Targeting for Dozers, so you give them the Mr Blonde treatment, Nimble for being unlocking stuff faster, Inner Pockets for 4 Detection, and the running skills (I’m way too lazy to type the names) to run if their is a undercover cop. Sixth Sense, however with have a very important job, if a civilian presses the alarm, kill up to 4 civilians, minimum
Fugitive
Melee skills for the Mr Blonde treatment, Swan Song because he lived 6 second of fire from a cop, pistol skill for… pistol
Suit and Gloves
Any Suit would do, but the gloves have a very important purpose, to show who is who. in this case, he will have the Mercenary gloves

Hoxton is the closest I can get, the Alabama Blade, gun butt, or fist can be used. Any sunglasses, Molotov (I don’t have a single DLC lmao), Sociopath for panic and melee
Weapons
Paint Job for attachments

You can change Mr Blue for anyone else, Mr Pink has Tiger’s Dream gloves. I have no idea what to do about weapons, maybe the Cavity 9mm?
How you should act
Kill a minimum of four civilians if alarm is pressed, then you can take a cop hostage, and only one. If Undercover, be the man who gets answers.
