“Welcome to our guide for completing the full time and part time achievements in Princess Maker 2 Refine. This guide is specifically designed for those using only 1 starting save file. We will also cover how to obtain the Maid and Lady-in-waiting achievements. Let’s get started!”
Overview
This won’t be the most hand-holding guide for the achievements. I just found these achievements were the hardest to get, despite doing it after knowing the game well and completed most of the achievement by that time.
The main challenge for me was trying to figure out what even to do since you have limited amount of work before it influence the ending. So I hope I can help someone figure out roughly what to do.
To get part-time achievements, basically you have to :
- Have fighting, magic, social and housekeeping reputation within 50 points to each other
- Have the highest reputation below 211
- Reach X number of successful sessions of doing the job (doesn’t have to get payment bonus)
to get full-time achievements, basically you have to :
- Have fighting, magic, social and housekeeping reputation within 50 points to each other
- Have the highest reputation in between 211 – 300
- Reach X number of successful sessions of doing the job
The amount of X for each job are :
_______________________
9 for age 10 ( babysitting, church, farm, inn, restaurant ), age 11 ( lumberjack, salon ) and age 12 ( masonry/plasterer, hunter ) jobs
6 for age 13 job ( gravekeeping )
4 for age 14 jobs ( bar, tutor )
3 for age 15 job ( illegal bar/sleazy bar )
2 for age 16 job ( cabaret )
That is what the wiki says, but practically I had to do 1 or 2 sessions extra for some of them, so make sure to leave some weeks open for safety.
If you don’t reach the X amount needed, you will get maid (for reputation below 211) and lady-in-waiting (for reputation 211-310).
I recommend to do them last ( after all part time done for maid and after all full time done for LIW), because sometimes you can just missing something and get these two by accident.

Starting a New Save File
- SOL July 23 – August 22 (nice combat start)
- Bloodtype A , we will have lot of rest for stress but if you are not sure just pick B
game starting
If you are patient, you can skip winter and summer outfit. They can be crucial since weather can reduce your stamina, so I will suggest to buy them at start.
For around the early to middle part, you will struggle with money. make use of the 500 you get every year.
Here are the steps for year 1-5 ( reaching year 6 or early 7 is still fine) :
- Work for at most 8 times for farm, babysitting, and some others that can gain you money (preferably not the one that will reduce your combat stat like inn and restaurant).
- Do couple works and rest (no allowance), save as much money as you can, we have plenty of time to even do more rests. Just make sure the stress is always low as your stamina is abysmal at this point.
- Farm sensitivity stat from doing art/painting class whenever you have spare money (most likely from the yearly 500).
- If you are struggling with money, get some kung-fu classes, SAVE game, and do an errant to gather some money from the chests (if you fail simply reload the save). For western area you can get 800 gold in the dragon ruins and just camp few times until the week is over. For eastern area, there is a shortcut to the end by getting inside the hole in the mud area.
- Once you get 150+ sensitivity, start farming the fairy event at the stone monument in eastern forest until you get around 200 housekeeping reputation.
- Now you can do a harvest festival to win cooking contest, do this only ONE time as you can’t reduce housekeeping reputation. Your housekeeping reputation should be around 250 by now.
- Eat the egg from the contest to gain some stamina.
- Either get katana from the prize money or from northern glaciers chest.
- Study kung-fu until you get around 80+ combat skill.
- Do some lumberjack work, just make sure it is less than 9 times.
- Get some faiths from either church ( less than 9 times) or some theology class.
- Trade some of your faith for strength to Lucifon.
- Reach the point where you can kill harpies and start farming them. Venture to western desert and hang around the mountain area (just leave it idle until you get a battle). The mob pool only consists of harpy and crow, so it’s pretty consistent and each harpy drops 200+ golds. When your health get low, just camp and restore your HP.
- Now the options are open, keep grind harpy whenever you need money.
- Make sure to prioritize art class for now, and make advent angel painting when your art skill is high (1 dance class + 8 art class will reach the art skill needed). Note that painting offer only appear every 4 art class sessions.
- Make sure to do art contest in the next harvest festival to boost social reputation. There was something wrong with my playthrough that I couldn’t trigger eastern forest fairy event for art skill, so this is essential, otherwise you can do that instead.
- Level some magic and intelligence to farm some magic reputation.
- From this point on you can do combat contest in harvest festival for money.
By the end, before your back up save, you need :
- All reputation above 200, preferably close to 200 except for housekeeping (increasing them is easy, reducing is not, or even impossible).
- Have good combat stats to win at duels.
- Have cooking skill > art skill (if not you can easily get zoinked into art ending).
Managing Save Files
- Create a back up save after all the criteria above met (you might not need this at all).
- Proceed to mid age 16 and make a different save.
- Proceed to beginning or middle of age 17 and make a different save.
- Once you completed all full time achievements, you will return to age 16 save and replace the age 17 save with a new one.
Full Time Jobs
- From the year 17 save, do work sessions until they reach the minimum requirement and end the game for every job and make sure each reputations are no more than 50 points to each others.
- Some jobs require more preparations like : inn, restaurant, graveyard, bar, illegal bar and cabaret, so you might want to load from the year 16 save.
- For Bar, Illegal Bar, and Cabaret, just farm glamour with the silk armor or trade with Lucifon. The stat is needed to successfully doing the work session.
- For Gravekeeper, your magic reputation will grow as you do the work, so make sure your other reputation catch up.
- Social reputation can be raised by Manner class.
- Fighting and Magic reputation can easily be farmed by entering and quitting the town menu to trigger a challenge.
- Inn and Restaurant are tricky, because your housekeep will raise, just make sure they are below 310, and the other reputations catch up with it.
- Do all the full time job achievements and Lady-in-waiting achievement.
Part Time Jobs
- Load the year 16 save.
- To get reputations below 211, simpy go for errant for a full month. Go idle near the entrance and attack every person you encounter, one of them is very hard so you might want to avoid the one you can’t defeat. If you lucky you will get arrested by the end of the month and all reputations will be reduced by 50%, if you don’t get arrested just reload.
- You can then progress to early to mid year 17 to make a save to repeat the process for babysitting, farm, church, salon, masonry, hunter, and tutor.
- For Inn and Housekeep, your housekeep reputation will go up high, do the job before you get arrested because then you won’t increase it by too much.
- If you need to farm fighting and magic reputation, do it before you get arrested because farming those two with around 100 reputation are impossible (from what I tried).
- Now you can finish all the achievements plus the Maid achievement.
Hope this helps~
