Missing Persons (Tartarus Rescue Missions)
While in Tartarus, you can ask Elizabeth for a general floor range of where the current Missing Persons are. Once you near their location, Fụuka will then inform you of the exact floor.
Missing Persons with an asterisk (*) next to their name are those with a Social Link. If you don’t complete them before the next Full Moon, you’ll be unable to continue their Social Link.
Lastly, there are cats that wander into Tartarus which you can rescue for some Twilight Fragments. They seem to be minor optional rewards so that there’s always at least one objective to do in Tartarus, as the game implies these cats are not actually in any danger (for some reason).

Overworld Twilight Fragment Locations
There are a total of 17 Twilight Fragment locations across the city. You’ll be able to pick up 15 right off the bat once you’re able to roam, but two of them have certain restrictions before you can access them.
Gekkoukan High School

- Walk along the right side and check the third lamp post (right before the inaccessible road that leads east)
School Building 1F
- Upon entering the main entrance, head straight and look between the blue and red pillars
- At the end of the Faculty Office Hallway, check right outside the Printing Room
Corridor
- Check the bench to the south of the Persimmon Tree
Gym Hallway
- The floor next to the locker and bucket to your right
School Building 2F
- To the west end where the stairs are, check the sink
Rooftop
- On top of the second bench closest to the door.
