With easy-to-follow instructions and helpful visuals, you’ll be a Spiritfall achievement master in no time. Let’s get started!
Introduction
Welcome to my guide on how to obtain all 40 achievements found within Spiritfall! This is my first Steam guide so feel free to let me know about any potential errors or areas of improvement.
In this guide, I’ll delve deep into the secrets of Spiritfall, providing you with the knowledge and information needed to unlock each and every achievement this fantastic rogue-like has to offer. For a casual player, I would estimate that fully completing Spiritfall will require around 30-40 hours of gameplay, depending on skill level. This guide will split the achievements into six separate categories which can be accessed through the guide index.
For the most part, a large majority of the harder achievements are not gated by skill but rather by grinding or RNG with a few exceptions making 100% feasible for just about anyone given enough time. This game can be challenging at times, but with determination and perseverance, there is no achievement beyond your reach.
Story Progression
Enduring Sentry
Safely traverse the Outskirts.

The High Priestess
Safely traverse the Frigid Veil.

Open the Gate
Unseal the Great Gate.
After successfully defeating The High Priestess for the 5th time, instead of going down like usual, the fight will continue as the boss enters her second form. Defeating this version of The High Priestess will eliminate the last root of Blight sealing the Great Gate.
Stray Souls Challenge
One of these challenge modifiers is called Perennial Tactics and increases the difficulty of all region bosses by making their existing attacks more powerful as well as giving them additional attacks. You can easily tell if you are fighting a Perennial version of a boss as their usual attire will have a gold trim and they will be wielding a more fearsome-looking weapon.
Defeating these enhanced bosses grants the following achievements:
Perennial Sentry
Defeat the Enduring Sentry under the effects of the Perennial Tactics challenge.
Traverse the Outskirts under the effects of Perennial Tactics by defeating the enhanced version of Enduring Sentry.
Perennial Trinity
Defeat the Dark Trinity under the effects of the Perennial Tactics challenge.
Traverse The Viridian Trail under the effects of Perennial Tactics by defeating the enhanced version of Dark Trinity.
Perennial Warlock
Defeat the Heretic Warlock under the effects of the Perennial Tactics challenge.
Traverse The Burrows under the effects of Perennial Tactics by defeating the enhanced version of Heretic Warlock .
Perennial Leader
Defeat Tasmos, Head of the Order under the effects of the Perennial Tactics challenge.
Traverse The Frigid Veil under the effects of Perennial Tactics by defeating the enhanced version of Tasmos, Head of the Order.
Perennial Priestess
Defeat the High Priestess under the effects of the Perennial Tactics challenge.
Traverse The Brink under the effects of Perennial Tactics by defeating the enhanced version of The High Priestess.
The following achievement can be obtained by offering a Stray Soul to any altar type within a Tribute Room. The Tribute Room is a room that can start appearing during your runs after unlocking the Stray Souls Challenge by defeating the High Priestess for the first time. You are given one Stray Soul for each individual challenge modifier you select within a Stray Soul Challenge run.
Purification
Purify a Stray Soul.
During a Stray Soul Challenge run, enter a Tribute Room and offer up a Stray Soul to one of the altars.
Combat Related
In The Lab
Destroy 10 Training Dummies.
Can be performed at the beginning of the game before even starting a run. Simply head right to the training area and defeat 10 Training Dummies.
Invisible Blast Zone
Destroy a Training Dummy by moving it outside of the Training Area.
Several ways to perform this but the easiest way is to use the Link Blade’s Launcher underneath the dummy platform.
Talking to a Wall
Defeat 5 enemies in a single room using Wall Splat damage as the final blow.
You will probably achieve this through normal gameplay. Use a Launcher when enemies are at low health to make wall splat damage lethal.
Three Stock
Defeat a Blightborn enemy 3 times in a single Hidden Rift.
Occasionally, an alternate route will appear on your map that reveals a Hidden Rift room. Simply defeat the Blightborn enemy found inside by knocking them out of the room three times.
Bad Recovery
Get forcefully ejected out of a Hidden Rift.
Instead of defeating the Blightborn enemy within a Hidden Rift, walk off the edge of the map (self-destruct).
Early Interception
Defeat the Pursuer Guardian in the Outskirts.
One of the more RNG-based achievements. On occasion a Pursuer Guardian will spawn on your map starting at the end from the boss room. It can spawn in any of the four mapped regions so you just have to get a lucky run that spawns it in the Outskirts or first region.
Mighty Minions
Encounter and defeat all Mini-Bosses.
There are eight Mini-Bosses in total with two to encounter per mappable region. They can be found in Statue of Harmony rooms where they guard powerful blessings. These enemies are significantly tougher than even Elite grade enemies so be careful.
Non-Combat Related
The following four achievements are related to Yara, the Herbalist who can be occasionally found at the end of a combat room.
Is it Working?
Give Yara’s Mystery Mix a try.
Whenever you find Yara at the end of a combat room, interact with her Mystery Mix that costs 0 dust.
Keeping it Fresh
Purchase something fresh from Yara the Herbalist.
Occasionally, an item in Yara’s stock will be marked “Fresh” which makes the buff it provides last longer. Purchase one of these items for the achievement.
Rational Consumer
Purchase 8 items from Yara the Herbalist in a single run.
Yara will have three paid items in stock whenever she appears. Note that her Mystery Mix does not count towards this eight item total meaning you will have to encounter her at least three times.
You Can Pet the Turtle
Pet the Turtle
Interact with Yara’s Turtle whenever she appears.
The following three achievements are related to Relics and the Relic Tinkerer.
Oops…
Fail during a Relic’s tinkering process.
During a run, encountering the Relic Tinkerer allows you to reroll a Relic’s substats or improve a Relics level. These upgrades cost Dust and also have a chance of failing that increase with each upgrade or reroll you attempt. Simply spend your Dust at the Relic Tinkerer until you inevitably fail.
Lucky Charm
Level-Up a single Relic 3 times in one run.
You can probably get this and the previous achievement in the same run as they both require Dust to be spent at the Relic Tinkerer. Spend your Dust on three Relic levels.
Relic Roulette
Pick up a Relic while having 3 Relics equipped.
Technically, this achievement can be obtained in a Relic Chest room as well. When already equipped with three Relics, interact with and swap an existing Relic for a new one.
The following achievement is related to The Merchant who can be found in Celestial Exchange rooms.
Sold Out
Buy all the items from a single Celestial Exchange shop.
This takes a significant amount of Dust but buyout the entire inventory of within a Celestial Exchange Shop. This can either be three or four items.
The following three achievements are related to Blessings.
Powered Up
Upgrade a single Spirit Blessing with 3 Luminous Gems.
This requires a little bit of luck but by entering Luminous Gem rooms, you can increase the level of a given Blessing. There are other ways of obtaining a Luminous Gem such as within Hidden Rifts or sold at Celestial Exchange shops. Load up on Holy Dice to reroll the upgrades offerings if your desired skill is not one of the three.
Blasphemy
Dismiss a Divine-Rarity Blessing through a Dust Effigy.
This achievement can be incredibly tricky, needing multiple prerequisites along with a good amount of luck.
A Divine Spirit’s Divine-Rarity Blessing can only be obtained after fully completing their skill tree at the Perennial Flame (next to the statues where you spawn in). Note that Divine-Rarity Blessings also require prerequisites blessings in order to be offered so double check your codex to see what Blessings are required for the specific Divine Blessing you are chasing.
Additionally, you are going to need an upgrade from the The Mediary called “Dust Effigies” that cost Esoteric Scrolls to purchase. This will cause Dust Effigies to spawn in combat rooms and Celestial Exchange shops.
I recommend collecting as many Holy Dice as you can as not only do you have to roll for the Divine Blessing and its prerequisites which is already fairly rare, but you also have to roll for the Divine Blessing showing up at a Dust Effigy as only three Blessings are available to dismiss.
Hopelessly Devoted
Complete a run while having at least 12 blessings from a single spirit (including Synergies).
Another primarily RNG-based achievement. Aside from just going down paths that offer blessing from whatever Divine Spirit you choose, keep in mind alternative ways to obtain Divine Blessings such as through Hidden Rifts or purchasing them at a Celestial Exchange shop.
Synergies also count for this twelve total so play around those whenever the desired Divine Spirit is not available. Finally, you have to actually complete the run where you accumulate twelve of these Blessings so try not to choke at the end. me
Completion
The following three achievements involve unlocking and upgrading Weapons at the Runesmith using Combat Runes and Perennial Ashes.
Unlocked Potential
Awaken a weapon.
Head over to the Runesmith to awaken a weapon.
It will cost three Combat Runes and one Perennial Ash to awaken a Base Form or three Combat Runes and two Perennial Ashes to awaken an Alternate Form.
Tools of Destruction
Unlock all five base weapons.
With the Battle Hammer-Axe being unlocked from the start, you can unlock the remaining four using Combat Runes at the Runesmith.
Alternative Arsenal
Unlock all Alternate Weapon Forms.
All 5 Base Weapons have Alternate Forms that drastically alter the playstyle of that weapon, making it feel like something new entirely. You can unlock these Alternate Forms at the Runesmith using Perennial Ashes and Combat Runes.
The following five achievements involve finding Blessings during your run or upgrading the various Skill Trees at the Perennial Flame. This can be performed through the use of Dormant Embers.
Tailor Made
Equip a Spiritforged Mask.
There is one Spiritforged Mask for every Divine Spirit Skill Tree. You will be rewarded with a Spiritforged Mask when you unlock half of the skills found in the corresponding Skill Tree.
Full Roster
Unlock all Spiritforged Masks.
Collect all seven Spiritforged Masks by unlocking half of the skills found within each individual Skill Tree.
Rekindled Power
Complete all Skill Trees at the Perennial Flame.
This will require an absolutely massive amount of Dormant Embers. In addition, for every Skill Tree you fully unlock, that specific Divine Spirit will grant you access to their Divine Blessing in your runs.
Divine Knowledge
Uncover all Divine Blessings in the Codex.
A continuation of the previous achievement, Rekindled Power. After completing all seven Skill Trees at the Perennial Flame, you now need to chase down and obtain all seven Divine Blessings.
Divine Blessings are incredibly potent Blessings that grant game-changing abilities to The Omenforged but require specific prerequisites and a bit of luck to encounter. Check your Codex to know exactly what Blessings you need in order to have a chance at encountering them.
Duality
Uncover all Synergy Blessings in the Codex.
Similar to Divine Blessings, Synergy Blessings are rare but powerful Blessings you can encounter in your runs. Unlike Divine Blessings, you do not need to progress through the Skill Trees found in the Perennial Flame.
They require prerequisite Blessings from two different Divine Spirits in order for them to be encounterable. It can be quite confusing remembering exactly what Blessings you need in order for a specific Synergy Blessing to appear so check your Codex frequently when hunting for these.
Hidden Achievements
Kismet’s Penitence
Display an act of avarice in front of a Statue of Kismet.
Despite being a hidden achievement, this can actually be obtained within your first few minutes of playing Spiritfall. After clearing a combat room, a Statue of Kismet may appear, holding a valuable resource in each hand.
While it might seem like you have to pick one or another, this achievement actually involves sneakily taking both! You have to be fast but by quickly interacting with one resource while immediately dashing and interacting with the other, it is possible to snag both prizes! Be warned, however, as doing this three times in a run will disqualify you from interacting with any future State of Kismets you may find in that specific run.
The Banished
Receive a blessing from the banished spirit,
Oh snap, there’s a hidden, eighth Divine Spirit! This exiled spirit is known as Ashfarum and this achievement requires you to obtain one of their blessings. Unlike the other seven Divine Spirits, Ashfarum does not have a designated room that you can select on your map.
Instead, when you enter a Tribute Room with any amount of Stray Souls, you may notice some white butterflies fluttering around the walls or floors of the map. Running through these seemingly solid borders of the map will reveal a hidden altar dedicated to the Divine Spirit, Ashfarum. Offer a Stray Soul to this altar and obtain an incredibly unique Blessing along with this hidden achievement.
