Are you looking for the ultimate loud build in PAYDAY 3? Look no further! I have discovered a powerful combination of Adrenalin and Adaptive Armor that will help you solo carry most heists. And to top it off, the Mosconi 12 double-barreled Shotgun with the Ammo Funnel skill will give you an almost infinite magazine. This build is updated for the Boys in Blue update, making it even more effective. Try it out and let me know what you think!
Skills
Skill Explanation
Medic + Extra Charge: maximize medic bag charges
Triage: we can maximize the healing if we have all 3 buffs active
Ammo Specialist: needed to skill the other 2 (capacity is also nice)
Scrounger: very strong skill that let’s us replenish throwables
Plate Up: this skill makes repairing an armor plating really easy (especially combined with replenish)
Mower: needed to skill the other 2
Ammo Funnel: puts ammo right into the magazine and gives us infinite ammo
Replenish: automatically picks up ammo from killed enemies
Clean Slate: very strong skill that lets us restore armor chunks after they broke. Make sure to only pick up repair kits once your armor broke entirely
Escapist: nice source of Rush when sprinting
Enforcer(Ace): gain Grit by killing enemies. Aced is not needed but I like it for quality of life and it feels less punishing when losing your buffs
Quick Reload: faster reloads are nice for using Combat Reload
Face to Face: 10% bonus damage to enemies close to you (nice when using a shotgun)
Combat Reload: try to reload really often to refresh your buffs and don’t let them run out
Gunslinger: easiest source of Edge by switching weapons
From the Hip: reduced hipfire spread
Transporter: get rush by picking up bags
Beast of Burden: stay fast with bags while you have Rush
Deep Pockets: get another Medic Bag
Power Lifter: be able to pick up 2 bags
Fortitude(Aced): unlocks adrenaline, more hp, more downs
Unyielding: more health per down
Supraphysiological: more adrenaline per down
Walking Tall: adrenaline degrades slower per down
Pain Asymbolia: doubles Grit Edge and Rush (really strong)
Stockpile: more Medic Bag charges
Weapons
For the primary weapon we go with Mosconi 12 Classic. This Shotgun has really high damage and also a fairly high range. The worst thing about it is the magazine size of 2. However we will counter this with Ammo Funnel.
Barrel: Ranged Barrel, Sight: Compact RDS, Stock: Padded, Vertical Grip: Stub Grip
Ranged Barrel and Compact RDS are an easy pickup. We get range and reduced gunkick. Negative targeting speed is nothing we care about since we won’t ADS.
I went with the Padded stock because once again negative targeting speed is irrelevant.
For the grip there are some possible options but the Stub Grip seems to be the best with it’s hipfire spread reduction.
The Bullkick is by far the best secondary in the game right now and it can easily kill most enemies with one shot (even in the body).
Barrel: Tactical Barrel, Sight: Box RDS, Grip: Biofit Grip, Barrel Extension: Parted Compensator
Tactical Barrel is great for range but also gives swap speed.
The magazine is not worth going for since it reduces the reload speed.
I go for Box RDS because the only negative modifier is targeting speed and it provides less recoil and gunkick
Biofit Grip is a nice option for the grip. It provides less vertical recoil. Tactical Grip is not an option since it gives us more hipfire spread. You could also use Hardwood Grip.
Parted Compensator is the best choice because it reduces the spread.
Deployable
Medic Bags are our only choice if we go with the skills above. We mainly use it to activate adrenaline.
Armor
Adaptive Armor Lining is the only choice for me for every loud heist. It is what makes PayDay 3 loud heist a fun thing to play. Playing without it feels like a constant armor micro managing game and is really punishing. You can consider running other armor linings because they give you 20% more damage reduction but I am not a fan of it
Throwable
The Shock Grenade is a really nice tool to stun and damage enemies. Flashbans are also considerable
Tool
Infrasonic Mine is the best option for loud heists since you can stun enemies with it.
You could also consider Motion Sensors to mark enemies if you play really stationary.
