To unlock this achievement, enter the wrong number (for example 0000) for all microorganisms in your workspace. After the 4th specimen (do not examine it under the microscope and do not turn it), a message will appear saying you’ve been fired and must leave the building.

Again, enter the wrong numbers for all specimens. For the 4th specimen, turn it and examine it under the microscope to see a head with open eyes. After getting fired, go up the elevator and get shot.

Perform the inspections correctly (correct order: 0214 8283 2917 0000 eating 0042 0214 5290). For the blue tentacle specimen, do not look at it through the microscope; just scan it and enter 0000 on the keypad. Your coworker will die in the next room.
Activate emergency power, then go to the elevator. After that, head to the exit door to escape.
