In this gaming guide, we will be discussing the PAYDAY 2 DW-DS Copycat Biker ICTV build, which is my personal favorite. This build is viable on Death Sentence difficulty and has been a successful choice for me.
Overview
Copecat choices
Mastermind
Forced Friendship Basic: To build up to more useful skills that make us better. (please, never ace it!)
Joker Basic: get ability to give enemies the taste of their own medicine, with a twist of 3 other skills benefiting both you and your converts.
Confident Ace: increase limit of max amount of converted units you can have from 1 to 2! now you have 2 submissive bottom meat shields on your side!
Partners In Crime Ace: converted units take *0.01 times damage, you gain some extra movement speed, as well as additional +0.3 health multiplier.
230*(1+0.2+0.2+0.2+0.3)=437 Health when having at least one converted unit on your side.
Hostage Taker Basic: heals you for *0.015 of your maximum health when having at least one hostage or converted unit on your side. just to give you some passive healing. swap for Underdog Ace to have 3 shot health if you want!
now, time for some math:
230*(1+0.2+0.2+0.2)*0.015=5.52 health every 5 seconds with no PiC boost
230*(1+0.2+0.2+0.2+0.3)*0.015=6.555 health every 5 seconds with PiC boost.
Stable Shot Basic: to have better stability on our KSP.
Enforcer
Resilience Basic: armor recovery speed multiplied by additional *0.85, also required to build up to Iron Man Ace and other enforcer skills.
Die Hard Basic: when interacting, all damage you take gets multiplied by *0.50
ICTV now takes 3 heavy zeal shots to break while interacting, and you get ability to even tank green dozer shots. great skill to have on any build, as it technically allows you to tank 1-3 extra shots before going down while interacting.
Transporter Basic: throw bags farther, should i say anything else? helps a lot with moving loot, which is something that a heister has to do a lot! :3
Shock And Awe Ace: basic version multiplies your armor recovery speed by additional *0.75 for you and your crew (teammates), ace allows to counter shields. for the cost of 9 points, this one allows you to remove need to grab 5/7 AP and swap it for something that could be better in your build.
Bullseye: best survivability skill in this game that should be taken on anything that is not stoic. being able to tank additional hit to armor that could potentially heavily hurt or even kill you on demand is good.
Iron Man Ace: gain access to running ICTV, the best armor in the game, as well as gain +0.3 additional armor multiplier.
170*(1+0.3+0.05)=229.5
Scavenger Basic: allows to pick up ammo in spots, that you could potentially not reach without this skill. must-have.
Technician
Hardware Expert Basic: Faster drill repairs. nothing else to say, as the silent part does not matters in loud.
Steady Grip Ace: huge stability boost on top of extra accuracy, which hurts only shotguns qwp
Surefire Ace: penetration. as well as extra bullets in your clips, magazines, whatever do kids nowadays call them.
Lock N Load Ace: since i’m mostly likely going to become 20 after KSP finishes reloading, this skill helps with reloads.
Body Expertise Ace: turn off your brain, and just shoot in general direction of an enemy, simple and easy to use. also allows to play game with only one hand, while other one is busy, idk, browsing esix?
Ghost
Duck And Cover Basic: faster sprinting + stamina regeneration.
Parkour Basic: faster movement speed.
Second Wind Basic: allows to maintain decent mobility when playing agressively.
Optical Illusions Basic: make your ass get targeted less often.
The Professional Ace: better accuracy and stability for our guns. also…
Silencer Skills.
High Value Target Ace: useful for taking down dozers.
Unseen Strike Basic: do not take damage for a while, massively increase your damage output for short time.
Fugitive
Nine Lives Ace: extra down on top of useless for DS bleedout health increase.
Martial Arts Basic: all damage you take from melee attacks gets multiplied by *0.50
Bloodthirst Basic: melees are fun, go use them.
