Welcome to the ultimate guide for achieving 100% completion in Mediterranea Inferno! With this guide, you can obtain all achievements in just one playthrough, with some timed save points. We also provide a comprehensive list of achievements and card locations, in case you prefer not to use a full walkthrough. Let’s conquer Mediterranea Inferno together!
Introduction
This game let’s you save a lot so I recommend saving before any choice so that way if you miss a card or achievement, you can easily go back.
There is at least 2 achievement that are mutually inclusive so you should make a save for sure before the last choice of locations so you can get both achievements without restarting. There is another replay of the 1st location choice too, but at least that is faster to get to if you need to replay.
I recommend changing the text speed to fast in the settings to help thing move a bit faster.
The goal of the playthrough is to get 8 cards, get 4 mirage fruits for one character and not enough for another character. This will get you 3 “ending” achievements. Then wrap up the rest you missed using the saves.
Walkthrough
Interact with the confession booth to get the Shepherdess Virgin card
Continue forward and moving around, interacting with stuff and then head back to the confession booth.
Now there is a person here. Talk to them and watch the show for The Tower achievement.
Go back to the gate and continue to finish the prologue mirage.
Prologue – Free Mirage for all
None of your choices matter. Get the Holy Calvary card
Get the Welcome to Puglia achievement.
Location Choice 1
DEFINITELY SAVE HERE.
Go to the pool, you can find the card in Mida’s mirage under water. Wait until you have interacted with a car and then there will be a person floating holding a phone. Repeatedly interact with them to get the Saint Anthony card.
NOTE: If you go to the beach, you can find the card by going to the bar and spend 10 coins to play a video game. (I didn’t do this one so I’m not sure what the card is called).
Location Choice 2
Go to the Flea Market for 2 mirages and 2 cards.
In Claudio’s mirage, don’t buy anything to save money. Find the card by going into the church (doesn’t open until you move around and interact with stuff), and light a candle for 10 coins. You’ll get the Saint Homobonus card.
In Mida’s mirage, you need to keep an eye out for a photo booth on the right side of the road. It won’t show up until after the multiple burning Mida statues or whatever that was. Take a picture in the photo booth to get the Blessed Carlo Acutis card.
NOTE: If you happened to pick the disco, you’re likely in trouble for collecting 8 cards, but as long as two characters have 4 mirage fruits I think you can save it. I didn’t go this way but according to the other language guide, you can get the card by paying 50 coins in the bathroom.
Location Choice 3
DEFINITELY SAVE HERE.
At this point if you went Pool and then Flea Market, Claudio and Mida should be at 3 mirages, and Andrea at 1 mirage.
Go to the Beach to get 2 more achievements.
In Mida’s mirage, first is an achievement called Stand-off. In my game I got it by not shooting (because I wasn’t paying attention), then shooting every time I saw the interact icon on either character. Then you need to spend another 100 coins at a photo booth to get a visa photo taken. This will get you the Saint Barbara card.
I wasn’t able to afford a mirage for Andrea but it was pointless since Andrea could no longer get 3 anyway. Even though I couldn’t afford it, I still got the No Thanks achievement as if I said no. Don’t worry we will replay this for the missing achievement afterwards.
NOTE: If you did do Andrea’s mirage, you can spend 10 coins on a drink in the vending machine for a card.
Final Endings
Now Mida has 4 mirages and will get a 5th for free as well as a card and the Heritage achievement.
Pay for Claudio’s 4 mirage and you will get your 8th card!
Andrea doesn’t have enough and things… are not good for the characters, but good for us because we get the Crisis achievement!
After all of the cutscenes you will get the First Try achievement. Afterwards, there will be a scene to trade in the 8 cards, do this for another ending and I Ragazzi del Sole achievement.
Replay from your Location 3 Save
Go to the beach again.
Deny Mida’s mirage and accept Andrea’s.
In Andrea’s mirage, complete the directions to make a movie for the Cloistered achievement. NOTE: I spent 100 coins on the set designer, I’m not sure it was required but since we are restarting right after this, better to spend than to regret.
Replay from your Location 3 Save Again
Choose the Cemetery instead and talk to the tourist and sell the dream for Sell the Essence achievement. As a side note, the card here is to the right at the mourner’s place. Pay 100 coins and you’ll get a card. You don’t need this for the achievement wrap-up.
Replay from your Location 1 Save
Go to the beach for an achievement in Andrea’s mirage.
Go to the lockers and click back and forth between the two to watch the scenes progress until the blowup toys burst out to get the Pump It Up achievement.
