Dog Room – “Gamarra’s Room”
This room is located on D-Block, second floor. Near the stairs to third floor and near of the room with the D-Block puzzle. It has some Magic Cards on the floor and a picture of a dog.
This room is a Easter Egg of Lucas Gamarra, one of the game developers.

Racket Room – “Unity’s Room”

Speedrun
D-Block Puzzle without missing any button
This is probably the most difficult achievement of the game.
THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO DO THIS.
You MUST get the correct order of the D-Block puzzle WITHOUT MISSING ONCE.
Completely LUCK.
There are a total of 24 combinations possible.
1/24 ~= 4,17%
You must focus on only getting this achievement in a run in order to complete it. Once you start a new run:
- Get the flashlight.
- Go to the left and get the key.
- Open the door.
- Search the first code in one of the three tables.
- TIP: if you just click on the colored note and skip it, the code will pop up on the HUD, in your left. In other words, you don’t need to worry to memorize the code. Interact with the colored note and immediately close it.
- Enter the code on the panel.
- Try to solve the puzzle without missing.
- If failed, go the the Main Menu and start a new run.
Since the chances are equal to any of the 24 combinations possible, you can choose a fixed combination and pray for it to work every time. You will have a 4,17% chance of getting it right. If you choose to always try a fixed combination, your restart tries will be a little bit faster than normal.
I personally choosed the combination “1243”. I got it on my 10th try.
I tried to check if there is any combination that is more common that the anothers, but it doesn’t look that there is any. Just to avoid “easy” combinations like “1234” and “4321”, I choosed “1243”. But these two combinations are still possible, as I said.
Each attempt lasts approximately 2:30 minutes if you do it fast as possible.
Good luck with the ARG :(((
All Letters and Documents (TIPS)
I did not registered all possible 3 locations of each of the 30 collectibles, but I will give you some interesting tips that you can you to find all the 30 items more easily.
Before entering in specific details, I say to you: explore every room, every inch of all locations of the game.
Most of the Letters can be found within the cells and in every single one of the three floors. When exploring a cell: look in the beds, inside the toilets (there is always a Letter inside one), on the walls and the shelves paying attention.
There are some Letters that can be found on the floor on the corridors (near the Spawn Room and in the second floor).
There is always a Letter in the Library.
Most of the times, there will be a Letter in the D-Block puzzle room.
There is a Document on the computer (fixed). Documents found on computers always have fixed locations.
From what I remember, I think I had never found a Letter in this area.
There is a chance of finding a Letter in one of the cafeteria tables on the first floor.
Almost every Letter in this area is in a cell.
When exploring a cell: look in the beds, metal plates, on the walls and the shelves paying attention.
There is a chance of appearing a Letter on the Main Hall and in each one of the Infirmary Rooms (on the floor).
Right after unlocking the door in the Infirmary, maybe a Letter will appear in the shelve on the wall.

There is a chance of appearing another document in this area.
Most of times, there is a Letter that will appear in one of the cafeteria tables.
A Letter can appear on a shelve on the wall, on the stairs.
