Are you struggling to unlock all the job endings in Princess Maker 2 Refine? Look no further! This guide will walk you through the steps to achieve the Lady in Waiting and Maid achievements by mastering part-time and full-time jobs. Let’s get started!
Introduction
- Fulltime job endings require your highest reputation stat be in the 211-310 range.
- Parttime job endings require that none of your reputations are above 210.
- For both fulltime and parttime job endings, the difference between your highest reputation stat and your lowest reputation stat must be below 50.
- To get the ending for a job, you need to work at it enough to receive the first raise for it. This is generally obtained after about 10* instances of a job.
*Some jobs have a multiplier associated with them, so 9 days Housework-Hunter = 6 days Gravekeeper = 4 days Tutor/Bar = 3 days Illegal Bar = 2 days Cabaret.
To get the Lady in Waiting and Maid endings, you just need to make sure that you haven’t gotten a raise in any job.
The most difficult part of this playthrough is just making sure that your reputations are within that 50 point range of each other, as well as making sure that your reputations don’t get too high, especially when you keep in mind that some jobs will raise your reputation.
Starting Stats and Side Notes
Birthday: November 1 (11/1)
For this playthrough, we’re always going to refuse the fortune teller, we’re not going to purchase birthday gifts for Olive (default name of the daughter).
Also, don’t worry about your sin in this playthrough, as we easily get enough money to simply donate to the church enough to rid Olive of sin.
In addition, this guide doesn’t talk to the Young Military Officer because the romancing him leads to a longer cutscene at the end, and I’m assuming you’re trying to speedrun a bunch of these endings.
It might also be useful to change your Display (D) settings to Without Wait (W)
1210 Age 10

We’re going to try to avoid combat as much as possible on these Errantry runs. With 200+ Sensitivity, you can Talk to most monsters to avoid combat. I have the monsters you can Talk to listed under the map of each location.
For monsters you can’t Talk to, Hide, Run Away, and, if combat still initiates, Use Magic.
Map of Western Desert
Monsters you can Talk to in the Western Desert:
- Demon
- Giant Crow
- Goblin
- Sand Raider
If you don’t manage to at least get the Intelligence increase from Lucifon, reload the save. You shouldn’t have to do this more than once or twice (if at all) due to our high Stamina and Sensitivity.
Map of Eastern Forest
When you go to grab the chest by the Elven Tree, Olive will automatically refuse the Elf’s offer because our current Combat Skill is 0.
If Venezaro is there when you enter his hideout, just accept his offer for now.
Monsters you can Talk to in the Eastern Forest:
- Amoeba
- Bat-man
- Condor
- Mantis
- Wildcat
Map of Southern Riverside
Map of path to/from Big Flower island.

At this point (8/31), donate to the church until Sin is 0 and then enter/exit town until your Fighter and Magic reputations are around 210, but make sure to keep one of them above 210.
Then, make this a hard save. A hard save is a save that you keep so that you can reload it later.
Here what my reputation counts were by this point for your reference:
- Fighter reputation: 209
- Magic reputation: 217
- Social reputation: 187
- Housekeeping reputation: 189
It’s fine if you don’t have these exact values so long as the difference between your highest reputation and your lowest reputation is less than 50, but I do advise keeping your Housekeeping/Social reputation below 190 to accommodate for the increase in reputation when working certain jobs.
*For the Lady in Waiting and Maid endings, do Free Time(No pocket money) instead of a Job.
If you follow that ending schedule for each job, you should easily get every fulltime and parttime job ending – thanks for following this guide!
