“Looking to unlock all the achievements in Bits of your life DLC? Want to see every possible ending? This gaming guide will show you exactly what you need to do. Follow our tips and tricks to experience all the content this DLC has to offer.”
Intro
Mechanics that affect your root are:
– order of the guests appearances;
– which clip you pick for Pete to see after each segment (A,B,C)
Different combinations of guests result in different endings. Clips affect Peter’s mood: happy or angry, drunk or sober. “A” clips are for keeping Peter happy, “B” clips are to make Peter drink, “C” clips are for making him angry.
In this guide I will show you every combination for every ending, achievement and bonus content, videos included! If you don’t want to replay everything yourself, you can see my result.
Mash Pit achievement
The only achievement I never unlocked. The correct order for it described as “Start the tape player on the right then move the camera up and down. you should get the achievement after a while” pretty much everywhere in the internet.
The buttons in question have numbers like this:
1 2
3 4
so I understand “start on the right” as start by pressing 4, and “move the camera up and down” as press 2, then 4, then 2 and repeat until the achievement unlocks. Well, the 4242424242 combination never worked for me, as well as 242424242424 or any other combination I could come up with.
Let me know if you managed to unlock it (and your combination) or know for sure that it is bugged!
So far I have a theory that you need not just do the right button sequence but also never ever have a mistake in the rhythm game while doing so, if that’s the case I will probably never get it lol
Blasts From The Past achievement
Watch every possible A, B or C advert for each segment.
This will unlock eventually, just do all the endings and you will get it.
Dave’s debut DLC achievement
Is given for the first playthrough of the DLC no matter what
An Eamon episode achievement
You will get this achievement after any playthrough where you invite the guests in the wrong order
A pissed Peter Clement achievement
This is the only achievement related to Peter’s mood, however there are 2 ways of getting it: unlocking either Angry Peter ending or Drunk Peter ending.
This is one of the combinations that unlocks Angry Peter ending (and this is how I’ve done it):
265C134
There are more mood-related endings: Calm and Sober and Drunk And Angry Peter – these are additional hidden endings. I read that Drank and Angry will NOT unlock the pissed Peter Clement achievement, although never tested it since I used Angry ending. So it is safe to say that Angry will do the trick.
Calm and Sober and Drunk and Angry endings are related to the All The Bits Of His Life achievement as well as separate Drunk ending and Angry ending.
All these endings Dave marks in his notes and they can be unlocked differently.
An Origin Story achievement (Political ending)
415B62A3
Where Art Thou? achievement (Brother? ending)
341C56B2
Drunk and angry Peter ending
26B453C
Agent of chaos achievement (Carnage ending)
This is the sequence for the Carnage ending:
531A62B
However for me the achievement unlocked only when I did the drunk ending, which is a different ending, and the sequence for that is:
536B21B4
I am not sure if this is a bug, or the info about the Carnage ending to unlock it is incorrect, if the Carnage will not work for you, try this one.
Calm and sober Peter ending
123A65A4
The Funniest Man In The Country achievement
This is the sequence to get this achievement combined with Angry Peter ending
213C54C
Tis But A Scratch achievement (Fight!!! ending)
Truth And Consequence achievement (Intervention ending)
Drunk ending
536B21B4
Since this was the last ending I did, I also unlocked All The Bits Of His Life and Agent of chaos. I am not sure why Agent of chaos unlocked for me here since it wasn’t Carnage ending, but Peter drunk ending which are different.
All The Bits Of His Life achievement
When you complete the last ending, you will get the achievement.
