So, let’s dive in and discover the secrets to mastering this intense gaming experience.
Introduction
Achievements
First Blood
This one is very straightforward. Simply die in any way and you’ll get this achievement.
The Game Has Begun
After the cutscene where you first meet the Wizard, at the very beginning of the game, interact with the PC to play the retro game. When you arrive at the first puzzle room, interact with the pedestal with a red hand to get this achivement. This one is story-related and can’t be missed.
Broken Signal
After you solve the puzzle after the big ice enemy blocking the way, there’s going to be a video error, making you unable to continue the game. The Wizard says for you to go to the basement to restore it. This one is story-related and can’t be missed, but I’ll show the answers for the puzzles.
When you get to the basement, there’s going to be four valves, which two of them control a pipe, and the others two control another. Those pipes refer to the white lines on your screen. Go turning the valves until the white lines go off the screen to unlock the door.
After that, there’s going to be another puzzle, which you need to press the buttons in a certain order to proceed, Because there isn’t any color, it could be hard to identify the button’s colors at first, but there’s paintings around the room that can help you with that.
After solving this puzzle, three galloons will fall from some pipes in the ceiling, put them in the correct order where they belong and this achievement will pop up.
Worth a Try (MISSABLE)
Right after you solve the video error, go back to the PC and proceed the game. In the next room there’s going to be a bridge with a pirate skeleton. Interact with it then select “Yes” when the game asks for start a fight with the skeleton. You need to start a fight before you acquire the Magic Sword (check “Glorious Battle!” section). You will die, and this achivement will pop up. Altough it’s an easy one, it is missable.
Merchant (MISSABLE)
To the left of the room with the bridge, there’s a little shop with a couple of items. You need to buy the fishing rod in order to catch 20 fish, then sell to the merchant. The fishing rod costs 10 coins.
To get the coins, go to the far right room and loot this pile of bones.
After you buy the fishing rod, go to the flooded room. There’s a bench next to the water.
Interact with the bench, and a fishing minigame will start. You can catch up to 9 fish for each attempt.
After you catch the fish, head back to the shop and sell it by the green box at the corner.
To proceed with the main story, you only need to sell five, but in order to get this achievement you’ll need 20 fish. After selling it, this achievement will pop up. This one is missable.
Glorious Battle!
After you unlock both copper and gold doors, you will unlock the iron gate in the kitchen, outside the PC. There’s going to be a screwdriver and a floopy disk available to buy (check “Collectibles” section).
Interact with the green circular hatch in the wall. A hand will come out of the opening. You’ll need to offer 3 trophies to it in order to buy the screwdriver.
All the trophies are in the kitchen. One is on the table next to the window.
The second one is on a chair next to the fridge.
The last one is above the lamp, on the ceiling.
After that, buy the screwdriver with the coins you have earned. Use the screwdriver to unscrew the wood boards with a green X on the wall close to the vending machine. There’s going to be a image of a fish, with some numbers below. Set this number value to 10.000.
Now, each fish you catch in the minigame will be worth 10.000 instead of 10 coins. To defeat the pirate skeleton, you’ll need the Magic Sword, which costs 50.000 in the shop. Simply sell more 5 fish, and you’ll be able to buy it. Remember to pick 2 extra fish in order to buy the floppy disk. Go back and interact with the skeleton, and a fight will start. It’s a very simple fight, just dodge the obstacles and press the button with the symbol of the skeleton’s weakness (poison) when it appears.
After pressing the correct button 3 times, the skeleton will be defeated, and the achievement will pop. It’s story-related and can’t be missed.
Swamp
Right after you defeat the pirate skeleton, the ground’s going to break and your character will fall. Dodge the spikes and you eventually will be back at the cabin again. Interact with the PC and you will be in a swamp, then the achievement will pop. This one is story-related too and can’t be missed.
Interior Design
Right after you defeat the big slime, the carpet’s texture will disappear. The Wizard will appear again and tell you to go back to the basement one more time to replace it.
When you get to the basement, you will need to walk through a path full of static. Use the switches in the wall to reveal the path. In order to get to the other side, you’ll need 5 fuses. One it’s already in the fuse box, and another one is on the shelf next to the stairs. The others three are in these coordinates written in the wall.
After solving the puzzle, you’ll get to a room with 3 different carpet textures. You can choose any of the three, it doesn’t matter. Pick one, then head back and interact with the opening in the back of the PC, and this achievement will pop. It’s story-related and can’t be missed.
Hide and Seek
This one is very annoying. After solving a couple of puzzles, you will meet the Leprechaun.
Interact with him and he’ll ask for you to play hide and seek. His first hiding place is pretty obvious, but then he will teleport to the cabin and you’ll need to seek out for him.
You’ll need to find the Leprechaun in his five hiding spots in the cabin in order to win the hide and seek game. He’ll first turn into a little bench at the kitchen.
Then he’ll turn into a box, in this bench close to the basement door.
Now he’ll turn into one of the pictures in the wall, the one left to the treasure room door specifically.
Then he’ll turn into a frying pan hanging in the wall, next to the window in front of the PC.
Lastly, he’ll turn into a basket in this tiny sofa, in the room with the pentagram.
After you find him 5 times, go back to the PC and talk to him. He’ll let you proceed the game and the achievement will pop. It’s story-related and can’t be missed.
It’s alive!
After you beat the Leprechaun, another room in the cabin will be available. To get this achievement, you’ll need to revive the Boar that it’s in this room. To do so, you’ll need blood, a heart, a soul, runes and electricity.
To get the blood, got to the corner of the room to grab a empty vessel. It’s behind a glass panel, but you can break it by throwing a rock. There is four rocks in the room with the pentagram, just pick one and throw on it.
Then head to the kitchen and turn the sink on. Blood will come of off the sink and you can fill the empty vessel with it.
Then just go back to the Boar’s panel and put the vessel with blood on it.
To get a heart, look at this panel in the Boar room, and seek for the rooms in the PC game with those tile patterns. On the green tiles there’s going to be a number.
In one of the corners of the Boar room, there’s a place to put the code that you just seek. The code is 2536. After you put the code, it will open and reveal some fertilizer.
Pick up a bag of fertilizer and head back to the kitchen again. Go to the corner, where there’s going to be a plant pot, next to the fireplace.
Put the fertilizer on the plant pot, and a heart will grow.
Pick the heart up and put it on the Boar’s panel.
To get a soul, head to the upper room in the PC game, and interact with this green tomb.
Right after that, the ground will start to crack open, and you need to use this tiles to cover up all the cracks in order to stop it from coming out.
When the cracks get all covered up, you’ll get a soul. It goes automatically to the Boar’s panel, no need to interact with it.
To get runes, go to the room to the left in the PC game. There’s going to be pressure plates on the ground, that you need to press it in a correct order.
To know the correct order, simply look to the owl’s eyes in the wall, and follow to the place that they are looking for (in this case, the owl is looking up, so I go up and press the upper pressure plate).
After solving the puzzle, you’ll get a scroll.
Pick the scroll up, then head back to the middle room. Put the scroll on this green shelf.
Then head back to the Boar room, and you’ll see the scroll with four symbols written on it.
Now interact with the corresponding symbols on the ground of the Boar room, and you’ll get the runes.
To get electricity, head to the room to the right in the PC game. There’s going to be yellow pipes leading to a generator.
To fix the pipes, go to the Boar room and look for three steering wheels. Interact with them until the pipes are in the correct position. You can use the TV next to it for help, instead of going back and forth to the PC.
Then, you’ll have the electricity, and it goes automatically to the Boar’s panel.
After you get all the things you need to revive the Boar, simply pull the lever below the Boar. It will wake up and you’ll get the achievement. This one is story-related and can’t be missed.
The Wizard is Dead
After you revive the Boar, proceed with the PC game. You will pass through a room with 3 symbols. Memorize the symbols and their respective colors, because you need to remember it during the Wizard bossfight. Don’t worry, the fight is not that difficult.
Now head to the Wizard bossfight room. Pay attention to the color of the flame around the Wizard. Keep dodging the obstacles until the buttons spawn. When the buttons appear, press the one that corresponds to the color of the flame (in this example, the flame’s color is light blue, that corresponds to fire).
After you deal 3 damage on him, he will come off the PC game, and the last part of the bossfight will happen in the cabin. It’s the same thing here, just keep dodging the obstacles.
To attack him, wait until he’s stunned, then look for a button with a sword on it. There’s five different positions that these buttons can spawn. One is in the Boar room, next to the steering wheels.
Another is above the red chest, next to the PC.
Another is in the room with the pentagram, above the blue chest.
Another is in the kitchen, next to the vending machine.
And the last possible position is in the corridor, close to the kitchen and the basement door.
Look around for these buttons to attack him when he’s stunned. After you deal more four damage, the Wizard will be defeated, then the achievement will pop up. It’s story-related and can’t be missed.
Collectibles (MISSABLE)
Shard of Memory
Find the first floppy disk.
Complete Set
Find all the floppy disks.
The first floppy disk is at the vending machine on the kitchen. It costs 20.000 coins. After you set the fish value to 10.000, simply catch and sell 2 of them on the PC game. You’ll get 20.000 coins and will be able to buy the floppy disk.
Here’s this first floppy disk’s lore:
The second floppy disk is at the basement. When you go there for the second time to get the carpet’s texture back, on the corner of the room there’s going to be two rocks. Move them out of the way to reveal a secret coordinate.
After getting all five fuses, make your way to this coordinate, and you’ll get the second floppy disk.
Here’s the second floppy disk’s lore:
The third and last floppy disk is with the NPC on the wall on the room with the pentagram. After you revive the Boar, go and talk to him. He’ll be grateful and will give you the last floppy disk.
Here’s the third floppy disk’s lore:
You can check all the floppy disks that you have collected at any time by pausing the game. They form a code too, which will be used to get one of the endings (check “Ending 3 – Root of Evil” section).
After getting all the three floppy disks, you’ll get the 2 achievements related to it aswell. Those are highly missable, so be sure to get all of them.
Also, there’s one collectible that does not grant you any achievements. It’s a scroll found on a table in a secret room (check “Ending 3 – Root of Evil” section).
Here’s the scroll’s lore:
Where It All Began
After killing the Wizard, DON’T go to the treasure room. Instead, head to the kitchen and interact with the burning TV next to the sink.
Then, go to the room with a pentagram and interact with the second burning TV, above the caldron.
Finally, go to the Boar room and interact with the third and last burning TV, next to the steering wheels.
After interacting with all the three TV’s, you will wake up inside a cave, and this achievement will pop up. If you got to this point, ending 1 becomes unavailable (check “Ending 1 – Mask” section).
Ending 1 – Mask (MISSABLE)
To get this ending, simply head to the treasure room after you kill the Wizard. Everything will become static and a mask with spikes will be forcibly placed in your face, with you probably dying in the process.
This one is missable if you already proceed to endings 2 or 3, so do this one first.
Ending 2 – Survivor
To get this ending, first you need to get the “Where It All Began” achievement. Once you wake up in the cave, keep going foward until you find a person covered in a sort of white wax. He’s going to talk to you about a code before dying. To know the code, head right. You’ll end up in a dead-end, with those symbols written in the wall.
Then go back and head left until you find some pedestals. Each pedestal has a symbol on it. Press the pedestal with the corresponding symbols that you saw on the wall, and the door will open.
Keep going, and you’ll end up in a big room with a Big Snake. To defeat it, wait until the yellow symbols on it’s body glow, then interact with them. But beware! It will look for you with a very bright green light. If the Snake sees you, you’ll get killed. Use the pillars to hide until the light goes off, then interact with the symbols.
After killing the Big Snake, you can go out off the cave, and you’ll get this ending. Unlike ending 1, this one can’t be missed.
Ending 3 – Root of Evil
To get this ending, you’ll need the “Where It All Began” achievement, to kill the Big Snake, and a code granted by collecting all floppy disks. Go back to the room on the cave with the pedestals, and put the code formed by the three floppy disks (check “Collectibles” section). You can check this code by pausing the game and looking the symbols.
After that, a secret door will open, leading you to a new room. Grab the scalpel by the table.
Then head back to the room with the Big Snake corpse, and take out the amulet on top of it’s head using the scalpel.
Now go back to the new room again and put the amulet in the hole in the wall.
A door will open, leading you to a room with a big creature full of tentacles and eyes, which is probably behind all of the game’s lore, but that it’s just a theory by me.
Now you need to power a crystal gun on the Creature’s room. Simply make a trail of light leading to the gun using yellow cubes, that are spread across the room.
Now that the gun’s powered, pull the lever to activate it. Doing it so will kill the Creature, granting you the third and last ending.
