore the funny Specimen 10 behind
Specimen 13 (Fish Woman)
Specimen 13 is the last of the specimens from the main game that appears in endless mode. There was a time where she wasn’t in endless mode then bam! ~25-40 room chases with her in endless mode. Alone she’s not hard, just annoying and a drag to deal with. Be patient and you’ll be fine. She can sometimes just say “oh yeah I can just spawn at the exit at some rooms lmao” and just do that.
Combo wise, it’s a hit or miss. She can only be paired with 3 others, Specimen 2, 5 and 12. Which makes sense cause your movement is slowed down a lot in water and there’s areas where you’re just standing there waiting for water to go down.
Specimen 2: Easy as hell, hit him with axe.
Specimen 5: Keep going, it WILL catch up and WILL hit you if too slow (IRONIC). The only instance where you need to rush to the door taking as little damage as possible.
Specimen 12: Similar to 5 but a lot slower since he can’t sprint in water. Kinda like Specimen 2 in the sense that you don’t really have to worry but don’t let your guard down. Keep running
Anything is possible, even dying to Specimen 12. Keep distance, and listen out for splashes while you’re running so you’ll know when to run and not to run while being combo’d.
All I can do is sigh…
Every time I see her stank-ass starting room I want to throw up and cry.
Cause the game thought I wanted two of them apparently.
Unknown Specimen 1: Whiteface
First Endless mode exclusive specimen. and it’s Whiteface of all things. Starting off, Whiteface chase lasts for around 40 rooms. 20 rooms worth of short rooms and the other 20 rooms being the longest sequence of rooms you’ve seen. Whiteface spawns randomly in the room, or sometimes at the exit or entrance of the room and will pursue you. Not a problem alone. Very audible with its screech screech screech-ing. So listen out for that.
Combo wise, it’s a hit or miss. Miss with it just being that specimen with audible screeching in your ear, or hit with a group of specimens absolutely dogging you while Whiteface gets the most free hits off of you cause it spawned at the exit door FIVE TIMES BACK TO BACK. In that scenario, there is a way out believe it or not, though needing to time it right. Bringing yourself to low health and letting Whiteface finish you off will “kill you” but Whiteface will basically be like “hmmm no” and will give you a “second chance” if you type “OPEN” in the prompt it gives, where he will chase you while you’re on one hp. He’s not able to use wall hacks to go through walls in this alternate chase BUT other specimens can still chase you during this. So keep that in mind. If you don’t want to do that, simply make it through. The very long rooms can either aid you or hurt you. Make spacing between you and the threat and listen out for Whiteface as well. Also for each time Whiteface hits you, it teleport randomly. In VERY rare cases (which happened to me thanks game) you could have Specimen 10 chase while Whiteface hits you, spawns right next to you and hit you again, and repeat that till you’re low on health. This has happened to me before. I’m not lucky.
I don’t think you’re ready for slightly elevated Whiteface…
And uh…Whiteface in the dark waiting for you??? Weirdo…
Unknown Specimen 2: Otto the Otter
its a joke specimen
big guy
metal
otto
he go HOOO HOOO HOOO HOOO HOOOOOOOOoooooo
feeddy fazbeer refernece
he’s not hard to deal with at all, literally can’t die to it
combos? lol ok
helps with spooper though and you’ll see why
literal boat, fat piece of poop
Unknown Specimen 3: Spooper (Oh god)
Spooper is by far the only specimen that can be a run killer both alone AND in combos. By itself, it ticks your health down 1 hp per second. Due to how the game regenerates your health, your healing is essentially disabled. With that in mind, there’s also a random chance that you throw up on the ground, losing 10 health. This is random so if you’re unlucky and throw up over 6 times, count your run as good as over. This is one of the times where short rooms + something I like to call, good “Puke RNG” (patent pending) is extremely important. I’ve had instances where i was down to less than 5 health before it stopped chasing. Free achievement though lol.
Combos? COMBOS???
Oh god here we go. In simple terms, Spooper acting as a way to disable your healing makes every hit you take permanent. You took a huge hit from Specimen 5? Good luck lmao. Oh you got a combo where you practically can’t avoid damage half the time? Yep start a new run. Spooper is one of those things where it’s more so luck than anything. You have to hope that you don’t get anyone with him that can mess you up sideways. Getting very easy specimens makes it very good though, since when a specimen chases, the puking mechanic is disabled until its just you and Spooper (THANK GOD). The Clown, Otto, and Specimen 2 are perfect for Spooper, and about everyone else adds difficulty, even if its small. In other cases, keep your cool, don’t panic and you just may prevail through the hardest of Spooper combos! Dodge, hit and sprint as safely as you can. And of course, make it to the door as fast as you can.
Cause F*ck me I guess, like WHY
He was alone the WHOLE time btw
Unknown Specimen 4: Tirsiak
Tirsiak, while being pretty, is pretty easy alone. Yeah her spirit animals can block your way, causing you to use your axe, but she’s not that much of a pain alone. Her hazy blue visual can also hurt your view in some rooms, sometimes making it just flat out impossible to see. So keep that in mind when you get into a green acid room. Preserve your stamina while running from her. Her rooms are typically shorter in most cases than your usually specimens.
(Average rooms most specimens chase is 7-15, so in rare cases, Tirsiak can chase for as little as 4 rooms. Yes that did happen before I was just as shocked)
Combos is where she shine though, cause in case you weren’t aware, using your axe uses stamina. You also use that stamina to sprint. So in almost all cases, you’re often left with no stamina in combos. Which given the circumstances can be PAINFUL. Managing your stamina during combo chases with Tirsiak is very important. you don’t want to be left with no stamina, pinned up against a spirit moose and a ghost girl that wants to eat you for breakfast (reference lol?). Learning to keep good distance, and watching your stamina meter occasionally will help you greatly.
Blue haze with a side of burger.
Blue haze with a side of “haha look at me idiot” (worth noting that notes do appear with Lisa even if others are chasing)
Specimen 4: Endless Mode Alternate
My bitrate.
My run 🙁
Specimen 4 makes a comeback and don’t worry, she took everything she heard VERY personally, and is now a big threat. Though alone not thaaaat much. She has a few new quirks. One of which fills the room with static based on a timer where as it closes in on you, hinders your vision till your eyes are completely covered in static for a full second or two before resetting. The other quirk is that she has a weeping angle-type mechanic where not looking at her makes her move faster than your walking speed. With these it can be hard to deal with but by herself she’s not as much of a pain if you have room layouts memorized.
Pro tip: If you book it to the door, wait till the static closes in on you (of course making sure she’s not near your face) and go in the door as the static closes in on you, it’ll be reset by the time you go through the door to the next room.
Also, if there’s more than one of her, their static effect kinda override each other so it kinda just works sorta wonky. It’ll essentially act as only one with static powers while the other one struggle.
In combos? Yeah…
She can be either not that much of a pain or “GOD STOP PLEASE I’M GOING TO CRY”. Her static effect can make seeing hard (who would have guessed) therefore harder to really gauge how close or far some specimens are, or rather, what ROOM you’re even in. In these cases try to predict where they are. it’s best to over shoot and guess early than late and seeing your heath go down to negative 5 cause they all smacked you at once. This is one of the several instances of knowing your room generations cause it would be helpful when you can’t see if you mess up your timings of going through doors. Using the tip above will help you insanely, along with not panicking and you’ll be perfectly fine. Be sure to keep a eye on her so that she doesn’t sneak up on you. Otherwise, book it as often as you can. Winding rooms are a killer, be extra careful.
Cause I was having too much fun…
Cause I was having too much fun…part 2
Cause I was having too much fun…part 3
Cause god forbid if I was allowed to see more than 2 centimeters in front of me
Cause I definetly needed TWO for some reason WHYY
Unknown Specimen 5: Lisa
I hate worms and bugs.
Lisa is one of those funny haha “please look at me or I go fast lol?” things just like Monster 4 and Specimen 6. However, unlike those two, Lisa can and will 100% laugh at you when you try to swing your axe/sword at her, rendering it useless on her. She also has this funny thing called “Freeze your room counter for 20 rooms cause I felt like it lmfao” where she does exactly that. Unless you’ve encounter her post 80s (given by the dead silence) then you better be ready to go through 20 extra rooms. She also can loop the exact same room 20 times, so it can either be super easy or just a pain. Now on her own she’s of course not that problematic. Running through rooms backwards, especially when you don’t have a good gauge on which room you’re in) can be very tricky but not impossible. She only does 15 damage.
Now pairing her in combos? You better have a good idea on how room layouts goes. Or have very very fast mouse movements if you don’t. Cause if you have neither then man oh man. Lisa does a very good job at just making your movement awkward in very stressful times, causing you to eat several hits. As stated above, learning what room you loaded in before turning around to face Lisa can help greatly. However if you really need to just look ahead, then you can afford the few hits (if it’s not with Spooper) due to her low damage. Having good movements in these cases will also help greatly so get very familiar with running backwards.
I described this as Arizona. Don’t know why.
The “oh great mandatory damage 90% of the time” combo
yeah cause WHY NOT HUH (it was actually really easy lol)
Karamari Hospital Monster 2: Body Bag
I see dead people…
Body bag, or Monster 2, is a very, very fast monster. Being able to catch up really fast and keep pace. On hit, it’ll do its damage then teleport to the entrance. Be wary, it can hit back to back very fast like Specimen 12. You WILL be surprised at what funny things this game can make you die to. It is worth mentioning that every time it does hit you, it covers your screen with a bunch of effects, essentially blinding you. Not the hardest to deal with alone if you know how to hold down the shift key.
Combos? It’s around the same to Specimen 3 (the funny fast spider-pede). Both are fast and both stink at making turns. Though unlike Specimen 2, Monster 2 can’t be affected by your weapon. So its best to keep running till it gives up! You can of course prioritize others over him in most cases.
I don’t have a screenshot of this guy I’m sorry :sobbing:
Karamari Hospital Monster 3: Baby in a Cage
Monster 3 is, a baby in a cage. Nothing amazing about it except it’s like Whiteface in that it spawns randomly in the room, sometimes right in front of you or slightly off into the walls, scoring free hits. It is affected by your weapon so you can sit in that one room and constantly hit it till it stops showing up, which in he next room it’ll stop giving chase. It’s damage is also very low so it doesn’t have that many things going for it.
Combos with it isn’t a problem at all. You should be fine in most if not all cases, unless RNG is upset with you. Aside from that, not much worry, you can essentially pretend it doesn’t exist as you prioritize others trying to kill you.
His stanky ass starting room
Karamari Hospital Monster 4: Hanging Patient
Monster 4, or well hanging patient is a “look at me” type of guy. Weeping angle as one may say. Silly silly guy others may say. Regardless, it is a weeping angle. Much like Specimen 6, you can hit it in each room it spawns in to make it stop giving chase for any longer. Though, IF you know when it spawns in. Cause sometimes it won’t play a cue and you’ll just run through the room thinking “damn this kinda chill-” smack. It doesn’t do a lot of damage but it being able to spawn in without any warning like anyone else can definitely make you jump.
Combos is much like Specimen 6, though his spawn in can be delayed, which means at times you won’t be able to him him. Though hitting him renders him harmless till the next room much like Specimen 6. Try your best to hit him as much to make him disappear so it’s one less monster to worry about.
They’re like best buddies!
Karamari Hospital Monster 5: Upside Down Cow (LOL?)
Monster 5, aka Ghost cow, is known for adding by far the most visual effects to a given chase. Alone he has like about 3 different visual effect overlays and one effect to the surrounding area. Though, it doesn’t really make it too much harder to see. It is also affected by your weapon, being able to be dispatched in the same room it spawns in.
Combos isn’t a issue. Unless you get specimens that messes with your vision then you might have your work cut out for you. Not being able to see more than 2.7 inches in front of you can be very detrimental on your run. Aside from that, you don’t have to really worry about it. It’s not too fast to keep up and you can even knock it back in case someone else *cough cough Specimen 10 cough cough* gets in your way.
It is also worth noting that in some scenarios where you have Endless Mode Specimen 4 with ghost cow, her static gets nullified by ghost cow’s funny as hell overlays, making it ~2% easier to see!
Least f*cked up visuals caused by the cow
“Oh man it would be so cool if i can SEE”
Karamari Hospital Monster 6: Bekka (God no)
*ahem*
Monster 6, aka Bekka, is someone you WISH you have alone at all times. Much like spooper and Specimen 10, on their own they’re perfect fine in most cases. Spooper is a exception cause rng (YAY) but basically, Bekka alone is easy. She has this quirk where when she gives “chase” she has a 50/50 chance to spawn at the EXIT, forcing you to back away from it till she goes away. On her own its perfectly fine, in some to most cases you can just go around her.
Combos.
I’m going to cry.
Yeah in combos it can range from “yeah this is fine, free even” to “yeah this end results screen looks wonderful”. Bekka with anyone that can keep pace means free hits from Bekka, It also doesn’t help that she can kill you in about 4 hits or so. One thing you almost always have to, in which I like to call, Bekka Dodging (patent pending). What it means is essentially in most cases you would have to hope you get a wide or a specific turn room to give yourself enough room to move around her being able to avoid both her and whoever else is trying to kill you. Now here’s the funny. RNG! RNG can just take you and ring you out like a towel. The game can easily give you 5 rooms back to back that ends very quickly where Bekka spawns in all of them, killing your run immediately. Good movement can yield VERY good results in these situations 90% of the time.
You can’t see it too well but trust me she’s there with her stank ass fog.
Dollhouse: Husks
Why is there so many wtf-
Husks are the first ever encounter to dollhouse and one of the three enemies from dollhouse “recently-ish” added to endless mode! On their own they spawn in a whole swarm, of at minimum 6-7. With each room they can be in three states; sleeping pile of flesh, sleeping pile of flesh but getting close activates them, and just being active already. One neat trick is that you can use your axe to kill all of them except for one (make sure they’re in a state where they become active when you get near.) Using your axe on the last one by hitting it once without waking it up then getting near it to activate it will make it unable to deal damage to you, making it still take up a chase pool slot.
In combos, it’s a mixed bag. on one hand its very easy but on the other hand its a pain in the rear. I’ve had one run where a bunch of them piled up against the door while specimen 4 was giving away. Needless to say in the next room I only had 10 health, and they ALL had to decide to be active. Taking them out, whether its all of leaving one alive is most important to do. Though its recommend to keep one alive so not another even more dangerous specimen takes it place.
Actual brick of a head wtf (this is when it can’t hit me with said method above)
Dollhouse: Wormy Charles
Charles is another doll you can encounter in endless mode. Unlike husks, Charles is a lot more easier to manage. Much like Ghost cow, you can essentially get rid of him in the same room he spawns in. With that being said, there’s times where he can just block you from going past him since he has a physical hitbox that actually stops you. On his own he’s not that threatening, as I said he can be taken care of easily, just time your axe swings when he swings his head down to hurt you while also dodging backwards. Even if you don’t you can just run away, despite him being oddly fast.
Combos is more or less what you’d expect at this point. With the added perk of blocking you that is. So aside from that. you should be fine. Keep going and try to not get stopped by his body.
Look at him go! (this is the only screenshot I have of him)
Dollhouse: Hooked Doll
Hooked Doll is the last main enemy in dollhouse and to be added to endless mode. If you’re thinking “god, we should have another weeping angle” then boy do I have news for you. She’s NOT. DON’T LOOK AT HER. That’s right looking at her makes her pursue you rapidly, so looking away makes her stop. Despite what people may say, looking down has no effect on her not coming at you, you have to not generally look at her, so you can keep your head up. I tested this. I got hurt…She spawns randomly in the room so you won’t know where she is. Standing near her also makes you lose health at a very slow rate, slower than what Spooper does. She also, as stated above, hinders your vision massively. You can’t see a damn thing to save your life.
Combos isn’t that much of a pain. Her only thing is to be able to make it harder to see where you’re going. Keeping that in mind and being able to know what room you’re in, you’ll be fine and you can prioritize anyone else that may be of greater interest.
Would LOVE to actually SEE where I’m GOING
Conclusion
Speedran karamari hospital via in game timer.
You are a winner though 😀
