Assassination #4 – Michael: Locate a Peacekeeper police car (Finishing the story, gives you one in your garage) & drive it around the Ashwood District on the ……… Island to locate our target.
Assassination #5 – Alejandro: Locate a luchadore Vehicles then drive to the Sunset Park District to lure out the target.
Assassination #9 – Kirsten: Go to the Planet Saints in the Salander District & blow things up with a Grenade to lure out the target.
Assassination #11 – Jake: Drive to the Salander District to lure out the target. (Unlocks Brutus Contract)
Assassination #12 – Agnes: Head over to the marked Store in the Ashwood District & remove all items of clothing, then just walk around naked to lure out our target.
Assassination #14 – Lucas: Go to your Wardrobe & put on The Decker Suit then go to the Burns Hill District to lure out the target.
Assassination #18 – Pr0tip: Go to the Decker HQ in Burns Hill District to lure out our target.
Assassination #23 – Oliver: Get any aircraft, preferably one with guns and go to the Brickston District to lure out the target.
Assassination #27 – Ulysses: Get an aircraft and fly to the Salander District to lure out the target.
Assassination #31 – DJ Enigmus: Drive around Salander District with the K12 Radio Station playing to lure out the target.
Bottom Left Island
Assassination #2 – Almonzo: For this Assassination, we need to have the Luchadores Gang Notoriety to 3 Stars to lure out the target. you can find them either roaming the streets or via certain missions
Assassination #10 – Gerrard: Locate a “muscle car” (Bootlegger, Phoenix, or Hammerhead) & drive to the marked gas station in New Baranec District to lure out the target.
Assassination #17 – Blaize: Go to the Luchadores Island and rob a Store to lure out the target.
Assassination #19 – Randall: Attack Civilians in front of the Luchador HQ to lure out the target.
Assassination #24 – Danny: Go to the Yearwood District and call the Pizzeria number to lure out our target.
Assassination #29 – Officer Dealy: Go to the Bridgeport District and taunt civilians to lure out the target.
Bottom Middle Island
Assassination #5 – Alejandro: Locate a luchadore Vehicles then drive to the Sunset Park District to lure out the target.
Assassination #6 – Luther: walk around Loren Square and Compliment anyone you come across to lure out the target.
Assassination #7 – Chandler: Go to the Sunset Park District and get a run over by a Civilian driven Vehicle to lure out the target.
Assassination #16 – Brutus: Drive to the Sunset Park District walk around the park without any Weapons equipped to lure out the target. (Unlock By Completing “Jake” Contract and Also Unlocks “Mr Dickson”)
Assassination #20 – Mr. Dickson: Drive to the designated hotel in Loren Square in a limousine to lure out the target, It does take around a minute or so, so be patient. (Unlocked By Completing “Brutus” Contract, Also Unlocks “Grigor” Contract)
Assassination #21 – Jim: Drive to the Sunset Park District & call the new Steelport Cable Dispatcher number on our Phone to lure out the target.
Assassination #33 – Harry: Drive to the marked bridge between The Grove & Loren Square Districts to lure out the target. (Timed, so be quick)
Assassination #34 – Dr. Wang: Go to the Image As Designed Store in Loren Square and pay to edit your Character to lure out the target. (Just paying is enough, you dont have to actually make any changes)
Top Right Island
Assassination #1 – Karl: Go to the Wesley Cutter Intl. driving a Knoxville baggage cart to lure out the target. They can be found around the main airport terminal.
Assassination #8 – Clovis: Go to the Rim Jobs in the Camano Place District & purchase any Upgrade for a Vehicle to lure out the target.
Assassination #13 – Andre: Go to the Espina District and get a 4 Star Morningstar Notoriety Level to lure out our target.
Assassination #15 – Whitney: Drive to the Westley Cutter Intl. airport & board the marked plane to lure out the target.
Assassination #22 – Grigor: Drive to the Camano Place District to lure out the target. (Unlock By Completing “Mr Dickson” First)
Assassination #28 – Lt. Gorshin: Drive around the marked Island and get Police Notoriety to lure out the target.
Assassination #30 – Tony: Go to the Leather & Lace Store in the Camano Place District and purchase something to lure out our target.
Assassination #32 – Mike: Drive to the Rosen Oaks District and call Emergency Response to lure out the target.

Assassination #26 – Sgt. Steiner: Go to Magarac island and call the STAG Ops Center to lure out the target. (Kinda Difficult)
