For the sake of organization, I’ve split the game into blocks of time. I’ll cover each chapter in chronological order, then in the order of Labyrinth, Skein, and Side Story.
I’ll be referring to all the characters by their first names.

• You don’t need to play the side stories to get to the ending, but the game makes remarkably more sense when they’re played in order.
• The order of the notebook, CGs, character info, and Dead Ends is arranged in chronological order, then left to right (Labyrinth, Skein, Side Story). With this knowledge, you can roughly figure out where you missed a scene or piece of information by seeing what else you have
• Ha Rin’s Notebook keeps track of all 13 14 ghost stories, notebook entries of any odd things you encounter, and key items. You don’t have to go out of your way for the ghost stories and notebook entries, but a couple of the key items are on optional dialogue paths. Similarly, most of the character information entries are unmissable, with only a couple you have to actively look for.
• There are 42 Dead Ends. They are arranged in a 7×6 grid for a total of 42. This is how I will number them: 1-1 though 6-7. They are arranged in chronological order, with Labyrinth appearing before Skein.

If you want to get all Dead Ends, here’s some spoiler free tips:

• With two exceptions, failing a search section is an instant Dead End
• Cross reference the situation you’re in with the list of ghost stories. For example, if you’re on the forth story stairs and there’s the option to go up, keep in mind that there’s a ghost story about a mysterious staircase to nowhere appearing on the forth story stairs.
• You’re told early on that lights, noises, and disregarding the path of the Skein are dangerous
• Now this one is a spoiler: At the end of the game, we learn that the ghosts we believe in become real and dangerous. Therefore, making a choice that suggests that something is dangerous will make it become dangerous

No More Choices
See all dead ends and choices.
There are 35 choices and you need to see both of the two paths. About half of them lead to Dead Ends, so if you have all the dead ends, you can rule out most of them. The game does not keep track of which you’ve seen, outside of noting in the bottom right corner that you’ve found a new story fragment.
Choices 1, 7, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 26, 28, 29, and 34 all lead to the same conversations and are a good starting point if you don’t know what you missed. Additionally, Choice 22 has the same dead end as failing the search scene proceeding it, so that could be a curve ball screwing you up.
