There are other guns but not worth the mention.
AR-23 LIBERATOR
Most satisfying gun in whole game to use across all difficulties.
You gonna say how is the first gun everybody have most satisfying ?
Well you don’t have to grind for this gun to confirm it’s good but when you compare it to rest of available gun’s you will see.Looks like this gun got allot of attention in creation faze.
It’s versatile it has good DMG with 3 type of fire rate(single,burst 3,full auto) and plenty of bullets in mag and reserve.Effect gun has is superb on enemy’s,no stopping power but the impact is visible and damage it dose.Only enemy’s it can’t take down is Bile titan,Tower Turret(on cyborgs),Tank,Hulk,Elite Hulk.(all other enemy’s can kill with straight shooting or week spots)
Next one is P-19 REDEEMER
Oh may is it fun to use.Just the fire rate on this little side gun is fun.
Pres and hold the button until you see the enemy’s disappear in mist.
It’s one handed so you can run and shoot, that include running and shooting behind you.
And with ballistic shield or objective item you need to carry.
This is a secondary weapon so it’s limited to mostly short range.
But compensates with the superb fire rate and DPS. It fires 18 bullets per second.
Week spots on most armoured enemy’s can damage, but best used on enemy’s who rushing you to repel the attack.This little gun provides best visual effect on enemy’s received damage.
With total obliteration of weak front line enemy’s and gore leftovers.Wish it had more modifications and reserve ammo(only 4 clips).
SMG-37 DEFENDER
ONE HANDED it’s brilliant in games you need to carry objective items or other tings.
It also apply the running and shooting.With this SMG you are unstoppable mobile super soldier.
Reminds me of “boltgun”(the gun not game) so it adds more overall good feel.
Have more DMG then rest of full auto capable guns.It has no limit on range just the accuracy and sway. With damage gun have it’s 100% usable on all enemy’s liberator can take down(look liberator enemy’s can’t take down).It have a slight stopping power but only on week enemy’s.
Effect on enemy’s the bullets make are heavy and blunt kind of an impact.Best way to describe it big bullet do lot damage.So total destruction of canon fodder enemy’s into goo.
SG-8S SLUGGER
It’s a shotgun that fires only SLUGS. Stopping power on this one is max from any other gun and damage to back it up. If you miss the “weekspot” it still delivers stopping power from the bullet.
Only the hard boiled enemy will resist the stopping power. Week enemy just shatter/explode from the impact. Can “one shoot” on weekspot mid tier enemy. Precision and timing is key on this one.
Range is not an obstacle only accuracy from pumping in next round. Gun’s main characteristic is taking down medium enemy’s with ease.
R-63 DILIGENCE
This is best usable “sniper rifle” in my opinion. Has control,accuracy and damage.
High velocity bullet just annihilate low armoured units. Medium tier enemy’s can “one shot” in week spots.Satisfaction from long ranged shot with this “sniper” is to max level. Especially the medium tier enemy’s week spot “one shot”.With this gun you can be like a hunter from a distance.
It’s almost bad to waste these bullets on week enemy’s but watching them just flop from the bullet is great.Not for all enemy’s but it don’t make much mess just death from a far. If you are not for gore and blood this is a long range solution for you.
Plas-1 SCORCHER
Sci fi lover of guns and effects well this one requires quite the grind to achieve.
Explosive plasma effect and damage this gun dose it will satisfy all your needs.
It creates on bullet impact a large explosion that will eradicate low tier enemy’s in groups in seconds.Can take out all enemy’s it just have low dmg so the time it takes you to kill bigger enemy’s might wary.If you shoot in centre of large enemy week spot it is more effective.
Best visual effect gun have in low light or fog areas.Then you will see the full explosion radius and in my opinion enjoy it more.This is by far my favourite gun.
And last one SG-225 Breaker
Auto shotgun I don’t think it requires me to explain this one to much.
Total shredder in direction you shoot with flashlight on can hip fire this gun with ease.
Enemy’s leave just a pool of goo or materials on ground unrecognisable from it’s original state.
Satisfying but can get carry’d away and spend your bullets fast.
Weapons,stratagems and team work
*Can be play’d solo if you have good understanding of the game mechanics and it’s plethora of enemy’s types! Now that is out of the way, can start with the “build’s”.
Firstly team you can all be solos and still perform better then some friends together.
But only if you are willing to play how the player you joined play. Team like and with understanding of how to take out enemy’s together.Main tactics of enemy is overwhelm you with absurd quantity of troop.Best and simple’st way is to back away from concentrated fire and eliminate direct threats while seeking Hard (semi or indestructible) cover, while who ever is in cover takes the role of suppressing fire (killing enemy that are chasing your teammates).
The absolute best way to break away from overwhelming numbers or concentrated fire is smoke.
It breaks the line of sight , for you and your enemy.
It’s mostly used as get away free card. But can be used as an attack on larger fortress or infestation(bug holes).Even with smoke grenade you can help your self or others escape to safety.
Effective stratagems are Eagle Smoke Strike and Orbital Smoke Strike.
ESS is more a line smoke while the OSS is a dome smoke.
The other fun way to do missions is to allocate team members who are gonna be dealing with what kind of threat so the rest of the team can rely on you doing your part for FREEDOMMMMMM!!!
Best composition of team is 2 gunners for low to medium tier enemy’s meaning all you equip is only and sole purpose is killing low to medium enemy’s that goes to defense against these enemy’s to.
And 2 fast moving and killing the heaviest enemy’s that are working together with ammo and back packs.Sole purpose of them is destruction of large type of enemy’s.
(currently don’t work the heavy armour, extra padding is useless)
Sure its fine to all go with medium armours that have the best perks and “medium” armour.
The Charm in this game is Team handling of weapons like auto canon and Recoiless Rifle any threat that would require the need of stratagems or extensive marathon run to kill,the threat is gone in seconds with team reload.Just stick together communicate with pings if not voice.Or both pings and voice.
Now let me give you some epic combos you can try out with your friends or with rando’s.
Sniper team
Clearing the map with Anti-Material Rifle and the Diligence from far away
Only some maps will be good for this. So be on the look out for them open fields maps.
Ballistic Shield + Defender(one man loadout)
Add some 50% defense from explosions with armour,or 50% chance when receiving lethal damage not to die.With the shield it’s only good against bullets not melee.
The shield is indestructible so even when you get hit with explosion you will just drop the shield.
You need to look little to the right to have full cover of the shield.It helps alot even when on your back serves same purpose,helps you not get shot in back.
SGP+AC
Shield Generator Pack + Auto-Canon (2 man team)
The player with Auto-Canon takes the SGP and the 2 player take the back pack with ammo for AC.
When you do the team reload you are both protected by SGP.
This works with Recoiless Rifle to.
EAT
All in Team take Expendable Anti-Tank and rest is just strata for maximum explosion fest.
And use the EAT only for the toughest enemy’s.all team will have at all times an EAT launcher if you time it good.You get 2 EAT per call in so only 2 at the time call in when needed.
2 gun’s with capability of killing mediums fast like diligence,breaker,slugger,punisher.
4 OGS + 4 OEMSS
Orbital Gas Strike all team members take 1 and 1 of Orbital EMS Strike.
You can literally create a unpassable way to you and do with your enemy’s as you please just with OEMSS and on top of that you bring down the OGS and creates an dual death trap.
Effective against bug’s and cyborgs. Recon that Evac mission will not be that hard any more.
And not to mention if you ad EMS mortar Sentry. Evac mission would be a breeze.
4 LAS-5 Scythe + 4 Guard Do + 4 Laser Canon
So I guess most of you only by title of this are familiar where this is going.
The amount of lasers coming the way of any one stupid to come your way is insanity.
Only with 2 of the above and any army coming your way is toasted.
Who likes the smell of lasers in the morning.(better to say what they burn away)
