General Notes about Overpass
Untouched
Finish a race and sustain less than 10% damage
This achievement is pretty easy to get if you pick the right vehicle and track.
For this one, just choose an open arena track and take your sweet time finishing. Go over obstacles slow, take your corners slow, don’t hit anything hard and simply complete the race. It doesn’t say anything about winning or getting a certain time, so you just have to finish a race without doing too much damage to your vehicle. Not too hard if you just exercise patience.
Flawless
This one is another achievement that you will probably get very early on in the game so long as you are doing an achievement run. This one is particularly easy because you don’t have to win or anything, just don’t hit any cones or miss any obstacles and you’ll get it. Take as much time as you need to to get this one.
First Gold
You should be able to get this one relatively easy by beating whatever the gold medal time is for the respective event. I’d do an obstacle course probably with a UTV – with a few races under your belt and a track you feel comfortable doing, this should be no problem.
Sweet Victory
This one is another simple achievement to get. You literally just have to win any event in the career mode. Again, this is made easier by playing on a lower difficulty, but it doesn’t matter what type of event it is so long as you finish first.
All the way
The description really says it all for this. I would try doing this maybe on critical edge or vertical slope personally. Those are a couple of hillclimbs that I found to be relatively easy to master. For this achievement, you don’t have to get the gold medal or anything, you just have to beat the times of the bots you’re up against. If you feel you’ve messed up too many times or like your time won’t be fast enough, just restart and try to beat it as fast as you can.
Overcome the obstacles
This one isn’t hard to get – you just need to play the career mode and you’ll probably get this one without much effort. It’s even easier if you play on the amateur difficulty because the other drivers times will be slowed down and it makes them easier to beat.
Duelist
A duel is a special event that you can only do during career mode. After you win a few events, if you go to where you get your sponsorship offers, you’ll eventually see one of these pop up. It’s an non-season event so it won’t count towards challenges or anything I don’t think, but it’s basically a 1v1 with one of the higher ranking bots in the season. It shouldn’t be too hard to get especially if you’re playing the career mode on amateur.
On a roll
This is another achievement that is pretty self-explanatory. You’ll have to win 3 separate events in a row in career mode. Not 3 races in one challenge, but 3 events, so it could be like 9 races across 3 events, but you don’t have to win every race, just the overall challenges. If you do that, this will unlock.
Around the world
This achievement is another where if you’re doing an achievement run, you’ll get it in the process anyway since you’ll have to play all of the maps for the purpose of unlocking some of the other achievements, but if you’re specifically just trying to get this one, just do a quick race and do one race from each venue. Pretty simple.
First split
On this one, all I did was get two xbox controllers, picked a hillclimb that I felt pretty confident on and picked the my favorite vehicle (Polaris XP Turbo) for both players and simply played one side first, then the other. It doesn’t time out or anything, you can just let the second car sit while you beat the race twice essentially. I mean you could also just do a real split-screen if you have some available to play with you, but that’s how I did it.
First seat switch
This is another really easy achievement. All you have to do is go to multiplayer and select a hot seat race. All this will do is assume that you and another player are taking turns doing a track and whoever has the fastest time wins, but only one player will control a vehicle at a time as opposed to split screen where both players control a car at the same time. So basically, as a single player you just play like two races in a row with the cars you chose and when you’re done with the races (as long as you complete them) this will unlock. Not hard at all.
Reach out
This one isn’t technically hard, but can be if you don’t have another player to play with online. Either grab the game for a buddy or if you want, you can comment on the guide and I’ll try to get on and play with anyone who needs another player to get this. You don’t need to win the race online, just finish it.
Finalist
This achievement is relatively easy as well, but if you’re struggling with it, make sure you are doing the career mode on the lowest difficulty (Amateur) and just win enough races to stay close to the top of the standings and when the bar on the left side of the career mode screen has filled up (like 12 events or something like that) if you’re in the top half of the standings, you should get this achievement and qualify for the world finals.
World Champion
Pretty self-explanatory on this one. You’ll have to finish first place in the World Finals on career mode. The World Finals are like 5 races in one event, I think. You dont have to win them all, just most of them or enough to where you are first in the standings at the end of the event. I ended up winning the World Finals 3 times I think in the process of unlocking all other achievements, so you probably will do this several times in an achievement run.
Famous
This one will probably unlock after you win a few races and get enough ‘rep’ to where you basically level up your reputation. I didn’t really have to like seek this one out, it came after a few races as I continued pursuing the other achievements. Basically, if you just play career mode long enough you’ll probably get this one.
Legend
This is another achievement that you’ll probably unlock during the process of unlocking some of the more difficult/time-consuming achievements. For me, I wouldn’t consider an event finished until I finished first in it, so it unlocked for me after the first season that I won the World Finals. Most likely if you just keep winning enough events, you’ll get this one after not too much time.
Gold on The Pit
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in The Pit venue. My recommendation would be to primarily focus on the career mode and getting golds on every map as you go. If you do this, you’ll beat most of the tracks while you’re grinding towards the other achievements and if you didn’t get gold on any when you’re almost finished, just do quick races instead of career mode and beat the ones you had trouble with. It’s the most efficient way to do it I think. Well, it’s how I did it anyway.
Gold on Old Canyon
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the Old Canyon venue.
Gold on Jungle Ridge
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the Jungle Ridge venue.
Gold on Adriatic Coast
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the Adriatic Coast venue.
Gold on Northern Forest
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the Northen Forest venue.
Gold on Open Arena
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the Open Arena venue.
Time crusher
The actual goal on this one is pretty easy to understand. You just have to beat the gold medal time for all of the tracks in the game.
Fix it yourself
This can be achieved by simply selecting an event, then when it goes to the car selection, pick a car you’ve used but not repaired since last use. It will ask you if you want to use a repair pack, repair it yourself, or send it to be repaired. The repair packs fix your vehicle instantly so you can do the event, the fix it yourself option will progress time and make you miss the event, but will unlock this achievement, and the last option will make the vehicle unavailable until it’s repaired but you’ll be able to select a different vehicle for the event.
Fix up
This is another achievement that you should get eventually without trying to hard if you’re doing an achievement run. Most likely you’ll accumulate quite a bit of damage during the season and you’ll have to repair your vehicles inbetween races and events, so it shouldn’t be too hard to get. I guess if you want to speed the process up, you could intentionally be very hard on a vehicle during a race so that the repair cost goes up and the tally rises to 20k faster, but I unlocked it just during my achievement run.
Master of all
This one pretty much is just the description. You have to unlock every livery(paint job), suit, helmet, gloves, engine, transmission, frame, and vehicle in the game to get this to unlock. It’ll probably take you multiple seasons due to the limited number of events you can complete in one season. You’ll have to beat every event and claim the rewards. I’m not sure if this includes the unlocking of sponsorship items, but I unlocked them anyway. You don’t have to buy the stuff for this one, just beat the events to unlock them.
Unlocked gear
This achievement will probably take you 2-3 career seasons before you can unlock it. This is because once you hit enough events to start the world finals, you can’t proceed with any other events so you’ll be forced to do the World Finals and start a new season. Just when you start a new season, don’t do the events where you’ve already gotten the unlocks (indicated by green checks on the career map) unless you have to do it to unlock the connecting event. you’ll want to make your way to any event that has rider gear unlocks and beat them all. You don’t have to buy them for this achievement, just unlock them.
Full wardrobe
This one is a step up from the “unlocked gear” achievement as you have to actually purchase every rider item including all helmets, suits, and gloves before this will unlock. This one isn’t as bad as the vehicle ones since you only have the items for one rider, not every single vehicle.
Driving Choice
This one is pretty self-explanatory. All you have to do is purchase one vehicle (doesn’t matter what type) in career mode and this will unlock. You will need to do do this in the process of getting some of the other achievements, so it’s really not a huge task. It’ll be one of the earliest achievements you get probably.
Full stock
This achievement will probably take you 2-3 career seasons before you can unlock it. This is because once you hit enough events to start the world finals, you can’t proceed with any other events so you’ll be forced to do the World Finals and start a new season. Just when you start a new season, don’t do the events where you’ve already gotten the unlocks (indicated by green checks on the career map) unless you have to do it to unlock the connecting event. you’ll want to make your way to any event that has a vehicle unlock and beat them all. You don’t have to buy them for this achievement, just unlock them.
Full Garage
This one requires you to actually own all of the vehicles in the game (UTVs & ATVs). This one can take a couple of seasons to do since you have to beat all of the events that unlock a vehicle, save the money to afford them, and purchase them all. Just make sure you buy all UTVs and ATVs to unlock this achievement. Unlocking them alone will not unlock this.
First upgrade
This one is not hard to get at all. You can probably get it after one or two races so long as you do races that have unlocks on the career map after you beat them. Make sure you click those unlocks after beating the associated events and then go to garage and equip the new item(s) to get this to unlock.
Tinker master
This one can take a bit more time than some of the previous ones because you can’t just save money and buy the parts, you have to beat events that unlock the parts first. I think it took me 2 seasons to beat enough events that I had unlocked an engine upgrade, transmission upgrade, and a frame upgrade. Those are the ones you need, so if you’re targeting this one in particular just know you’ll have to unlock that stuff first. Again, if you’re doing an achievement run, you’ll have to unlock every paint job, transmission, engine, and frame anyway, so this one will just be a stepping stone.
All equipped
This one pretty much is just the description. You have to unlock at least 1 engine, 1 transmission, 1 frame, and all vehicles before equipping one of each type on all vehicles. It’ll probably take you multiple seasons due to the limited number of events you can complete in one season. You’ll have to beat every vehicle event and enough events to unlock at least one upgrade for engine, transmission, and frame and claim the rewards. You then have to buy at least one of each upgrade for every vehicle in the game and equip it. It can be expensive and you have to beat enough events to get all the cars and at least one upgrade of each type so it can be time consuming too.
Livery change
Another pretty easy one. Just earn enough money to buy a paint job, beat an event that unlocks a paint job, buy the paint job in the garage, and equip. Not too hard.
All liveries
This achievement is like all of the other achievements where you have to own everything of one type. You first have to beat the events needed to unlock the liveries before you can purchase them, which can take some time, then you have to unlock/own all of the vehicles before you can buy liveries for them, then you have to buy every livery for every vehicle. So this one can be quite time consuming like all the others due to the things that have to happen first.
Own it all
This one pretty much is just the description. You have to unlock and purchase every livery(paint job), suit, helmet, gloves, engine, transmission, frame, and vehicle in the game to get this to unlock. It’ll probably take you multiple seasons due to the limited number of events you can complete in one season and the sheer cost of purchasing every item for every vehicle and for your rider. You’ll have to beat every event and claim the rewards, then proceed to purchase literally everything you can buy for every vehicle and your rider.
Achievement collector
You have to unlock every other achievement for this one to unlock. This will be the last achievement you get.
