Located in Tomb Ruins. The reward is the slam ability.

Defeat the Buried Beast

Located in Spirits Landing. The reward is access to one of the islets cores.

A Better Bucket
Upgrade your Airship

Collect two gears, go to the Sky City merchant that offers ship upgrades and arm up your ship.

Located in the southwest of Sky City. The reward is access to Eastwright Island.

A Sky Tail
Defeat MechaRat

Located in the northwest of Sky City. The reward is access to Wolfpine Island.

Grave Danger
Defeat the Forgotten Grave

Located in Rainy Plains. The reward is access to one of the islets cores.

Tulip Tussle
Defeat the Runaway Plant

Located in Hanging Gardens. The reward is shift arrows.

A Swampy Situation
Defeat Swamp Frog

Located in Rainy Plains. The reward is cloud arrows.

Stone Cold Witch
Defeat the Stone Witch

Located in Forgotten Rots. The reward is a propeller.

Top of the Line
Upgrade your Airship Again

Collect three gears and a propeller, go to the Sky City merchant that offers ship upgrades and get a dash ability for your ship.

There’s also the sixth gear, if you find it you can sell it to the merchant to get some money.

Exterminator
Defeat Defender Unit

Located in the southeast of Sky City. The reward is access to Cinder Island.

Robot Rampage
Defeat Rogue Bot

Located in The Pits. The reward is the charge attack ability.

Boney Battle
Defeat BoneGolem

Located in BoneGolem’s Domain. The reward is the destruction of a seal.

Burning Bridges
Defeat FilthPest

Located in FilthPest’s Domain. The reward is the destruction of a seal.

Behind the Mask
Defeat GutGhoul

Final boss.

Reverse the Stone Witch’s Curse

At some point upon finding a new upgrade, you’ll have a choice between two standard upgrades and “Something happens in Forgotten Rots”. Select this, then go to the place where you defeated the Stone Witch and watch the cut-scene.

X Marks the Spot
Complete the Scavenger Hunt

At some point upon finding a new upgrade, you’ll have a choice between two standard upgrades and “Receive a strange letter in your post box”. Select this, then go to Sky City and read the mysterious letter. Visit the first spot, it’s in the southeast of Spirits Landing, the place is marked with a grave stone on your map. Stand right where the large grave stone is and use slam to go down and read another letter.

Now go to Tomb Ruins and visit the place where you defeated the Tomb of 1000 Spirits. Use wall climb to discover a hidden path, jump to the top center of the room to get a new letter.

Finally, visit the place where you defeated the first boss in the game, go to the right of the statues where you got double jump and have fun.

Can’t Touch This
Beat a Boss With Full Health

Any boss and difficulty will do. Can be done during Boss Rush run. You can also accidentally get this one if both you and a boss die at the same time.

Getting Thirsty
Find a hidden nook

A secret spot in Spirits Landing. Hard to miss really. Go down and whack the vending machine until you get a reward.

Keeping Up with Friends
Open a Post Box

When you enter Sky City, check the post box in the merchants’ area. As you progress through the story, don’t forget to check it from time to time to read new letters.

Turning a New Leaf
Visit Snoots Shop

After defeating the Runaway Plant, you’ll receive a letter from Snoot with an invitation to a garden shop. Visit it to get a reward.

An Old Friend
Visit the Forgotten Grave’s Spirit

After defeating the Forgotten Grave, you’ll receive a letter from GreyBird mentioning that the Forgotten Grave’s spirit is in Spirits Landing now. Go to the northeast of Spirits Landing and see for yourself.

Paying Your Dues
Open All 5 Paid Gates

You will probably get this one automatically as you progress through the story. Each gate requires 100 credits.

Loving the Rain
Find both hiding spots in Rainy Plains

You need to find the big guy who enjoys the rain. The first location is near the dock. The second is in the northeast part of Rainy Plains.

The Pits
Fall into the Deadly Pit of Recently Escaped Spirits

After getting shift arrows, go to the place where you defeated the tour guide, load an arrow, flip a switch, quickly teleport and roll. Or just teleport if you upgraded shift arrows range.

The Mystery Beyond
Open the Final Gate

After you finish the game and get all 60 upgrades, go to Cinder Island and open the door above the teleport located near the dock. You will get access to Boss Rush mode.
