Obenseuer: Obenseuer achievements guide

Obenseuer is an RPG survival game where you were re-located to a homeless camp. You are given a whole apartment building and need to renovate it and give homes to tenants to combat the housing shortage the district is experiencing. But you probably already know the plot and opened this guide to get some achievements. One quick note, this guide does go into spoilers and it is best to experience the game blind. Anyway I gave my warning now lets start with some achievements.

Story achievements are achievements you are almost guaranteed to get while playing through the plot of the game. And yes all the achievements have the same icon.

Welcome To Obensuer
To get this achievement you need to enter the main area of the game, to do this start a new game and answer the interview questions. After collecting you package go through the now unlocked door to get this achievement.

Beginner
In order to obtain this achievement progress though the game as intended until you meet with Samual, the tenement contractor. Go ahead and clear an apartment if you haven’t done so already, give him the required resources, make sure you have the money and start the renovation. I recommend upgrading the walls of a small apartment which will make your life easier later on. Once the renovation is done, go back and pay the final payment to get this achievement.

Ducks Ducks Ducks
This is another achievement that is not required to progress but most players will get it during casual play. After reporting to Malone about the first renovation he will give you the task to go to a door phone and say your Malones assistant. The door phone can be found to the right of the O-Market behind the car and down some stairs. You’ll enter a bar. Talk to the duck person at the back and after accepting his quest go across the toll bridge and all the way to the right. Enter the door there and after accessing the upper floor. Pick up the blue duck to get this achievement.

Silence of the Ducks
This achievement can be obtained with the Ducks Ducks Ducks achievement, instead of picking up the blue duck hit it with an ax.

First Tenant
While not necessarily required to progress in the story you are more than likely to get this achievement during casual play. To get this achievement you need to rent an apartment to someone. Assuming you took my advice to renovate the walls of a small apartment you can get your first tenant near the O-Market, simply go to the guy sitting down near the barrel stove, ask if he wants an apartment and click the rent button.

Lost and Found
This achievement is not required to progress in the story but some player will get it though casual play. To get it try to use the ATM next to the pharmacy. Then complete the quest it gives you by mailing a bunch of stuff. Once it arrives in the mail and you pick it up you will be given the achievement

Forgotten World
This achievement is more of a mid to late game one but it’s the next guaranteed progression achievement in the game. After getting the quest to get a passport and giving the correct password to Passmore, he send you on a mission in the Bergman tunnels. Simply go into the basement unlock the door on your right go down the stairs and enter the code 4027 to get this achievement.

Jar of Death
Again this achievement is not required to progress in the story but some players will obtain it during casual play. After being asked to check on the priest in Deekula B put an industrial fuse in the socket and press the button to open the bookshelf. At the end of the room is a safe, enter the code 1 25 4 27 to open it, take the mysterious shiny blue thing the get this achievement.

The Other Side
Once again this achievement is not required to progress in the story but some players will get it through casual play. Take the strange device and the black circle on the table in the room behind the bookshelf, reload it’s batteries and hold click next to the dead priest.

These achievements are related to renovating your apartment and getting tenants. We’ve already covered getting your first tenant so we’ll just skip that one.

Let Their be Light
To get this achievement you need to upgrade the electricity in the building to level one with Samual, once you pay the final payment you will be awarded with this achievement.

Warm Inside
To get this achievement upgrade the heating in the building to level one with Samual

Water Flow
To get this achievement upgrade the plumbing in the building to level one with Samual

All Works
After upgrading the electricity, the plumbing and the heating in the tenement to at least level one you will be awarded with this achievement.

To the Heights
To obtain this achievement you need to gain access to all the floors of your tenement. To do this upgrade the stairwell to level three.

No Longer Abandoned
The requirements for this achievement are that you have half of your apartments occupied at once. This means having half of the apartments rented out.

Lively Tenement
Similar to the previous achievement you need to have every single apartment except the ones on the first floor rented out in order to obtain the achievement.

Makeshift Apartments
To get this achievement and similar you need to have all the upgrades in every apartment except apartment two to be at level one.

Shabby Apartments
Make sure to upgrade all the upgrades in all the available apartments to level two to get this achievement.

Decent Apartments
In order to get this achievement you need to have upgraded all the upgrades in all the availible apartments to level three.

Fine Apartments
The requirements for this achievement is that you have upgraded all the upgrades to level four.

These achievements are related to fixing your addictions or maxing them out.

Absolutist
To get this achievement you need to have cured your alcohol addiction. You can cure all addiction except the duck addiction in a sauna, it can also help with your mental heath. But anyway once you no longer have the alcohol addiction you will be given this achievement.

Smokeless
Similar to the last one simply go to the sauna and cure your addiction to get this achievement

Mycophobia Similar to the other ones simply go to the sauna and once your addiction is cured you will be awarded with this achievement.

I Shouldn’t be Here
To get this achievement you need to have simply cured all your addictions.

The Colorful World
To get this achievement you need to max out your mushroom addiction. You can increase your addiction by using the addictive item. Once it is maxed out you will be awarded with this achievement.

I’m not an Alcoholic
Simply max out your alcohol addiction to get this achievement.

Just One More Cigarette
Max out your smoking addiction to get this achievement.

I Should be Here
The exact opposite of I Shouldn’t be Here, max out all of your addiction to get this achievement.

These achievements are given for surviving a set amount of time with one character

Newcomer
To get this achievement you need to play for 7 in-game days with the same character.

Settled Down
To get this achievement you need to play for 30 in-game days with the same character.

Eternal November
To obtain this achievement you need to play for 365 in-game days with the same character.

These achievements are giving when you get an amount of burglar or bounty points or are give in prison events.

Petty Criminal
To get this achievement you need bounty points, an easy way to farm them is to start lockpicking the door at Eija’s grill and stop lockpicking then start lockpicking again. When you have enough bounty you will get the achievement.

Criminal
To get this achievement you need a higher bounty, simply keep lockpicking the door at Eija’s Grill until you get the achievement.

Most Wanted
To obtain this achievement you need a really high bounty. Keep using the Eija’s Grill tactic and you’ll be there in no time.

Trespasser
To get this achievement you’ll need burglar points (not to be confused with bounty points) buglar points are given when you trespass in areas. There is no easy way to farm burglar points so it’s up to you how you want to trespass. Once you have enough burglar points you will be given the achievement.

Burglar
Simply keep trespassing until you have enough burglar points to get the achievement.

Professional Burglar
Keep trespassing until you have a lot of burglar points. The good news is trespassing give you a lot of burglar points. Once you have enough you will be awarded with this achievement.

Under Lock and Key
If you have any crime points whatsoever turn yourself into the police and choose to go to jail, this will give you the achievement.

Liberty
To get this achievement simply serve your jail time until you get released from the guard. Make sure to take your items from the locker.

Prison Break
To get this achievement you will need to escape from prison. To do this hope you get the cell closet to the guard. When he falls asleep look in the drain under the bed and if it has no lockpicks good for you. If not you can buy some from Colton in the hole next to you. Anyway however you get your lockpicks, lockpick the cell door and turn off all the fuses to your right, then it’s as easy as walking up the stairs to freedom.

It comes as no surprise that these achievements have to do with money and money related actions. Lets get right into it.

Above the Poverty Line
To get this achievement you need to have 1000 RM stolen money does count towards this milestone.

Middle Class
To get this achievement you need to have 10000 RM, again stolen money counts towards this milestone.

Part of the 10 Percent
To get this achievement you need to have 100000 RM, once again stolen money does count towards this milestone.

Burn Money
To get this achievement you need to use at least 1 RM as fuel in a wooden stove or grill. The only way to do this is to up a piggy bank or a cash box in a stove inventory (the 3×3 grid on the right of the UI) Break it while it’s in there and drag any RM into the fuel slot and turn of the stove the get this achievement.

These achievements are related to fungal disease and dying.

Rare Case
To get this achievement you need to have no fungal disease, you can check if you have it and get treatment at the doctor in Deekula A. Once you are labeled clean you will get this achievement.

Victim of Fungi
To get this achievement you need to die due to fungal disease. Spend time around mushrooms and before you know it you’ll have this achievement.

Not Great Not Terrible
To get this achievement you need to die of radiation. The only way to do this is to fall into the under map by falling out of bound and running away from the exit. Don’t worry there is nothing scary out there but after some time you’ll start taking damage, when you die you’ll get the achievement.

These achievements have to do with maxing out a skill. You can improve a skill by doing a specific craft. I’m too lazy to put all the achievement names now but I might do it another time.

As the name suggests these achievements can only be obtained with the console (for now). The console can be accessed with F1 or on other computer can be accessed by holding fn and F1.

Magic Mushrooms
To get this achievement open the console and type the following command: “add_item 19” (without quotation marks).

Picky
To get this achievement open the console and type the following command: “player_stats expectation_level add 1000” (without the quotation marks).

Maximizing Misery
Open the console and type to following command: “player_stats expectation_level set 0” (without the quotation marks) to get this achievement.

Duck Hater
To get this achievement open the console and type the following command: “player_stats duck_addiction_change set 0” (without the quotation marks) make sure you have the duck addiction.
