SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption: Achievement Guide for 100% Completion

This is a Guide to help you get every Achievement in the game, step by step, for every boss. I will try to be as specific as possible, due to some achievements being a bit misleading and ambiguous.

Most of the achievements are easily obtained by just playing the game normally, but you may be able to miss them if you are really good at beating the bosses or if you skip some stuff by playing to fast.

We are going to start with the basic ones, that you can obtained in the first hour of the game, either in the first boss or in the main hub.

–Rush & Slash

You just need to sprint and do a basic attack. For sprinting, with Joystick is R2/RT and with Keyboard is Left Shift

–Split Second

When an enemy attacks you, block in the exact moment of the hit to make a Parry and hit him.

–Sacrificed

Before entering a boss fight, it asks you to “Sacrifice” a stat in order to start the fight. So just do it.

–Redeem

At the end of the boss fight, the Boss is gonna stay still and the game gives you the option to “Redeem” a Boss by pressing L2/LT or E.

–Banished

At the end of the boss fight, instead of Redeeming the Boss, just keep hitting him until he dies.

–Skilled

You just need to do 10 normal attacks in a row. The best weapon to do this is the Sword & Shield and you can do it without hitting an enemy, so just do it in the main hub. Prefereably do it before fighting Faiz Tilus so you can have the full Stamina Bar

–Triumph

Just beat an enemy. Any enemy counts so you can do it in the very beginning with the shadows tutorial enemies

–Fallen

Just fall from any platform. You can do it at the beginning of the game, just walk into the abyss.

–Incendiary

This is done by dying from the buff that gives your weapon fire damage, which also burns you at the same type. Due to the damage being so low, I recommend getting hit by any boss a couple of times and when you have a little bit of health, use the buff and just wait till you die.

–K.O

You need to get kick out of the arena by Rhodes. There’s an attack where he charges against you, so wait for that attack at the edge of the arena. You can also try with any other attack in the edge if you are impatient.

–Nimble

When he charges towards you, just dodge it using X/A or Space

–Ride the Wave

There’s 2 heavy attack that he does, one is vertical and the other horizontal. These attacks send a Shock wave that stuns you. You just need to dodge any of them once.

–Leg Hugger

This is a bit misleading. You can’t stay 100% of the time under his feet because he either jumps away or he kneels to create minions. If you stay 75% of the fight under his feet or really near of them, when you beat him, you are gonna unlock it

–Friendly Fire

Use the shock wave attacks to kill the minions. He creates enemies 2 times, when you make him kneel. Once at 50% of health and the other at 20%. Make sure you just run and don’t hit any enemies to make sure you don’t kill them by accident.

–Proud Rhodes

Just beat him by any means.

–Stepping Stone

When you get to the arena, he’s gonna be sitting in his throne outside the arena. He then gets up and jumps into the arena. Before he jumps, just run to the middle and the shockwave of the landing will kill.

This Boss has some achievements bugged for some reason, so you might need to do some of them more than once. I’m gonna say which ones are bugged so you are sure(I would leave them to the end).

–Cursed

When Tilus is at 20-25% health, he is gonna invoke 4 wizards that are gonna be channeling a curse. Just wait until the curse meter is full and you are going to die. This one is kinda bugged, so you might need to do it a couple of times

–Poisoned

When you hit Tilus, he expulses poison, some of his attacks gives you poison also. Just make sure you get the meter full and wait to die of that. I recommend getting hit once or twice before getting poisoned to make sure you die from it.

–Fallen Short

You have to die after seeing every type of attack he has.

Here’s a list of each attack he does:

• Summon Slugs
• Summon poisonous plants
• Flaming sphere projectiles
• Small green/white homing projectiles
• Large slow moving sphere projectile(This can be parried or if you jump into it, it does 0 damage)
• Bullet hell green poison projectiles
• Scythe attack(s)
• Hex spell(Ritual at 50% of health)
• Curse spell(Ritual at 25% of health)

–Hex Proof

This one is tricky. At 50% of health, he’s gonna go to the middle of the arena and start a ritual and you need to not get damage by anything during that time. The easiest way is going to the other side of the water pond and run around that part evading every type of attack.

Thing is, some say you need to not get hit by anything from the beginning of the match until the end of the ritual, others say that only the poisonous attacks need to be avoided, and others that that doesn’t matter. Try any of the ways and see what works for you.

–Cleansed by Fire

This is ambiguous. If you hit the last hit with fire it won’t count. You need to do at least 75% of damage to him with fire(Try to do the last hit with fire also, just in case).

–Greedy Faiz Tilus

Defeat him by any means.

–Purified

You need to get poisoned first by getting the meter full and then roll on the water to clear it. This one is a little bugged, so just do it a couple of times in case it doesn’t work.

–Devoured

He has an attack in which he opens his belly and eats you. With half of your health bar will be enough for this attack to kill you.

–Six Feet Ice Under

When the fight starts, run to the edge and fall out of the arena.

–Stomach Settler

His weakness is that he gets tired after some attacks or stunned if he hits an ice pillar. You need to avoid hitting him:

• After he uses the purple shots
• While he is regenerating with the mouth open
• After you staggered him from so many attacks
• After he hits and ice pillar

Just take your time.

–Abdominal Trauma

Contrary to the other achievement, here you have to do at least 75% of damage by hitting him when the 4 things above happen. You have to hit him in ALL 4 of his types of weaknesses

–Gluttonous Camber Luce

Just beat him by any means.

–Speed over Strength

You need to beat him in under 2 minutes, so use every weapon and buff, and keep hitting him non-stop until he dies.

–Deep Freeze

Every attack he does will make the frozen meter go up, especially the bow attacks and the second fase attacks. Make sure she fills up the meter and you are gonna get frozen, then let her hit you a couple times till you die.

–Chilled to the Bone

Just get to second phase, which happens at 50% of health.

–Cornered

When she is at 10% health, she will transform into A Giant Worm. Just get there and either die or kill her

–Lust Denied

Parry her once and attack her 3 times in a row. That’s it.
Apparently you can also dodge and attack her 3 times in a row, and it counts towards the achievement. Try that if you don’t feel comfortable parrying.

–Untemptable

This is another tricky achievement. You need to follow some steps to beat her in order to unlock it:

• Beat her in under 2 minutes
• Don’t let her Transform into the worm
• Don’t consume any healing item

For some people it wouldn’t pop up if they kill her with the fire buff up, but in my case it didn’t matter. Try any and see what works for you.

–Lusty Chanel

Defeat her by any means.

–Tangled

There are some algae coming from the water, just get hit by any of them when they rise up. You can hit them to make them go down and wait in the spot for them to rise up again.

–Déjà vu

Once you beat her and redeem her, she will appear in the main hub. Just talk to her.

–Coward’s Fate

Angronn can start destroying the arena after some time, just keep fighting him until he starts doing it.

–Fearless

He needs to keep destroying the arena until both of you are in the last part, then you have to beat him.

–Wrathful Angronn

Defeat him by any means

–Titan’s Grasp

He does a special attack with his left hand, where he lifts the arm and then tries to grab you. You need to step near him to be grabbed though. I would recommend having half or even less of your health bar so you know for sure that he’s gonna kill you with that attack.

–Out like a Light

Once you get to the second phase, beat the golden one first so you have the electricy one left. She’s gonna grow more and destroy the ceiling, causing the chandeliers to fall. When one is going to fall, there’s going to be a circle of light, just stand there and get hit by them.

–Dance and Dice

At the beginning, Undok almost always throws an axe that spirals near you, just let it hit you 3 times in a row.

–Dance of flying Daggers

At one point, Undok is gonna use 3 daggers, that float around her. Use the spears to destroy the 3 daggers, one after the other.

–Fury

Keep hitting her until one of them goes down to 30% of health, then she is going to invoke the other twin and it should pop up.

–Party Crasher

Concentrate on beating the golden one, which is the hardest one. Once both of them are in the arena, stay close to the golden one and keep beating her until she dies. That way the double dance won’t occur and the achievement will unlock.

–Envious Levin Undok

Defeat them by any means.

–Graceful Dancer

To dodge the Double Dance you just need to hide behind any pillar and wait until they are done. The pillars can stop the bolts coming from the electric one, so just be patient until the finished.

–Denied

Once you hit him enough, he will start running around and start to invoke his guards. When he does that, stay away from a while and he will start doing it from the top of the arena. Then, when he does that and the guards charge, just dodge them.

–Against the Round

On the the attacks he calls from his guards is to surround you and charge towards you. When that happens, just run away and dodge the charge.

–Break Ranks

At some point, he will call his guards to surround him instead. At that point, throw some firebombs to them and make them break the formation.

–Outnumbered

When he uses his ability to make them surround you and charge towards you, just let them do it and kill you.

–Slothful Yordo

Defeat him by any means.

–Aim for the King

You just need to kill Yordo without attacking any of the guards. Just lock into Yordo and no one else and keep hitting him until he dies.

Some say you just need to lock into him instead of not attacking any of the guards. Try both strategies if you want

–Weakness

Wait for him to do a Shield charge to break your defense and let him grasp you. I recommend having low health to be sure.

–Immolated

In second phase, at some point he will start to glow, when he is really bright and you have low health, just stand near him and the explosion will kill you.

–Frustration Leads to Anger

You have be knocked down 2 times by his shield charge attack.

–Critical Strike

Parry him and attack him as soon as posible with the normal attack.

–The Forsaken

Defeat him by any means.

–Exalted

To beat his stronger form, you need to beat every boss BUT only redeem Chanel(Lust), the rest need to be banished(killed). After you do that, the rock in the center of the main hub will glow blue. Enter and start the battle.

In this form, every one of his attacks will make him regain life, so be patient and try to evade as much as possible.

I had this game almost since it came out but never played until recently, and it was a lot of fun. Despite having some technical problems and some buggy achievements, it was a blast beating every boss, with it’s own tricky abilities and beautiful arenas.
